Good location, comfortable bed, big room. Large variety of food for breakfast. Poor service, grumpy staff.

Great hotel, friendly staff, enough information on the Russian.

I was not at all happy because in our stay of 3 nights we did not get double bed rooms inspite of bookings. Then I even saw small cockroaches and a couple of bed bugs in the washroom. Only good thing about this hotel is the centralised location of prague city. Don't just go with the name. It was really hard for me to believe all this with such a big name in hotels group.

The location is gorgeous. Gently, cozy, tasty, moderately priced.

The price tag for the hotel is very overpriced. The location is very good. The hotel itself is in an old building, inside is quite "sovkovyj". The room was very small. And the façade in the repair is not the first year. So every day you pass under the woods. Perhaps, such impressions after modern hotels of Germany, whence came at once in Ramada, but it was remembered exactly such.

Housekeeping left to be desired, the staff did not speak French too bad!.

It was very close to the hotel and the staff were very nice.

Very clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. Good breakfast and plentiful. The rooms are made every day. Properly. The only point is that at the reception at the hotel hardly any real German can do just a few chunks.

The room was ridiculously hot for the first night and second day, even with the air conditioner as cold as it will go and even off. Otherwise, everything was pretty good! Service was great, breakfast was good, a nice stay overall!

Really disappointing experience, not a four star, but 2 maximum. Just try it, but preferably on someone else's money… Such a brand and such a great hoax!

Need to improve their Breakfast setup for sure. Rest all is perfect. Good room right in the middle of City centre… close to most of the must see places in Prague. I will surely come back to this place and hopefully they will have a better spread of breakfast buffet.

Unfortunately we made very bad experiences with this hotel. The staff was rude and overwhelmed. Our room was not cleaned during the two-day stay. Only the towels were exchanged on request. Breakfast is an imposition. Coffee and juices are chemically produced and diluted with water only. Sausages, cheese and the rest do not conform to average hotel standards. There is no mention of four stars at the Ramada Prague city centre! We booked a king-size bed and received two double beds. At the reception we were shared that there are only large beds in the suites. On the hotel side, however, advertising is made with king-size beds. The location of the hotel is unfortunately the only positive thing to report. My advice: Book another hotel, then have a nicer time in Prague. :)

Central location and quiet! Nice service, good food and fair prices!

Good clean hotel. Balue for money. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast good. The best part is the location. It is in the main part of the city. Close to many metro and the main railway station. Best place to stay for a tour. Only negative point is the entrance which is too small.

Great location in Praques city center were you have excess to the underground and tram system. Staff are friendly and the rooms clean and well equipped.

Its a grate place to stay but not a good place for Muslims. There is no option for halal food.

Hotel is nice, but lady Tereza and man in recepcion totaly bed! I cannot belive my eyes, how they told with me. No class, no smile, they was agresive and I gone to another hotel. Boss must change this persons. Really.

Rooms are ok not that great location is great but breakfast sucks specially if u r vegetarian even no omelette Don't buy breakfast Better options available near by.

Very large and clean rooms, friendly staff and plenty of options for breakfast. Lovely stay overall. Beds were very comfortable and room I stayed in was very quiet.

This hotel is located in the heart of the City Center. Amazing Location, Very Friendly Staff. Lots of Eating Joints Nearby. Train Station is Nearby.

Don't expect the good service even if you book the room with reasonable price. And I recommend you (tourist) to stay this hotel if you can accept the swear word by staff in reception desk. It was terrible and disaster as below story; I booked ramada hotel for staying 2 night. When I arrived at the hotel, I saw the staff who was talking with guest without smile and kindness. The next was me for check-in. I was requesting non-smoking room for my pregnant wife and explained the reason for this request to the staff (Ms. Monica) at the front desk in verbal, but she dogmatically assigned smoking room without any explaination. Once I got the key and checked the room condition, I could feel disgusting whiff of smoke in the room and I went back to the front desk again for changing the room again. But she just denied my request without any effort to find the solution. On that time, I heard she was talking about me behind my back in her own language. I could feel that was swear word and complained it immediately. And then she apologized and finally assigned non-smoking room. Again, I recommend you (tourist) to stay this hotel if you can accept the swear word by staff in reception desk.

Good cozy rooms, clean bathrooms. Nice front desk executives. Breakfast is good with a lot of variety. Entrance is under renovation.

Very nice Hotel but the division system of the rooms is very complicated at the beginning.

Excellent hotel, clean rooms, super breakfast buffet. The private car park (so you need one) is however exorbitantly expensive.
For me, he is one of the hotel, so a star of less.

The Hotel is wonderfully Central yet quiet area, unfortunately requires it but also not cheap Valet Parkings. Rooms exemplary spacious and comfortable. Staff, especially at reception, friendly and helpful. The Breakfast corresponds to our experience is not that of a 4-star hotel. The supply of bread was not very abundant, the sausage — and cheese buffet was very carelessly designed, the scrambled eggs made visually and in taste is not a good impression. Sometimes went briefly in the Butter and the plate.

Excellent location. Room was clean and comfortable with no complaints. Staff generally pleasant but the breakfast wasn't great. They say its served until 10:30 but we turned up at 09:45 and had to ask for coffee cups, milk, sugar, cutlery and a spoon. The food wasn't great and just as we were discussing the poor customer service in Prague we were told to move and eat our breakfast in another room as this room had been booked for something else. So about 10 unhappy customers halfway through breakfast had to move. Poor planning indeed. In summary, pretty good hotel but pants breakfast. And Prague is well worth a visit. Beautifull city.

Hotel is in great location. All the staff are very co-operate and helpful. If only there was couple of English Movie Channels. Have no complain will definitely stay there again.
