The staff are very friendly and the cocktails are amazing.

Just come back from an amazing week in this hotel could not fault a thing … room amazing and cleaned every day… bar staff fantastic and make the most amazing cocktails… helpful and friendly staff who ho out of their way to help you … will I go back DEFINITELY see you next year x.

The staff were amazing nothing was to much
They were lovely and were there with anything me or my guest need especially on our wedding day 😀 we did not want to leave
The bar staff and restaurants staff all did what they could to sit us all together even rearrange the restaurant tables The only down side was the kids entertainment it was all in Russian our kids still joined in and they still enjoyed it the hotel abd room were cleaned every day even after we had totally trash the room on the wedding day and when we got back it was spotless

Beautiful hotel and our room was spacious and had a lovely view overlooking the main pool area. The food was excellent, tasty with plenty of choice. The soups in particular were fabulous. Big thumbs up to the chefs. All of the staff from the bartenders to the waitresses etc were very friendly and helpful. The adult pool area was great and very peaceful. Have no bad comment at all about this great place.

A luxury hotel with a minimalist approach it can meet up to the expectations of the most selective holidaymakers. You cannot miss this gem as it is right in the heart of Protaras resort and one of the most beautiful beaches in the world is within 2 min walkin distance. Neat bars and restaurants are on the doorstep. Indisputably the IT spot in Protaras — Cyprus!

Brilliant rooms, staff, food and location to local amenities including beach, slightly let down by entertainment in the evenings and activities around the pool. Lovely place to stay would highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely fantastic hotel could not pick a single fault with place absolutely gutted to have to return to England.

Arrived home last night after 1week at vangeiis hotel wast long enough. The management and staff couldn't do enough for you they were so helpful, the hotel and rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. Would recommend this hotel as a 5 star.

Great hotel, great location, close to the sea, lovely food. There is a slide for children. It's a great place. The only thing I want to warn is that the hotels have two buildings. One brand new and old is not repaired and you need to immediately check with the tour operator.

Please give the hotel a fifth star! It's really cool. The service is great! They feed well! Disinfection is great! I loved it! THANK YOU VANGELIS HOTEL!

We upgraded from the apartments as ours smelt of old mouldy smoke. The refurbed part of the hotel is really nice. The staff are lovely and they do activities around the pool area throughout the day and it's a good location to restaurants, bars and beach. Would totally recommend!

Nice hotel, very friendly staff, especially would like to mention the receptionists Eva and Anna who quickly solved our little problem. The food is very good, the sea is a 5 minute walk away.

There were five children in September 2017. They took two numbers.
Pros of the hotel:
1. Location. Despite the 2 lines go to the beach 400 meters away. Just around the corner is a supermarket. Located in the center of Protaras. Everyone's around.
2. Excellent food. A classic breakfast. A variety of dinners. Everything is always available. The staff is working fast.
Cons:
1. Noisy. It was impossible to sleep in the building of S. The first night it was impossible to sleep. Music from the restaurant is directed directly into the windows. After the scandal moved to the building V. Windows went out on the wasteland and became comfortable.
Insects. In the rooms and on the street ants. In the hallway, the child was stung by a wasp. It's okay, but the child yelled.
3. The furniture and rooms are quite old.
Rest in general were satisfied.

Just arrived home after a ten day holiday at this hotel, the hotel is beautiful, staff are great do anything they can for you, cleaners are great, we stayed B&B the food is good plenty to choose from the breakfast buffet, I turned 30 whilst there and woke up to a bottle of champagne and chocolates was a lovely gesture, would definitely use this hotel again x.

Ordered with the family stupid to Spb, through the firm! Tui's side! All came well! We arrived at the hotel and it all started!
Tour operator from which we took the vouchers assured us that there will be a rennovation of the hotel in which we have to live, Tui confirmed that the repair is made! But we were waiting for a huge surprise!
There was no repair. The money is taken by the Tour Operator as a new hotel! They're starting to figure it out!
Turns out they didn't have time to make repairs. In Tui brazenly brazen, told that you do not rest! Have fun type do not shake the nerves not themselves not them.
The room is the standard we would have booked you would have seen. All the old! Falling apart
On the black staircase standing refrigerators and tables and trash. You can't walk through it! If there is no way out! The elevator, it's something we have in the slush better!
Dear tourists if you have booked tickets to hotel Vangelis (standard) be careful! Check whether the repairs that you were promised! Don't believe Tui, better check for yourself.

Nice, view and very very beautiful hotel.

Nice inexpensive apartment on the second line of a nice beach. A 10-minute leisurely walk is the famous Fig Tree Beach.
Breakfast and dinners are quite decent. Several main dishes of fish, meat and poultry. Vegetables, fruits, desserts. Drinks at dinner-from 2, 5 euros for a cup of tea. You can't bring your own drinks to the restaurant, even when it comes to drinking water.
Good powerful cooker in the kitchen, although at first glance does not look like that. Set of dishes. The fridge is small. The air conditioner works well.
With you need to take shampoo, shower gel and other shigienenic and cosmetic products. The hotel only provides toilet paper.
The detergent and dishwashing sponge, kitchen and beach towels also need to have their own.
The hairdryer at the reception is a pledge of 10 or 20 euros, but they are not always, only in the tail. In one of the races waited for a hair dryer 3 days, until released.
Free Wi-Fi only in the pool area and at the reception, the signal is weak.
The furniture in the rooms is old and sweaty but sturdy.
The location is 5 +. In the center of the tourist street. Nearby shop Lidl with the most affordable prices. A huge number of bars and cafes nearby.
Very noisy in the evening. We need to close the windows and doors.
Stay at the hotel twice. A good option for those who want to have their own kitchen and do not plan to go to taverns daily.

Great hotel. Fpsbanana is conveniently located. There is absolutely everything in the vicinity. If I am again in Zhtom place, I will stay here.

It's 5-7 minutes to the sea. If the room is on the ground floor — get ready for the smell of mold. The food matches the 3 star hotel. Don't expect more.

Exactly opposite Figtree Bay (one of the best beaches in Europe) and build in the center of the touristic area in Protaras, the Vangelis Hotel offers luxury and a great location to its guests. A truly must-visit place!

Went here self catering on my honeymoon, we had a nice big apartment with all the equipment to cook if we wanted and a nice seating area even though it was a bit out dated but this is like most hotels in the area, very nice pool and an amazing location! Great air conditioning in the room and very well cleaned everyday all over the hotel and rooms! Well worth going!

Our 3rd time here. The Hotel is soo much in need of refurbishment. But we like the location. The rooms are clean and basic but this suits us. Not a luxury holiday if that's what you are looking for.

The hotel in principle is not bad, apart from the fact that all tourists traveling to Russia was kicked out of rooms at 12:00. The plane was at 23:00. Told there are no rooms available. For the money of course. Thank you for giving lunch. Reception in the decadent state as well as in the whole hotel is in need of repair. The receptionist is not air conditioned, so we sat for 7 hours in the heat and stuffiness. Well we do, but other vacationers were with the children. I do not recommend in General. For the money you can find better hotel, for example Mandali.

Location, nice rooms, housekeeping, pool, food all at a decent level. More attention from the administration.

Good apts with pool, but cuisine is not so good. The beach is so good too.

Rested in July 2014. In the ground floor room was a closet, whose doors would not open. In the closet, sounds like the pipe passed. And judging by the mold and smell, they are leaking. It is badly tarnished hotel experience. The rest is not bad. The animation is, the food is delicious, the sea nearby. Music from the adjacent bar is not much harassed. Very much a musical show with the participation of the staff! :-)

Clean hotel great location nice pool.

I enjoyed staying in Vangelis from 11th of May for a week. Everything worked well & was clean. Hope Michael (night man) didn't miss me too much when I left. Brought some supper in about 3/4 am last 3 nights. Hope he's well.

Clean rooms sunbeds dated hence damaged. But for the price happy!

I didnt enjoy that much The reasons are: 1) There were people with squad which sweared and shouted. And done stupid things 2) The Buffet was really not Delicious. That know one was there. 3) Ants! ants! ants! Everyowhere one og the worst hotel ive went.

Well rested. The hotel no gripes, but the gorgeous sea. The sea on the beach next to the hotel is simply fabulous. Water pure as a tear. Set the water perfect, optimal uniform increasing depth, without a single Pebble, only soft white sand.

Close to the Sea (200 m), well fed, but the noise from the bar with karaoke from 22.0000 up to 2.0000, ants, zastiranoe underwear and bed of the two mattresses with a hole at the junction. Vanishes.

Delicious food, friendly staff and best price. Five stars for the price/quality ratio.

Excellent food all staff very helpful, right beside shops, bars, restaurants and beach with water activities.

Cheap, clean nice/friendly personnel. Excellent location. If you are looking for a budget stay this is a good choice. It's not a 5 star, but a nice 3 :-).

Has the bear minimum, and there were ants everywhere.
