It is the best place you can stay in Prague! Hotel's location to the center and historical places are very close. You can go whereever you want on foot. Cleaning, bed, breakfast, service, reception. Everything is great! all of the stuff are very helpful and welcoming!

Amazing Hotel, next to all the points of interest at both the Old and New City. We had the luck to stay for 3 nights at the Castle View Suite which was something really magical. All staff were really helpful and the breakfast had all that we needed. I only wish I would be able to visit this amazing city and Hotel again one day. Thank you!

Without a doubt the BEST place to stay in Prague! My fiance and I stayed in one of the suites on the top floor last week, and it was a dream. We had our own private rooftop balcony and more space than we knew what to do with. The only danger of staying here is you may not want to venture out and explore the town since you have EVERYTHING at SuiteHome Prague. The beer spa connected to the hotel is a must try as well, especially if you're a beer lover like me.

Nice people with a good and beautiful infrastructure. There was a waiter at the breakfast room that seems like was a little bit tired.

Nice central location. Great service. Front desk loaned us a stroller since ours was lost on our flight to Prague. Filling breakfast buffet with many choices. Our apt had a crammed bathroom without bathtub, only tiny corner shover. I could barely bent inside to wash my feet. Rooms were basic but satisfactory. Overall great value.

Checked in a day late due to a flight delay which I told them about. I came to check in and they said that they had given my room to someone else and they could book me down the street. I refused and they gave me a room that had pre-printed paperwork with my name on it. Not sure why they tried to rebook me. The clerk's nametag was upside down and her uniform had holes in it. Not what I would expect from a high rated place. Breakfast was confusing and the space is super small. The description mentions nothing about construction. CONSTRUCTION IS SO LOUD! The last thing is that I left a lot of money in a drawer. They told me they found it but are being shady about returning it. Weird place that I would never recommend.

The staff have been very helpful for all the requests we made. Breakfast is comprehensive & high quality. The apartment are confortable & spacious. Curtains could hide better day light, but this is the only remark I could find. We had a very good stay and will recommend to our friends & family. Thanks!

I found myself very well. Confortevoleed apartment I used the kitchen because I was tired of shin and potatoes. Warming up by staying in half-sleeves with snow and frost outside. Friendly staff and someone knew the Italian well.

The hotel itself is ok. Spacious, clean rooms, the bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Nice, smiley cleaning lady doing her job perfectly. Good breakfasts. I really didn't like is that you need to pay extra for expensive parking. The lady at reception is not the cheerful, helpful receptionist you would normally imagine, but looks like she's sitting there as some kind of punishment. Also something that seems to be a small thing, but to me a big con is that there are some snacks in the room, that you would normally think you can help yourself with. Unfortunately before leaving we found out that they needed to be paid for quite a lot. The receptionist didn't seem to understand it's not fair as there was no information about their cost (there was only information about the prices of drinks) and it's a normal kind gesture for many hotels to leave some snacks for their guests free of charge. I take 2 stars for this dishonesty. That's not something I would expect from a 4 star hotel!

Stayed in Prague from 18 to 25 April. The choice of hotel stopped at the Suite Home Prague and did not regret it. The hotel is in the centre of Old Prague. All the sights are within walking distance. Tram stop and metro station are 50 metres away. In our opinion the location is more than successful. The hotel itself is great. The rooms are large and bright. We had a two room suite with a kitchen. Furniture made of natural wood and oak parquet I was very pleased. Breakfast is standard, but helpful staff who catches any of your word and tries to execute it add a lot of advantages. Room cleaning is daily. Everything is very clean. Reception has Patrick staff. The hotel has access to the beer spa. You can book a visit if you wish. Great location. We loved the Fleku and the truth. We recommend this hotel.

Como información al manager, seguro que hay muchas más personas que estarían encantadas de tener ese puesto de trabajo y que seguro lo harían con más agrado.
A los perros se les trata mejor de lo que a nosotros se nos trató por parte de esta joven. Completamente decepcionante. Cierto que es una ciudad muy turística, pero cada cliente cuenta, y la manera en la que fuimos tratados, no la habíamos visto nunca. Y hemos recorrido mundo…
Desde luego no lo recomendaría a nadie y muchísimo menos volvería. Suerte a los que reserven y no les toque ANNA el día que lleguen.
-Worst recepcionist ever. Anna. After having us waiting for more than two hours (she only had a young couple to do the check-in before us) her attitude, her way of talking and her rudeness, and so far from being polite and welcoming.
Never have experienced something like this.
As information to the manager, if this young lady does not like her job (her skills to work to public are non existing) pretty sure there are lots of qualified people who would love to be in her position and who at least be kind and respectful to clients.
Dogs are better treated than we were. Completly deceiving.

We use the luggage storage service. The receptionist was very friendly. About the hotel I have no information as I was staying elsewhere.

It doesn't look like 3 star it's about furniture but I admit that the staff deal was good and the cleanliness of rooms perfect.

We found the staff very helpful. The accommodation was very good with a good clean bathroom and a comfortable bed. We wanted to stay "out of town" and commute daily which in the end was the correct decision and this hotel suited our needs.

My wife and I had a great time here. Comfy bed, really warm room and great breakfast. Receptionist very kind too.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. As an aspect to improve I can only say that the room was very cold. The rest, bathroom and boudoir were very well heated.

Good location, very well kept. It is a pity that the street is as noisy (especially at night) but very good hotel overall. Breakfast is top!

Unfortunately, at the time of my stay, demolition work took place in the backyard. From 07.00 Construction Noise. Otherwise very centrally.

Rested with 29.12.17 to 04.01.18 Four with two children. Dbl Superior Room on the fifth floor. Despite the fact that the windows were facing the street Zhitna, the room is quite quiet, can at the very peak hour there is not a big buzz. We had no questions about that. It's not Moscow. Here in rush hour, as in Moscow on New Year's vacation) ) (Saw, here on it complained in reviews). The location of the hotel is excellent-center. For those who want to eat themselves, there are bill and many small supermarkets nearby. I would recommend "gingerbread" in front of the hotel. When you exit a little to the left on the other side. They speak Russian, the prices are 3 times cheaper than in the shop just opposite. The assortment is great and there are many things habitual to Russian person, such as dumplings, etc. ) ) ) Cleaning in the rooms is regular and good. The rooms consist of two rooms (can in some and more, rooms) with not a large kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need-a full refrigerator, stove with oven, utensils, etc. Very convenient. The rooms have one bed. One double (like 180), the second type of a large folding sofa. TV with channels in Russian, cabinets, safe-all present.

Our two room apartment style room was spacious and more than we could ask for. Staff is very friendly and the breakfast fresh.

Not upto the mark, central heating in the suite was not working. Lots of noise even at 00:00 midnight. Lift was way too small. On top there is no bar within the hotel.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Special Mention for Etienne, a French expatriate who officiates at the reception and who has shown himself particularly devoted.

Ummmm… get the presidential suite with your friends, it's fantastic with a private rooftop patio. Wish we stayed for a week.

The comfort of the rooms is very poor considering the price and the number of stars in the hotel.

Great location, big roomy suites (except for the bathrooms) and a very good breakfast buffet. A real bargain in the off-season, but not the best option during high travel seasons. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. They could use parking, because the pubic garage is very expensive and several blocks away.

The hotel very well located the rooms very good spacious and very well equipped the service of good restaurant, the staff responsible for the attention to the public very friendly.
If my God allows it one day we'll come back.

The hotel is good with good rooms. The rooms are well cleaned. Though the exhaust from the cooler slightly enters the room and leaves a stench. The breakfast is ok nothing great. Staff is good.

Great place for families. 1 bedroom with sofa bed, bathroom and kitchenette. Easy walk to tram Old Town Prague and tram line Good breakfast and free Wi-Fi included.

You can walk to go to downtown 10min no need to take transportation although the facility is old the services work great.

Really great family hotel — perhaps the best in Prague! The rooms are spacious and apartment style. The kitchen in the room was great. The hotel also has a great location in the center of Prague. There are mini markets nearby where you can buy anything. The service is great as well. Reception was always ready to help. Also, check out the hotel's beer spa!

Stayed in a fantastic spacious apartment. I was on a business trip but the hotel would also be ideal for a family looking for a hotel in Prague due to the size of the apartments and the kitchen facilities. The hotel is also in a really good close to both Wenceslas Square and Old Town Square.

Great family hotel, apartment with kitchen, pancakes for breakfast, flat screen TV supported HDMI so would recomend a laptop to plug into it. Central location close to Old Town, Staff extremely helpful with everything needed during the stay.

Nice location, friendly staff, easy access to public transports and breakfast was excellent. I came to the hotel without any expectations but after I saw my room I felt in love immediately: large living room, large bed room, large bathroom (with bathtub) and small kitchen with a fridge and a freezer. The kitchen was also equipped for cooking (stove, pans, spatulas, etc. ). Well, a lot of good things to say, but there is a thing that could disturb your goodnight sleep: soundproofings. So, earplugs are useful at night (good soundproofing is more like exception when it comes to hotels that are built inside of an old building). I recommend this hotel to family travellers and couples, who likes to enjoy peaceful athmosphere without too much fuss around.
