I'll start by saying that I'm evaluating the hotel as a budget hotel.
What did you like? Modern design, new furniture, linen, very pleasant smell of gel and soap. The food is high quality, but the range is small, although during the week for dinner there were different dishes.
What didn't quite like it? In fact, all guests from Russia are in the hotel. Coming abroad, still want diversity. There's also a very uncomfortable room in the hotel, where we had breakfast and dinner. It resembles a dining room. There are cozy tables on the street, but for some reason they were not used.
What didn't you like at all? In Cyprus, special outlets, they need an adapt. It is not given on deposit, it should be BUY in the hotel for 3 euros or in the store for 1, 5 — 2 euros. Weird. I understand that it is inexpensive, but you can not do without it, it is not an additional service, it is a necessity. Just wrong I think Wi-Fi for 5 euros per day. Naturally, in fact, no one uses this service. Everyone is attached to the cafe — ice cream, which is nearby or to the cafe across the street. Passwords can be asked of people sitting with phones at the entrance to the hotel. Moreover, we had a family two-room room, windows overlooked the cafe, we perfectly used the internet on the balcony and sometimes in the room.
A little bit about the beaches. The nearest beach is 5 minutes, between hotels there are narrow paths leading to the sea.

Stayed at this hotel from 12 to 19 June 2018. From the pros only fresh repair, but there are no closers on the doors of the bathroom and so every time the door closes with a creepy clap.
The thin walls and the absence of sound insulation do not allow to sleep normally at night.
It's a hideous meal.
Absolutely inedible sausages and scrambled eggs for breakfast every day.
From fruit only orange or grapefruit.
From vegetables only cucumbers, only cucumbers and nothing except cucumbers.
The salads for dinner are apparently made from the leftovers of the breakfast, otherwise explain the incredible Caesar with bacon.
In a word ugly and disgusting.

Great hotel, everything is new and clean, food is tasty and thoughtful. Location is convenient, beach 5 min, bus 30 for 1, 5 euros to the center, but you can walk along the promenade. The only minus is the Wi-Fi in the hotel is paid, all use free in the café opposite.

There is a football pitch and a children's town behind the hotel, but on the grounds, next to the breakfast/dinner area.
Breakfast and dinner-buffet, without restrictions, though all 2h eat continuously. The food is tasty and well cooked. Everyone finds a taste.
To the sea-approximately meters 200 (3 min), through the territory of neighboring hotels or 500-900, if on the way (eg along the drainage channel) to the municipal beach.
Please note that sunbathing on the beach, from 7 to 12 and from 15 to 17ch. From 12 to 14-immediately burn.

You can dine in the café/restaurant or in the hotel to make full board for + €12. But it is possible and in the nearest shops to buy food for snack or fruit (the most convenient and cheap-"Plus discount Market", in 100 m along the road, there are also food and haberdashery).

The hotel is on the C grade, the food is so so, poured abundantly mixed salads with mayonnaise. There is no way. From fruit only slices of an orange and a grapefruit. Cucumbers sliced as if 2 days ago, dry, there were no them. The building next door, in the morning you wake up to clogging piles.
