Wonderful hotel and value for money.

This hotel has everything you need, staff are so friendly and helpful, they put themselves out of their way for you, food is lovely and loads of variety, very clean restaurant, rooms and pool 5 star for me.

Worst experience of our life. Absolute horrifying service and non existing management. The dining staff are not trained /qualified. Very rude and seem annoyed when you ask for something. We booked for our summer holidays three weeks and left after 4 days. Chaotic restaurant, never able to find a table, cutlery, had to clean our own table after waiting a long time. Very poor hygiene and cleaning. Overcrowded and not sufficient sun beds which resulted in people battling over sun beds and many times people were removing our towels and belongings from the sun beds. In addition, they don’t comply with covid restriction. They allow people walk everywhere without masks, no social distancing and in the restaurant everyone use the same spoons to take the food. And worst of all, very rude staff and instead of dealing with our complains, we got to hear that they are busy and short of staff and it’s crowded. And we can leave if we want to and ruined our holidays. Never been in a hotel worse than this and the attitude of the staff. Just horrible and will never return to this horrendous place.

I stayed only one night in this hotel, and would definitely NOT recommend it on a 4* basis. It is definitely not 4*, it’s a 3*. Our room was very basic, tired and dated, with paper cups by the dirty kettle. There were still sick splatters up the bathroom wall and the hairdryer attached to the wall was broken. The hallways and lifts don’t look like they’ve been cleaned properly in years. The food is very basic definitely not 4* standard. Dining staff lack leadership, with no one enforcing the wearing of masks around the buffet food. The pool/towel staff are unhelpful and more interested in their phones than being of any help to my family. There is black mould embedded into the grout under the waterline of the swimming pool and no where near enough sun beds for the size of the hotel. The photos of the reception and lobby are lovely, it’s a shame the rest of the hotel is not the same. I have stayed in many 4* hotels but never one as sub standard as this.

It looks nothing like the pictures, after staying for an all inclusive and eating chips and salad for breakfast, lunch and dinner, we won't be back here. This is 100% not a 4 star, the whole hotel is EXTREMELY old. The hallways have god knows how old carpets and the rooms smell old and dusty. Don't waste your money. Honestly the worst hotel I have stayed at.

Myself, my husband and 50 of our nearest and dearest have just returned home from celebrating our wedding and we could not be happier with the service, location, atmosphere and treatment we received from the moment we walked through the doors to the moment we were waved off by Meg! We booked our wedding last year before the world went crazy. At the time I was talking to about 5 other hotels in the area. Just returned home and have never been so upset to leave a hotel. My daughter got married at the Chapel and the wedding reception was held at the hotel. We stayed at the hotel for almost two weeks and had a fabulous time. The staff were amazing, they were friendly and accommodating, and any additional requests we had were sorted out straight away (a special mention has to go to Stelios in the restaurant, such a lovely and friendly man). I would absolutely recommend the jacuzzi rooms and would also recommend upgrading to the All Inclusive Plus option, the added benefits are worth paying the little bit extra. The food was lovely, eating in the main restaurant can get a bit mundane but the take out snacks during the day were fantastic (the best I have ever had as part of an All Inclusive package) and I would highly recommend eating in the on site Italian Restaurant. The hotel had specific Covid requirements in place but these did not stop us from having a wonderful time. We cannot wait to return next year.

The hotel is in a very beautiful place, beautiful beach, beautiful, room cleaning leaves much to be desired! The bath is dirty! Coffee has to be begged for, rooms are cozy nice but not clean! Breakfast is good, everything you need! Didn't have dinner or lunch at the hotel so I can't say anything!
If the management of the hotel pays attention to such important things as cleanliness, we would be happy to come back again! Can only be recommended because of the territory and the beach! The rest is poor!
But we had a really good time!

My family and I have just spent a week at this lovely hotel, we couldnt fault it at all!
Food was great, it was clean and the staff friendly.
Special thanks go to the Animation Team who were absolutely amazing & kept our kids entertained all week & gave us a chance to relax. We cant thank them enough & cant wait to come back next year!

Terribly noisy. Terribly. It’s 1.30a. M. Some 20 people singing at hotel directly under the windows of other guests. And hotel stuff seems ok with this. Would NEVER recommend this hotel. NO RESPECT to guests.

Been coming hear 4 years highly recommended food and staff and location is the best ever boat trip the little yellow boat.

Great place for families. Kids entertainment is fantastic during the day and also at night. Everywhere clean and tidy and the food is great with lots of variety. Lovely beach with a warm sea. Nothing much close by but a taxi to the main strip is €10. The only draw back is the children’s menu is very poor with only 2 choices. If your child is a fussy eater like mine you will struggle, the chips are poor, crabs claws & Cyprus sausage.

Just come back from a week here, Absolutely loved it staff were lovely, pool and beach were clean and plenty of sun beds with free towels! Rooms were decent size and kept nice and clean. Highly recommend room service, especially the club sandwich will defiantly be going back x.

This has been the worse experience I have ever had at a hotel.
My 3 year old suffers from allergies (allergic to nuts and eggs). The hotel was notified by myself before arrival. The staff are extremely rude and not accommodating.
My son unfortunately had an allergic reaction after eating chicken sausages for breakfast which they advised was fine for him to have. He was rushed to the local hospital. Thankfully he is fine. Please if your child suffers from severe allergies please avoid this hotel.

A great hotel for a family holiday with children. Pool for all age groups. The bar is right by the pool. The beach area with good sand and bottom. You can swim young children without problems. The bay protects against waves. If you swim a little, that is a corral shallow, where older children can get the bottom and look at underwater landscapes. The kitchen is great. There is an opportunity, then take All, do not regret exactly. Evening programs, live music, children's animators — all at a good level. The interior of the hotel is good, will go, I will not describe — because to sit on the rooms there is not necessary. The hotel is not far from turbulent life, but is a few kilometers away, but it is rather a plus.

The food is tasty and varied, the rooms are clean, the area is well-groomed. The staff are friendly, there are Russian-speaking staff at the reception, the restaurant is mostly English. The cleaners are friendly, one understands and speaks a little Russian, with the rest of the knowledge of English level "London from the capital of Great Britannia. " The pool is cleaned every morning but smells of chlorine. The beach is a short walk away. The beach is clean, sandy, the entrance to the sea is gentle, equipped with the entrance to the water for the disabled. The sea is clean, but at the bottom there are large bumpy stones, about which you can injure your feet. It is desirable to swim in specials. Sneakers, which are sold in almost any shop. The water warms up well and there are no waves in the lagoon, for children it is perfect. There is a shop on site (in the basement of the main building), you can buy everything from chocolates and shampoos to swimsuits and sets for sandboxes (build castles on the beach). There is also a supermarket across the street from the second building of the hotel, (from the main pass literally 100m), which also has everything.

The hotel doesn't pull on the claimed 4 degrees. Good three, no more. Cleaning rooms daily, washing floors, taking out garbage, tucking the bed, beautifully folding towels, replenishing the stock of toilet paper and coffee/tea. For a week of rest the replacement of bed linen and towels was 1 time, furniture in the room is old, the underwear is gray — washed. The air conditioning is not cleaned, the tile in the bathroom is broken. Pillows — terribly sore back and neck, head. Food — at first liked, but for a week all tired, everything is monotonous. Seafood is all overcooked, overcooked, etc. Desserts are weak, fruits — stone, where they take them is not clear. And most importantly, the Russians are not told about half of the services that are provided on the all-inclusive system. The animation is there, but very weak, all charging in the pool is sluggish and boring, all that for children, then for English speakers, because most of the animators do not speak Russian, from the word "totally". There is no entertainment for children — the club "bibliosha" in the territory was not noticed, the hotel guide did not say a word about it. For children there is only 1 slide in the pool, which works for a couple of hours in the morning and evening. Output… vacation is not spoiled, but the desire to return and stay longer is gone. I don't recommend it, it's not worth the money.

I visited Mamma Leone restaurant which attached to the hotel. Its a quite and provides quality food. Service is excellent and very friendly. Trust me Its hard to be disappointed there and I know food very well.

Absolutely lovely staff and hotel in general, our stay was filled with enthusiasm, joy and entertainment throughout, I would 100% recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone.

We rested with 4.07 to 18.07. The hotel has a great location, its own beach, great pool. That's where the pros end. Here is disgusting and disgusting food — all the products are very much overcooked, some of the products are just spoiled. The food is very monotonous — potatoes, eggs, fried tomatoes. We had all inclusivebut with me trying to get money for cocktails and other services. The child was put in the room honey couch instead of a normal bed. I had to swear and constantly defend my rights. For very good money just bad service. I really regret this trip, the rest is badly spoiled, exhausted nerves. To hear any request, you just have to yell. Otherwise, no one hears or understands anything. Nightmare just.

Very nice hotel, super clean and great location also many activities during the day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner have many varieties. Room service are super excellent; I will give you an example the fridge was not cold after calling the reception just 3 min and the fridge was replaced. I highly recommend this hotel.

Liked. It's a great beach. It's all good.
However, I didn't really understand our British friends — all day spent time by the pool. What were they doing there? Apparently, there was a pool bar :)

My sister and I came for a relaxing week, the hotel is spotless. The rooms are large and clean. The all inclusive drink selection is great. My sister is a fussy eater but there is a vast selection of well cooked tasty food. The head waiter is excellent and will get anything you ask for. The pool and beach is well maintained and relaxing. The entertainment staff do a fan job especially with the children. The only critic is the evening entertainment for adults needs a bit of work. But all in all a very good holiday.

Were here earlier: Autumn 2013. Spring and Autumn 2014g. In comparison with the period in May 2018, conditions deteriorated. There is no children's kitchen as such. The choice of dishes decreased. Little fruit, seafood. The room fund, especially in the main building requires renovation. It is very hard to move around with a stroller.

Had a rest here with family on May holidays in 2018. The sun warms, but windy and the sea is cool. Food is excellent, service on the C grade, the hotel requires urgent renovation. I'd rather not come back here.

We spent a wonderful week here. Eat super. The restaurant right by the sea with very attentive staff. The restaurant manager Panicos is very keen to ensure that guests are well off. He has fulfilled every wish for us. Thank you for everything Regina & Armin.

Stayed at this musiclover hotel from April 17 to 25, 2018. The hotel is on one line. Small oasis on the outskirts of the city. Beautiful sea, near mesmerizing church Nicholas the miracle Worker. Food at altitude. Assortment of good and expensive products, pleasant atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Almost everything is well spoken in Russian. Clean room and pleasant aroma in it. Animation attracts interesting shows. The spa is clean, tidy and quality. In this area in my opinion is the best hotel. I want to go back… Thank you for your service)

Resort is nice, food is very standard (dessert's just taste of artificial cream) very family oriented, the animation team were amazing (especially Alex) for my young boys. The Beach is lovely. I would say a very good 3 star not a 4 star hotel, hotel is lovely downstairs but rooms and food let it down a little.

The food was good and the pool was Mega. Especially right on the beach… Wow. Only Recommended. Top.

We stayed here in October 2017 and it was hot and sunny for the whole stay. The all inclusive was lovely and the range of cocktails on the beach bar was amazing the pool was great but limited opening times on the slide wasn't very convenient. I enjoyed eating lunch over the Mediterranean and the many activities like paragliding rental pedalo slides and jet skis were all very reasanbly priced and I would highly recommend going on a boat trip. It was also ideal for snorkelling.

The golden coast for me is amazing place to stay only came for one week and felt at home straight away, the animation staff was exallent and we came with our 3 year old never once we did not feel as though she was not involved they all made us felt welcome, the food is amazing the staff the setting what more can I say we will be back Janice graham and Martha Wakefield Yorkshire xxx.

A truly amazing hotel for families with young children! Also lovely for older folks just wanting a relaxed, comfortable, worry-free holiday without the fuss of Protaras or Ayia Napa. It's just perfect!

Ok'ish facilities, Good food. Great staff. Fabulous views!

Fabulous staff (bar one ignorant and rude older female Jenny who sounds British), good food and great location. The Spa is off limits as it is far too expensive so you have no access to the indoor pool which is not free as advertised. The outdoor pools are great though they can't seem to keep the sea side part clean from sand and they never clean around it which is a shame. Outdoor areas are mostly never swept except where you don't normally go! The pool is not filtered and the water is not changed so is polluted with suncream. Do not get any in your mouth. Rooms are clean but watch out for tiny ants that get into food and clothes. They are a nuisance. Very little around the hotel so be prepared to travel to get around and shop. Google maps don't have street view so navigation is a bit difficult unless you download a local map. Wi-Fi at the hotel is ok in the foyer but patchy elsewhere and keeps going off. One night I managed, the stream some Netflix though! Telly is in English but nearly all news channels so perhaps don't bother. Food is decent except on the Greek/Cypriot might as there are no decent desserts served except traditional fayre too hard to eat. Main dishes containing meat are often well overcooked. I agree with a previous post where they say the Syrian/Lebanese night was good. It was but it only happens every two weeks. The place is a bit tired but would be hugely expensive to fix.

This hotel is amazing. All the staff are warm and welcoming the reps are great fun. If you are looking for somewhere where you can have fun and relax with great entertainment and food I would give this hotel 5*. Missing Cyprus soooooooo much.

This hotel is not the best looking we have stayed in but it is the most perfect by location with the marina and a beach next to it, and the views were absolutely brilliant if you had a sea facing room which we had to pay an extra £124 gbp for when we got there and we asked to move from the inland view. The staff were fantastic including the animation team waiting staff and cleaners, all were very helpful. The food was of a good standard and where it was supposed to be hot, it was! The down side — the beds were rock hard in both the rooms we had, which is not good if you have a week or two of sleeping in them ahead of you and we didn't see any sign of snacks other than popcorn at the pool bar which is misleading on the advertising. Saying this and breaking our rule that we never go back to the same place more than once, the location and views got us. We are thinking of going again in September! We are a couple aged 54-62 years with mobility issues, but this hotel is also perfect for a family with small children because of its location and facilities for children.

For a quiet family holiday perfect place. Delicious food, great beach, attentive and unobtrusive staff. The only disadvantage of this kind of bed linen. It is some kind of gray, though clean. But we rest not spoil) )

Modest hotel in a secluded location. Ideal for families with small children.

Relax in this hotel in July 2014 family with two children. Tour Operator Natalidor. Negative impressions remained only on excursions. The hotel is nice, 4 in all respects, the more it does not pull. The hotel is quiet and calm, rest is ideal for families with children, young people it will be boring. Food quality and variety. In room everything worked fine, but the furniture is old, in the wardrobe door was moving with great effort I had to put them in the middle and left alone. Towels and sheets are new and old gray, zastennye, but all clean, changes in a timely manner, the main thing not to forget the towels to throw on the floor. The biggest advantage of this hotel is the beach: sun beds at the hotel are close to the beach, on the beach sand on the beach and in the sea, the entrance is smooth, but not long, clean sea, waves there. A walk in the County on the coast and drive through the cities of Cyprus, I can confidently say: the beach, this hotel one of the best. The food is good and varied, we had Breakfast and dinner, went to dinner in the restaurants of Protaras. The restaurants in the neighbourhood there: the nearest 5-7 minutes walk to the beach and up the road, if you go 20-25 minutes, you will find near composed entirely of restaurants, shops, rental cars, etc.

Had a rest in this hotel in July 2010. The hotel is very good. From the centre of Protaras is a 10-minute bus ride or a 20-minute walk on foot. Recommended for a quiet family holiday. Very friendly staff.
Area — a large swimming pool, pool bar where you can enjoy коткейлями, juices, ice cream, nuts, etc. Two restaurants — one at the pool there are dinners and one restaurant near the hotel are Breakfast and dinner. For dinner, bathing suits, pareos (other capes) come impossible. Very nice sandy beach, the water is pure. Sun loungers and umbrellas, which are at the grass — free as belong to the hotel and the sun loungers and parasols that near water on the sand-pay — 2.5 Euro per deck chair and 2 Euro umbrella (there mainly on Sundays come local). Sun loungers better to hold in the morning. Very nice spacious rooms, the furniture is not very new but still comfortable. Cleaned every day.
Food very tasty and varied, but with soups problem. For younger kids varied menu. Mediterranean cuisine, meat, potatoes, pasta, salads. For dinner variety of sweet desserts, fruit — watermelons, melons, grapes, bananas. The Breakfast rolls, fried вафельки, scrambled eggs, bacon, pineapples and melons in yogurt, cereals etc.
The bus stop is near the hotel which is very convenient. It is worth bus 1 Euro, comes on the schedule that you can ask at the hotel reception.

The hotel itself, more precisely territory, is not very big. Is one of the last. Quality service is great. The most important thing was not Russian! Ideal for families with small children. There were so many, despite opening the season. Wasn't very beach — you can see that city. Just beaches, belonging to the hotels is generally clearer. Overall, we were really happy with our short, but very good recreation.
