A very pleasant stay at this hotel staff very pleasant and efficient rooms cleaned daily food and drink good entertainment every night very happy with my stay will return.

Brilliant place to go on holiday, has 3 pools and a shared water park with a Lot if slides. Rooms are up to a great standard. Apartments in the hotel are near the beach and have a great view.

Best, best, Best! Were from June 13 to 25, 2017. Lovely beach, clean sea, varied food, modern room, kitchen enough utensils, daily housekeeping. The staff is friendly and helpful. Happy Birthday Surprise (fruit and a bottle of local wine). We recommend staying with children.

We were here for 2 weeks in one of the villas and it was great! Great food, service and a clean pool. Only problem was the cleaners. Instead of giving us clean sheets they switched my bedsheets with my brothers. He had a node bleed so I spotted on my pillow blood and on the duvet more blood from his nose bleed. That's disgusting dont you think?

From reading reviews I wasn't sure what to expect but I have to admit the place is lovely and the staff are friendly. The location is also brilliant and the food can't be faulted. We have spent 2 weeks here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay it's very family orientated with many shops and restaurants nearby.

On behalf of my aunt and uncle mr b frew greenrigg west lothian this hotel should be classed as a 2 star my aunt paid 1600 pound for week all inclusive the food was disgusting she never ate for 3 days were put in a tiny room with no storage space 5 coat hangers and filthy bedding demanded another room they were put in d block and bar prices were shocking 5 euros for a dribble of smirnoff vodka. They booked through first choice so plz be wary off this hotel.

I am staying at this hotel now the pool is great with a great sea view although the beach looks horrible, the food is great with many nearby shops and restaurants. A lot of the staffs english is not that good so they just end up saying: ‘yes yes yes’ to everything you say.

Can not beat the location hotel itself and pool is fine starting to showing its age we went all inclusive worst cocktails you will ever incounter in your life flavoured water at best beers are fine as is the wine slush puppy's for the kids not part of all inclusive €3.50 each. Frozen cocktails as you would expect to be part of the all inclusive like in every other 4/5 star but no not here service at the pool bars piss poor at best and the food how can I put it its like getting a new wife that has never cooked in her life and puts out lettuce and mushroom mixed and that's a salad sliced processed ham fried is your bacon in the morning the whole lots is pretty piss poor staff are friendly enough just slow behind the bars would I come back to this hotel again no they really need to up their game with the food and drink to me this has been a waste of 4 grand I'm done with anywhere in the med now you just don't get the service or the quality of food and drink back to Jamaica Mexico and Cuba for my family of 5

Nice pool, literally a stone's throw away from the beach if you chose to have a quick dip in the sea. Be prepared to get up early to place towels on sunbeds. People talk of 3am if you want to be close to the pool. Pool not open until about 8am as they are cleaning it. Also they blow a whistle at 7pm to get every one out. Due to cleaning, grass can be muddy. For these reasons 3 out of 5. Shame as pool is great.

We married here beautiful August 2017 our day was perfect not in our wildest dreams did we expect what we got staff and wedding planners did a fantastic job making our stay in Cyprus memorable would recommend anyone who gets married to go through the hotels VIP treatment and lovely and clean hotel good food too thank you guys see you next year x x.

Great hotel, clean, very family friendly. Lots of facilities to keep everyone busy or chilled. Staff and reps cannot do enough for you. Manager very polite and very professional. Well done everyone!

Yet 4. The beach… Well, let's say in the lagoon outside the hotel the beach is a narrow strip of sand, and in water. The slippery stones. Slippery rocks and sometimes algae. But the water is clean. If to sail away. So for the beach 1 of 5. Beyond the sea 3 out of 5. The rooms are great. In room microwave, stove, kettle. Nice furniture. Overall cozy. Food: took half-Board. Well, food 4 likely. The staff is polite standard. No complaints. Moderately useful. A lot of people. Sunbeds may not be enough if you come late. Let's say around ten. Local animation remained to us unknown. I can't say anything. For half a Euro per person you can go to the beach (bus 102). To go 10 minutes max. A child ticket is cheaper. Back you can take a bus 101. The Central beach is great. Sand. The sea is also sandy. The water is great. People just Horde (Sunday). Direct difficult to find a place to fall. About the sunbeds just keep quiet. More about the hotel and service. Shower gel and shampoo you will be given once on arrival. Towels for the beach only by a cash Deposit. 10 euros per towel. Money back on departure.

This 4* hotel. For these stars it is just great. After he went to 5* also in Protaras, but we liked the smaller.
