For the price this place was great. Karin, our host was lovely and really helpful. The location leaves nothing to be desired. 8 min walk across Charles bridge into the city's heart.

Perfectly situated, quite calm, very friendly and helping staff with Tatiana and Karen! Clean and a big room. Just fantastic for 3 days!

We rented a 4-person room with a king size bed plus a double couch bed. The room was basic, but clean and large enough for us. Nice bathroom as well. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They had even printed some local restaurant recommendations as well as the weather report for the next week. The location is the best thing about this property: It's right in Lesser Town (with lots of food, shops, and the Prague Castle), and literally only steps away from Charles Bridge and Old Town. This was a great base for our three days of sightseeing — we didn't even need to use public transportation, as everything was in walking distance.

Location couldn't be better and room are very big. The staff is incredibly nice and friendly. They had printed the weather report for our trip, offered a personal list of restaurant recommendations, and much more. Little details that go a long way. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague and would stay here again.

This place has no sheets in some beds, quilts are shorter than your legs, the bathroom has no towels nor soap, the corridors are filled with clothes being dried and beds they don't know where to store. Have a look at the pictures: this should even be opened!

Its awesome and affordable. The apartment is big and full furnished.

I'm torn between 3 and 4 stars. If you are not hard on the household, it's great. The apartment is superbly located, but it is stored cramped. Difficult to prepare good meals. Everything is within walking distance if you like walking. A reasonable price considering the situation, but it is far from the high end. The owner is difficult to understand the English and the french.

This hotel is in a great location only 50 metres or so from Charles Bridge, the room we stopped in was big, clean and had everything we needed. However the best part of the stay was the friendly staff and how accommodating they were. We were met by Karin when we went to check in and she had our room ready for us even though it was 3 hours before check in time. She took us up to the room and talked us through everything we needed to know and answered any questions we had. Our room was cleaned to a great standard while we were there and when we locked ourselves out the safe there was help on hand immediately. Would highly recommend this hotel if you are heading to Prague.

Exceptional location, large clean rooms, walking distance to the castle and Charles Bridge. Karin is extraordinarily pleasant to deal with. Exceptional value! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Fabulous location … clean and comfortable would definitely stay here again.
