Great hotel and great service.

Very quiet hotel in the middle of the city. Many sights within walking distance. Rich breakfast buffet that the "German" grain rolls were not missed. Would love to come back here.

The hotel is top class and the breakfast buffet is a dream.

First-class location on the edge of Prague's Old Town, large and clean rooms. Nice, always helpful staff at the reception. Large selection at the breakfast buffet. Very good and inexpensive food as well as very courteous waiters in the evening in the restaurant. The only criticisms were the nocturnal, with the window open, but quite disturbing street noise and the lack of hanging loops on the towels. Otherwise, the Grandium is really highly recommended.

Our stay was great, good service and comfort. But guys, it's 2020, an hotel of this class MUST have a gym. Even a small one but its a must.

The first impression counts. When you enter the hotel, you immediately notice that you are welcome here. The staff of the reception very friendly and accommodating, the rooms are as expected for this hotel category "very good". The location in the centre of Prague speaks for itself.

Very centrally located, first class services by all staff. Fabulous restaurant and good selection on the menu. When we get back to visit Prague I can guarantee we will stay here again.

Worst ever hotel. I never ever stay in a hotel which me as a tenant was requested by hotel reception to go to restaurant to collect a set of cutlery myself. Do not stay in his hotel. Everything is self service. When you order a room service there is an extra room service charge. What a surprise.

The room was perfectly clean and beautiful. The waiters in the Garden Restaurant were extremely friendly. The food there was nice, too. Reception was ok. For breakfast a very good selection of food and beverages was offered in good quality. All in all, a pleasant stay in Prague! Recommendation!

Just spent 3 nights here and it is absolutely brilliant. From check-in to check-out I cannot find a single fault with it Beautiful hotel, superb food, so much choice always fresh and piping hot. Even complimentary Fizz when you go in for breakfast The staff from the concierge, reception, bar and restaurant staff are all so friendly and helpful The rooms are lovely with bath & shower, plenty of sockets as well. Perfect postion right in the centre of Prague and literally within walking distance of everything. Hope to go back there again one day!

Amazing hotel, food first class, n nicest cocktails, staff were really friendly, n rooms are immaculate.

Despite my three star rating, it’s still a good hotel. The “good”: Good central location — 15 minutes walk from the Karluv (Charles) Bridge, and right behind the train station. Breakfast is included. It is not fancy, but has better choices than many US hotels. Clean — some rooms that look onto the street and not the inner courtyard, I consider the better choice (I was lucky to stay in both). Professional, friendly staff. The “bad”: unfortunately soundproofing between some rooms is bad. I could hear talking, coughing and closing of the blinds quiet clearly in the neighboring suite. Sometimes really bothersome, considering we are there to sleep and relax. Don’t know if other rooms suffer the same unfortunate construction. Decor itself is clean, modern, functional, simple if you like black tiles in the bathroom.

Location is great. Staff are very helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. The a la carte restaurant has good food but we experienced slow service.

The best thing about this hotel was probably complimentary breakfast, which had a nice variety and most of the food tasted good. Everything else was up to par or worse. For example, the bathroom showers leaked in both rooms (we had our room switched because they didn’t have the requested room with one bed available for us on the first night). You can hear everything your neighbor is doing behind the wall — there is no sound insulation whatsoever. In one of our rooms, Wi-Fi connection was very weak so I guess not all of the rooms have equal Wi-Fi signal strength. Additionally, the room thermostat was impossible to control even though we adjusted the temperature according to the manual — it was freezing cold and opening the window wouldn’t help as it was even colder outside. I should note that the hotel’s location is nice as it is conveniently located next to the old town, etc. There is also a mini-market to get water and other necessities nearby. The hotel does not offer any free water but they say the tap water is considered safe to consume.

Excellent hotel, with easy accessibility to the old town square and walking distance to all the other tourist attractions. The staff were lovely, who were always very helpful. The breakfast was amazing with so much variety.

Great hotel! We took a 3 beds room, its a big and very clean room! The breakfast is very very good! we recommend this hotel! Every place is close and you can walk. Its in the center of the interesting side of Prague:)

We liked everything about this hotel: staff, location, cleanliness and an excellent breakfest. We didn't try the bar/restaurant though. Can't say if it is better than other hotels in the area (value for money), but would be willing to come back on a next opportunity.

Well run hotel but not worth 5 star breakfast free espresso is overall quality only average. Rooms without dark, English bath no bide, no window, shower in the bathtub. It was a very noisy place.

Very good hotel, modern decoration, large rooms, large toilets, from the attractions are close, breakfast is quite rich. Go out and forget to wear a ring and other jewelry back still in my position, next time will still choose to stay here.

Nice hotel, very reasonable prices with a great location. Rooms were very comfortable and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, just about any kind of food you could want and they have options of having fresh omelets made for you as well. Nice touch having a pianist play while you eat!

Clean rooms, friendly staff, speak German at the reception, bombastic breakfast, all very tasty, nice cocktail bar, restaurant on ⭐ ️ level, good connection to Metro/tram, good location, everything also well within walking distance.

Good hotel. Great location. Almost everything is on walking distance and it's really comfortable for exploring the city! Rooms are good and clean. No balcony option. No bell boy in the night to take the luggage or at least not offered.

Excellent hotel, among the most modern in Prague and centrally located, just behind Wenceslas Square. Very clean, nice staff and breakfast good and plentiful. Tomorrow we return for the second time. Recommend.

The hotel is great and clean, the breakfast is overwhelming, but construction work is already in the morning at 7 o'clock the one can not let sleep more quietly, 10 o'clock would start yet enough and not disturb.

Great location. Almost everything is on walking distance. Stayed there for 2 nights and enjoyed it. I put 4 stars, cause no one helped us with the luggage which is unacceptable for 5 stars hotel.

A good hotel, the entrance is really beautiful it amazits but when you get to the corridor of the rooms, the change is crude a corridor a little more basic. The room was nice, if you like spending time in the bathroom it's a good hotel for you as it comes out enormously compared to the room.
I only try the breakfast and you will find your account there is for all tastes, fruit, cereal, vegetable, egg and what it takes for a good breakfast with the following quality.
The old town is around 7min walk, for the quality and location I would say it is a bit pricey.

We were there for the weekend and will definitely stay here again during the next visit to Prague.

Nice, but it is not frankly a boutique hotel. More like an international standard hotel.
To note the breakfast dice 6:30 and the toiletries L'Occitane in France, which is nice!
The closest parking is quite expensive with a cash only payment, but it is possible to park right in front, in the street, paying even by card, because it is a white area and not a blue zone reserved for the locals!

Service staff recruit from migrant workers from Ukraine and Moldova, who do not know English not Czech languages.

Great location. Good value for money. Nice food. Lovely staff. The only fault I have about this hotel, is the bed wasn't comfortably.

Shower inferior. Staff okay. Internet is relatively weak. Good location. Breakfast also good! But not a five star hotel.

It was a really pleasant hotel, but it just isn't the 5* it tries to imply on its advertising. The price was however very reasonable and due, I think, mostly to the building works next door (which didn't affect our stay at all). The breakfast is good but the fabled "omelette man" isn't there anymore. Possibly a victim of the recent chain-hotel takeover. We had room-service breakfast one morning for my wifes birthday and this was well executed and they also popped on a slice of cake (for breakfast). Very nice. Our room wasn't serviced the first morning and despite reporting this to reception around 4pm, it still wasn't done an hour later. A second complaint had this rectified, but the receptionist was disinterested. The sheets were also not changed during our 4 night stay. Other than that, our room was adequate and had everything we needed including a FREE safe. The public foyer is stunning and the bar pleasant. We ate at the Noodles restaurant once and the food was very very pleasant. In all, a mixed bag, nothing to say we wouldn't stay again, but nothing that would draw us away from trying somewhere else instead. It's biggest USP is VFM for its location, that you can't fault. Just don't expect 5* and you can't go far wrong.

Very good hotel. The rooms are very good and the location is excellent. The breakfast is quite correct and also has a restaurant where we had dinner several days, with very good quality and affordable price. I do not give the 5 stars because I think being a 5 star hotel should improve in small details (such as being a bit more generous with the bathroom amenities), but overall very well.

Functional Hotel, in the center of the city and a few steps from the main square of Prague. Excellent breakfast, with a wide selection (sweet and savoury) including Italian prosecco. Registration at the concierge a little slow but overall all OK.

The hotel is not bad but certainly not a 5 star hotel. The situation is good because it is in the center near the train station, metros and trams. The Recepion area is spacious and beautiful. Otherwise the rooms are very narrow, with extra bed in our case we could not move, the curtains do not cover the light leaving the room at night illuminated by the light of the outside, the pillows huge and incomfortable, from 8 in the morning Noises of the work next door, the Champus/soaps in large dispensers, the cleanliness improved, the breakfast quite varied but with a quality of the average product. In short, many details that have made it not fulfilled our expectations and I do not think they are typical of a 5 star hotel.

Nice rooms. Good breakfast but arrived at closing time they took your food almost from your hands to hurry up. I understand the job. But a little more kindness with customers.

In a supposed 5* hotel… Can someone explain me how in 2018 you can end up with under 1mb of speed for internet in your room? I have 0.16mb. Can't work. CantCa Netflix. Can't anything!

Very cental. Super price for the service. The hotel, the rooms and the restaurant are clean. Rich breakfast. You have to try the massage at the 7th floor, they are very authantic and cheeper then any massage on the street.

We spent 4 days in Prague (Feb 2018) for my birthday and stayed in the superior suite. Fantastic value for money. The hotel staff were polite, friendly with a truly can do approach. The breakfast was good with lots of fresh produce available, which was being constantly replenished. Waiters and waitresses work very hard. Room and hotel were immaculately clean and of a great standard. Room 307. We had dinner in the hotel one evening. The set menu was amazing with great prese…ntation and tasteful dishes. The service again was exceptional and couldn't do enough for you. We also spent evenings in the lobby and enjoyed cocktails — great service. The hotel is very close to the main town only a 10 minute stroll. Come out of hotel and turn right. There is a mini market where you can purchase any items you need at a reasonable price.
Prague is a truly beautiful place to visit and we would highly recommend to all.

Hotel good and tidy but breakfast overflowing and every day again and again construction noise.

Nice and fancy place, the prices are great during off season, but main season they want an unreasonable price, more than a double… as do all hotels in Prague unfortunately. Had a great time anyways, clean rooms, great breakfast, nice service.

The hotel is cosy, spacious and very hospitable.
The breakfast buffet can be recommended, there was nothing missing: very good cereals, fruit and juices, a large selection of sausages, cheese and jam, and of course tea and coffee.

Hotel is very well maintained, interior is beautiful, modern and stylish. Breakfast was wonderful, very delicious, they served champagne also! Staff (except for one lady! ) were extremely polite, greeted you, and were always ready to help. What we found extremely useful was that we could store our luggage and bags for free before check in and after we checked out when we wanted to explore the city without carrying everything around.

Rooms, as well as bathroom are well furnished and clean. Breakfast is confusing and the service is uncoordinated. The bar is an eye-catcher, the bartender "Jan" is simply top! The best service in the whole city.

The 5 star downtown that would be perfect if there were no fleas in the litter!

We have just returned to London after our 2 night stay… all I can say is the comfort, cleanliness & service was above & beyond! Definitely 5* service & truly has earnt 5* rating. The only tiny input I would mention is they probably need to open the other section @ the breakfast area as you may have to walk round twice to grab a table, again this is a minor. Location was absolutely so neat to everything esp as it was 10 min walk to the Main square & shops, it was peaceful b…y the hotel & you realise 1 min you're in the heart of it all … 10 min walk & back to pure quietness! I would most certainly recommend this to family, friends & colleagues as it's ideal in every way, after having visited Prague twice, maybe in the future if I return I would be staying here!

I'm just sorry iuto that in a 5 star there is no staff who speaks in Italian.
All right… we did the same.

Hotel decided to hold a private party doanstairs. I've been trying to sleep for the past hour and all I can hear are loud thumping and party noises. A call to the reception was pointless and they refused to do anything about it! Even though they said other guests are complaining about this. Absolutely awful and unacceptable.

Good hotel. In the Christmas season, however, they attract the prices quite nicely.

Really nice hotel. Room was a good size and the bathrooms where spacious and clean. The only problem was that we asked for a double bed and they gave us two single beds pushed together. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Unbearable parking situation for guests travelling with their own vehicle. At the reception you get a wild route description for a parking garage which is then crowded. After 2 hours of parking and 1km walk with 2 small children and luggage we would have preferred to travel again. 5 stars The hotel does not deserve. Breakfast was ok but not more either. Not recommended.

Good hotel. In the center, very close to the opera. When we stayed it was called Yasmin Hotel. Cocktails in bar exquisite.

Our first visit to Prague. We could not have luckier with our hotel. It is centrally located with easy access to public transport. Oh, and they have an incredible breakfast buffet.

The lobby is pretty and nicely laid out. The rooms are also spacious. The beds were also very comfortable. We never woke up early enough to try the breakfast! A few things I didn't like were things like the scent inside the lobby. It reminded me of middle school when kids first discover cologne and think it all smells good. Prague likes to party so prepare to go out late and stay out late. We slept in our first night and the maid gave us attitude. We should have put the do not disturb sign up. Afterward, we put a Please Clean Room sign up but it was never done. Not a big deal since we really only needed new towels which they happily brought up later.

Great hotel, very nice staff members that would always ask if you need help with anything at all, highly positive experience. Breakfast was one of the best I've had in any hotel before. The only issue I had was with the half covered bath in the room, personally I don't like it because it makes the whole bathroom wet, but maybe it's just me? Not a huge problem anyways.

Beautiful hotel! Great location and very conveniently close to most tourist sites. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Their breakfast options was superb and outstanding. If we were to return to Prague one day, Hotel Grandium would definitely be the one we would consider.

Stayed at Hotel Yasmin for four night for my wifes birthday. The hotel is just stunning, the staff are all helpful and very friendly. A nice touch was a bottle of prossecco being delivered to our room for my wifes birthday compliments of the staff. The breakfast is superb, something for all tastes, fresh cooked omlettes and waffles. Cooked breakfast, and a selection of evedything else you can think of. Overall a fantastic stay at a fantastic hotel with fantastic staff. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Yasmin.

Nice hotel, good rooms, very nice bathrooms and a really good location. Especially of you travel by train or/and bus. Very friendly service. They even checked for birthdays of guests and brought a surprise. At the moment there is a construction site next to the hotel. We've got a room on room away from the wall and had nothing to complain. I would clearly recommend the hotel. (I nearly forgot the great breakfast buffet. )

Nice hotel, however there were works going on all over the place that caused a lot of noise and we weren't warned of this prior to arriving.

I have nothing to complain about. The room was large and clead. The food in the restaurant was tasty. The hotel is in the city center and still asks reasonable money. If I come to Prague again, I will stay in this hotel.

We were there for 3 nights. It had no tag noise. The room was very quiet. Transportation-the Shuttle worked very well. A beautifully renovated Hotel in the center of the city. The bathroom/room was clean. You can also stroll to the city centre from the Hotel. It is all in Walking distance. Great selection at the Breakfast buffet. Internet Wi-Fee Speed was good. Price/performance is right, since there is nothing to complain about. :-)

Hmm, too bad. You would get more out of it: Negative: A) not tell the truth: if you have a double Bay and a room with two single beds get no what to say is the arm. On demand there is in the desired room on the next day (it was probably overbooked), but without an apology. B) climate is defective: 17 degrees. Staff came to the room: no idea. Then should a technician be sent. It was not warmer … Positive: the Breakfast was rich and good Location: 1a.

Modern design, clean, enteral location, 2 mins from tube station. Breakfast buffet was good. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy. Only negatives were that the air con didn't work in two of our rooms, hotel did not resolve the issue (were asked), and the safety windows offer little to no ventilation.

I have stayed for 3 days. The fridge was so warm… I tend to have a beer when travelling. But I could not do that beers in the fridge was warm… I had asked for this to servicers but they said it was normal. I do not understand. Furthermore, in terms of Wifi, virtually could not use in my room as the speed was extremely slow… It's a first time to write the review down as I was uncomfortable.

Excellent location, close to everything worth visiting, and at the same time in a very quiet area allowing you to relax. Staff very attentive.

Nice hotel but very small beds.

We have been this past week and the truth is that we have loved the hotel. The hotel and the restaurant of the hotel. The hotel is new or newly renovated. The rooms very clean and bed very comfortable. The situation is also very good, five minutes from downtown and next to a busy street. The people at the hotel, reception. Very friendly and very attentive. In order to a hotel highly recommended.

The staff is rude. Upon arrival our room bathrooms were DISGUSTING! This hotel is luxury, but is quite live up to what he's trying to pretend.
Only breakfast is really great.

Hotel Yasmin offered us a very pleasant experience: both the room and the common spaces are designed to meet the best expectations in functionality AND in pleasure for the eyes. The hotel also features the best selection of food at breakfast time, and of course the staff is welcoming and professional.

This hotel is not worth the money! Let me start with the one good thing about this hotel. Very close to the train station for those traveling by train or bus. We stayed one night in a king room and we will not go back. Hotel rooms lack character as well as comfortable beds and a bathroom that doesn't end up with water all over the floor. They do provide shampoo, body wash, and body lotion and a nail file and comb. However they don't give you a shower cap nor hair conditioner, so better bring your own iff you need it. They don't provide irons so iff you have something nice to wear that may need to be ironed before you go to dinner you better get it done about 6:30 am and only on a weekday. (Its baffling how this hotel gets such high ratings) Late in the night when we got back from from our day a peculiar smell took over the elevators and hallways (sewer) like smell that was pretty strong, the good thing was we couldn't smell it in our rooms. We got breakfast included which was a buffet style breakfast. You better like sweets as its what they have the most of. They ran of fruit and eggs and potatoes and they don't replenish.

Very nice hotel located on a quiet street but just in walking distance to all the main attractions and the main street with restaurants, bars, shops etc. The staff was very helpfull and comunicated very well in english. The breakfast buffet contained all that you could wish for. Only minor thing to say that was bad was the beds — they were a bit hard for our taste.

Rooms are spacious and the bathroom, everything is very clean and would recommend 100%. Very central and nice design, the pictures are identical to reality.

Everything about this hotel was great! The room, the internal area, the very modern restaurant and the breakfast! The staff of the restaurant was very friendly and especially the very tall guy of the staff (we apologize for not remembering his name). Well designed hotel in a very nice area of Prague, next to Wenceslas Square and within walking distance from the old town. A complimentary champagne to our room with wishes for our honeymoon was a very sweet thought. Thank you Yasmin Hotel for the wonderful moments we had in this romantic town:).
