The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean, nicely furnished, well equipped and in good condition. The breakfast is very good in quality, different types of bread, egg dishes, etc. Also lunch — and dinner in the restaurant of the hotel are highly recommended. The hotel is very centrally located — only 7 minutes to the Old Town Square.

Classically beautiful hotel and very central.

Fabulous hotel. All the staff are Extremely helpful and so welcoming. We stayed for 4 nights. Breakfast was outstanding and the restaurant (Next door) I would imagine has a high standard and quality too Couldn’t fault this fabulously situated Hotel. Top class accommodation. Would definitely recommend a visit here and will return.

Lovely hotel, comfortable beds & great interior. Very helpful & friendly staff and perfect location for sightseeing. 10-15 minutes stroll to Old Town Square.

Excellent hotel. Modern and new and the beds are very comfortable. Service was excellent and the breakfast was amazing. The service at breakfast was 5 stars. Really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book again here when visiting Prague.

Outstanding hotel in Central Prague. This hotel is well located in the city centre only a short walk from all the major sights. We stayed here for 5 days and did not need to use taxis or public transport at all. The hotel itself is luxurious without being over the top. We had a standard room which was a reasonable size with all usual features you'd expect in a 5 star hotel. Shower was one of the best I've had — a small thing but if you've ever had to put up with a weak dribbling shower then you know what I mean! We didn't use room service for for but we did use them for ice deliveries to our room in the evening which were free. The highlight was the breakfast buffet which again was outstanding. Huge variety of excellent food on offer from 0630-1030. It is hard to get excited about scrambled eggs but they were delicious! Overall a great experience. Highly recommended.

Amazing. The person who designed the rooms is a genius! They thought about every litle thing that metters. From now on im stying only in cosmo world wide!

Loby of the hotel is very small and there are only 2 elevators for geusts and must time there is queu for it __the rest things are good.

An excellent hotel. The staff were always very friendly and helpfull. Very satisfied with the rooms which were spotless and very comfortable. The breakfast was great. There is also an excellent restaurant for lunch and dinner. The hotel location is perfect. 10 minutes away by walk to old town square. Metro line B is a couple of minutes away on foot. Very happy with our stay at the Cosmopolitan and would not hesitate to recommend it.

Overall satisfied. Spotless. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great Location. We were on top floor and found it very quiet. We had dinner in the Hotel restaurant "Next Door". Very good. Prices similar to Irish prices.

Super Small Hotel But the spaces very well used.

All ratings are true for this excellent hotel. Very high standard of services and kind attitude of personal are matter of course. Staff is helpful, decent and amusing. And beside that there is very good restaurant Next Door. Very recommend for luxury dining.

The cosmopolitan is an excellent hotel. The rooms are of a really high standard and the facilities are excellent. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. There is a good choice on the breakfast buffet. The staff at breakfast did seem quite rushed and busy — not very approachable. The hotel is 5 — 10 minutes walk from the main squares in Prague but this means it's quieter and less touristy. It's still close enough to visit all the sites.

One of the nicer hotels I was in. Extremely nice and helpful staff. German, English all no problem. Breakfast is varied. Rooms are spacious what more you want.

We loved this little hotel with a great restaurant. Location is killer, the room is modern, comfortable and clean. Will stay here again if coming back to Prague.

Price-quality-at the height! Great furniture, bed and breakfast! To the center on foot 15 minutes, near the largest shopping center in Prague! The view from the window is not true because of the location of the hotel, but in 150 meters tram and hookah with Russian staff.

Lovely Staff, very good breakfast buffet. The room was very nice with spacious bathroom and with a decent shower. One slight criticism is that there was no hotel bar. However their sister hotel across the road did but don't know what its like as didn't go.

Enjoyed our stay here, the rooms are very good quality, especially the bathroom. The Wi-Fi is very good and the TV has YouTube which is great. Hotel is in a good location too. The main problem is the breakfast. The coffee served with the breakfast is terrible, it’s hardly drinkable. They need a proper espresso machine for coffee, there is no excuse for serving such disgusting coffee in good hotel. The juices and good however and a big selection. The pastries are good too. I found all the hot food just slightly warm, mostly cold and overall wasn’t very tasty. Also it would be nice if the hotel had a bar area for pre-dinner/after dinner drinks.

My boyfriend and I stayed at The Cosmopolitan Hotel for a long weekend and it was definitely the right hotel choice for us. It's located near the city center and withing walking distance of some of Prague's night clubs and bars. The room was spacious and very clean, with free Wi-Fi included. I especially loved the breakfast buffet. It really was something to look forward to every single morning. We had a perfect stay at the Cosmopolitan Hotel!

Had a lovely stay at the Cosmopolitan. The rooms were modern and a good sized. Breakfast in the Next Door restaurant was very good. Gym was quite small but everything you need. No bar though which was a bit disappointing.

Great hotel that's close to city centre. Hotel room was a nice size with a huge TV but the beds were a little hard but that might of been because the hotel had just opened. Best of all was the breakfasts were superb and the coffee was the best that I've ever had in a hotel (cappuccino) this hotel won't disappoint.

A great stay in this Hotel! The Breakfast is perfect and not to beat. Since the Hotel is new (renovated old building), the rooms during our visit (in January 2017) and all of the plants, absolutely clean, very well maintained and classy atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and professional! Only English or Czech, you should have, because at the reception no German is spoken. But with simple school English, you come here also good rounds. The view from our room in the courtyard. Not very nice, but definitely quieter than facing the street. And since the air conditioning and exhaust to work well, it is not necessary to open the window. Small drawback: The Ventilation power is always a light, which might disturb people with a light sleep. But we could sleep well.

Our Hotel was overbooked. So we ended up at the Cosmopolitan. Just Top! Very beautiful and tastefully furnished rooms (Executive), class of Service, and a Breakfast which is not to do better. Just Wonderful! Only the underground garage there is a Problem. It is a historic building which the entrance to the underground garage of 80m is only 1, wide.

Fabulous food, great atmosphere, friendly staff and reasonable prices. What's not to love about Joy? A definite multi-time destination every time we visit Prague! Highly recommended!
