The best place on Earth! With the nicest and most professional people! Love to go there and feel like a queen.

Excellent service. Very well organized. All staff members are always smiling and willing to help. Special thank you to Monika, Dominika from the Spa and Hanna from the restaurant. Having said the restaurant, the food is very delicious and well presented. We were on the weight loss program which was very effective. Meals were served at your table which helped in controlling portions. Overall very much recommended. I will surely be back next year.

We stayed here in April 2018. We liked it very much. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would especially like to thank Pavlina Stripkova, Milena Jezkova and Miluska Valdmanova for their great applications. The kitchen was also very good. We would love to come back.

Very nice hotel with high quality facilities. There is a star deduction because many things are not explained and you get lost on the first day. Sauna is not allowed naked but only in clothing. Full board heist only lunch additionally no drinks on the go.

Very nice hotel with sauna swimming pool and wellness area you can recommend the rooms on the third and fourth floor in the back of the house unfortunately on a wall of the neighbouring building despite all the nice rooms.

Good day. There was a time in the hotel, to say that everything was GOOD, it's like nothing to say! Comfort. Impeccable cleanliness and attention of the staff. The kitchen in the hotel is a separate praise. Lovely Dr. Milada deserves separate attention, along with the staff. All at the highest level… Appointments, procedures.
We will definitely come back here! Family with 9-year-old child.

Were here at the SPA. As our hotel is temporarily not working treatment rooms.
They Did a mud bath, a facial massage, and the daughter did a body massage.
The Daughter was satisfied. And I could not waste time and money: I did not understand the bath, the face-gently putting, ironed, and so on.

Unique Spa experience. The sauna landscape is so pleasurable! Staff is very helpful! Clean premises. Only problem: Parking costs around 10€ per day. That's too much!

Never again this hotel! Zero stars. We cannot understand why some rated the hotel positively. Our room 301 is at the bottom of the laundry room and next to the staff. From 6am, sleep is unthinkable, only noise. From the window, only a wall can be seen, one metre away. This is not a guest room, at most a storeroom. The spa is a joke. Breakfast and dinner are available as a buffet. In part, the food is unpalatable. Fish dry, meat chewy, rice hard, vegetables cooked dead, taste zero. The hotel is a cheekiness, and it is also called Luxury. We've been to luxurious hotels, the precident is certainly not one of them. The staff is also totally demotivated, matching the hotel. Guests are just standing in the way of this. Not a nice atmosphere in the dining room, looks more like a canteen. Parking was also a drama. We had to park the car in the car park 500 metres away, at a cost of about 12 euros per day. Then we were not even allowed to pay by card, but only in cash and in crowns. An ATM is not nearby, of course. Running back into the city and picking up money, sparking out has taken more than an hour. We were happy to finally get away from this horror hotel. Well that we had booked one more night at the Grandhotel Pupp.

Not a nice place. Staff smokes in the lobby, disinterested and rude. Hotel is a far cry from the luxury 4 or 5 star they are claiming to be. The building has been refurbished recently and rooms are big, that is the only positive I can think of. Food is simply terrible, treatments are mediocre and you have to pay cash as well. Location is central-ish but on a hill and away from the main promenade. The city has plenty of beautiful hotels on offer, it's not one of them.

Hotel well located, good price and with a good spa and swimming pool. Rooms modern and well equipped.

Hotel is exceptional. We stayed in the Junior Suite and it was top notch. Even received size matched robes for our 3 and 6 year old kids. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay while in Karlovy Vary.
