➜ Disgusting attitude of the owners of the hotel to the guests. We booked a room for 5 days, but on the first day we could not come for family reasons. We arrived the next day at 7 am, the owners slept after a stormy gathering, as other guests of the hotel explained to us. At 9:30 the husband of the hostess came out, we asked to settle us in our room, which is already a day as ours should be, we were told: after 12 hours check-in will be possible, the room is not ready! We sat in the courtyard of the hotel for 5 hours and waited for check-in to the room for a day as paid. As a result, there was a scandal with the hostess, when we asked about the discount for the first day. Disgusting attitude, rude communication! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!
