Really nice hotel, in a good area, close to some great restaurants. Excellent value for money for a clean spacious room. Highly recommend if looking for a decent place to stay on a budget.

Really disastrous reception staff A shame… Lack of education and professionalism… Maybe he had a bad day the man…

Not sure why this place is listed as a 3-star hotel. Rooms are ok if your standards are low and two friends experienced theft: a large sum or cash and an engagement ring.

Bad experience… hot shower not working at night… or working for 1 minute. I was complained to the manager, but only say I was lying; and, if you receive a guest for 2 minutes, you pay 50% of the daily value or manage call t the police … never more.

Really nice staff, central location. Rooms are small and a bit uncomfortable.

A good value, budget hotel. To be fair, it‘s much better than a B&B. The owner and the staffs are super friendly. A good choice for travels don‘t like spend too much money on accomodations.

Unfortunately room for improvement. Can’t use fan as it shakes the light and makes a loud noise. Mould on ceiling in bathroom. Dusty. Fixtures and fittings dated. Room smelled of drain — really gross : (

Boutique hotel, with no elevator, no air conditioning in the rooms, a credit card machine that doesn't work (had to pay in cash)

Located just a few minutes walk from downtown San Jose near restaurants, pubs and supermarkets.
The rooms are clean and the bathroom spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There Is a kitchen but for the exclusive use of the staff except for coffee or tea. Wi-Fi is not fast and frequently disconnects. Good value for money.

A small but very cozy hotel, its simple but comfortable rooms, excellent location, in the heart of the city where everything is accessible without disturbing the noise, the staff is attentive and helpful, definitely a place to go back.

Clean, cheap and quiet place to sleep.

Awful experience. BED BUGS and mites, and terrible customer service. Was charged for a 2 night stay, when in the room for less than an hour before having to pack up and leave. Manager couldn't be bothered to even apologize. Avoid this place, friends!

Clean room, great location, nice and helpful stuff. Basic but sufficient breakfast. Excellent shower with hot water, cool and quiet AC. In my room there was outlet sockets only in the bathroom.

The breakfast, location, and staff are the best! I definitely recommend staying here.

Good enough for 1 night to catch the plane. No power outlets in the room, only in the bathroom. No ac. Only fan.

La ubicación es excelente, el personal es lo mas amable que me he encontrado en mucho tiempo, la limpieza en general era impecable.
Genial que incluyan desayuno, y el precio era bueno ($50 por noche, temporada baja)
El lugar es muy silencioso, el personal es muy discreto y respetuoso.
La Habitación tenia agua caliente en las duchas, y televisión LCD con cable tv, extensión telefónica, aire acondicionado.
Tiene un jardín bonito y acogedor al centro.

The location is excellent, the staff is the most friendly that I've found in a long time, the cleaning was generally impeccable.
Great to include breakfast, and the price was good ($50 per night, low season)
The place is very quiet, the staff is very friendly and discreet.
The room had hot water in the showers, and LCD TV with cable tv, air conditioning, telephone extension.
It has a nice and cosy Garden Center.
Free coffee whenever you want)
Lo malo:
El desayuno fue el mismo los 4 días que estuvimos alojados, nos aburrió ya después del segundo día.
La señal del Wi-Fi era muy débil en la habitación que estábamos (205, al fondo del hotel)
La habitación del hotel no tenia espejo de cuerpo entero, solo un pequeño espejo en el baño.
No tiene parqueo privado, aunque hay un par de parqueos cercanos para alquilar, con el consiguiente costo extra.

Wonderful bilingual personnel, clean rooms, friendly helpful. We had a little problem with the toilet flushing. But for a 2 star hotel, it is a great deal. Best hotel of that level in the area. Also, it has great security, and it across from the artisan market and within walking distance of the major museums.

Excellent value. The hotel is plain (no elevator, sparse decorations, no frills), but very clean. It is walking distance to all the major sites downtown. Some of the rooms have air conditioning so be sure you request it if desired. They are remodeling the older rooms that promise to be even better than the existing ones. Staff is very friendly.
