It’s very nice it’s in the middle of everything!

The hotel is very nice and the friendly staff, however the jacuzzi in the room was dirty, the outdoor jacuzzi out of service, there is no restaurant service so you have to take everything you want to eat, not a bottle of water they sell and the kitchen utensils were not in the best condition. Worse is that in the recommendations they talk about the excellent restaurant and to finish the spa was closed. I don't recommend it at all.

With this hotel better nor do business have many demands where they have made a wedding party contract with many people and do not comply, at the time of service, no party is lost money, and peace. They're cheaters.

Do not stay in room 12 they do not have hot water! It will turn on hot but 1 min later it turns warm then to cold! They give you tab water while you're there and not spring. People are nice but there was so many cons. We tried to turn on the bubbles for the bathtub and the smell of sewer stunk the entire room!

Very nice hotel! The staff is very attentive. Whenever I needed anything or had a problem it was taken care of promptly. The food was good, a little pricey but good. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hidden gem! Once you drive in through the front gate, it's like being transported to a different Era. Grounds are well kept, beautiful, rustic and traditional. Other great features of the hotel include the family friendly atmosphere, amenities, parking, room sizes, accessibility, pool and restaurant area. Staff is super friendly and helpful too. I'm so glad I chose this hotel!

The place is nice and very pretty, but why would you have a 2bd room suite with full kitchen. But nothing in the kitchen. A stove, not one pan, no dishes, glasses or silverware? … very disappointing. Still 2 bedrooms and 2 bath towels only! No hand or wash cloths? Wow?

I'M still staying. This Is very nice place. They Are almost apartments or suites with Jacuzzi and kitchen.

All the workers here were very friendly and the breakfast was decent though not winning any awards. But they mustve had a very good photographer or taken their pictures of the rooms quite a while ago as the were quite dated and a bit rundown. Though the pool and hot tub were very nice. Decent value for the money just dont expect amazing.

Nice place. Rooms have two bedrooms, bath, full kitchen, & sitting room. Free breakfast (all you want & take some to snack on later) pool and more, restaurant, cantenia, art all over and people friendly & super helpful.

A quiet, ideal place to rest. Cozy.

Nice place to stay would have given 5 stars but our phone did not work and air conditioning was so loud. 2bed 1 bath with washer dryer very nice great staff English speaking nice pool great breakfast. Will stay here again.

This place is like the wild wild west, without the dust, guns or spitting. I loved it. The staff was super friendly and the rooms were clean and a good size for us. The entire hotel itself seemed a great place to record a movie. It's jsut one of those places that has " the look"

Very clean and an excellent price for a 4 star hotel. Restaurant is good but you can find others that are much better for the same price. Front desk is very very helpful. Our flight got canceled so we returned for another 2 night. Book through travel sites like Expedia etc, you'll get a good discount. The pool is very large and appears to be relatively unused. They also have a jacuzzi tub that's very large. Also doesn't seem to be used often but it's there. They have a gym and a spa. Haven't used the spa. The grounds are well maintained. But as with any place in Costa Rica there are a few things that need to be upgraded/fixed. Both rooms needed lightbulbs replaced but that very minor. Some rooms have a washer and dryer if you really have a cleaning clothes fetish. Some rooms have a full sized refrigerator, others European /costa rica size. All room seem to be efficacy suites with 2 bedroom and a full kitchen but the rooms we stayed in had no plates or utensils. I didn't ask if they could be provided. It also has a 24/7 guarded gate. Overall it is a well maintained hotel.

Excellent atmosphere to share the birthday of a family or friends around a good lunch and not to mention the treatment of collaborators who work there, I invite you to have an experience there.

It was a great experience! We had a two bedroom suites with a kitchen complete with washer and dryer. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Great atmosphere and excellent typical Tico breakfast.

Decent place to stay, booked on airbnb. Bring your own pots and pans because there is a great big kitchen with nothing to cook with. But the lunch buffet was quite enjoyable. We came through San Jose visiting family and the policy about no guests is a little off putting. Our room had two bedrooms and two double beds, not sure why they would limit if someone from your family wanted to visit. Just would mean usually probably one or two more people to pay for the breakfast buffet in the morning…

It's lovely, clean, wonderful people working there, customer service is amazing, it's just close enough and far enough to the city. Great breakfast, it's eco friendly, nice little pool, all around its the best place I have stayed in the San Jose area! I recommend especially if you are undergoing dental work.

We stayed at Casa Conde beachfront resort on Panama beach, Guanacaste. The pictures don't do justice. The master suite is over 1, 700 sq. Ft. You have a state of the art kitchen, a dining room, living room, king size bed, walk in closet, and giant spa bathroom. There are 3 exits from your room to the patios. You look down at the pools and trees where the howler monkeys call in the morning outside your patios. The food is local and a large variety. I don't know how they afford such extravagant meals and drinks. They treat you like family and VIPs. They will arrange excursions for you on CR time — there is no rushing. Need anything — they will provide. The beach front is one of the most pristine beaches I've seen. The water pools are salt water. I loved my late nite floats in the ocean looking up at the moon. What I loved most was the people. I'd love to retire here. The Liberia airport is a half hr. Drive. There is no need to rent a car. The resort provides excursions in private cars. Across from us was Secrets Resort — more $$and It was not the atmosphere that I wanted. I loved our resident iguana — don't worry you have to know where to find him — the kids would feed him at night. And the birds outside our breakfast balcony. The people made the resort. They became our friends. Honestly, I never noticed the people staying at the resort. Only, the lovely staff. It was just a quiet home away from home. We pray that we could move there. Pura Vida❤️ We miss our friends.

This is a five star facility. We stayed for 3 days and everything was excellent. Service, rooms, personnel, food, facility in general. If I had to say anything negative is we were unable to get Wi-Fi in our room, but in the restaurant and checkin area. But that was not enough to stop us from coming here again if we are back in Costa Rica. Loved our stay.

A hotel different, a House of field in full city. It is not central but there is by taxi. Hotel has high quality, rooms are very quiet and cosy, the environment is quiet and Nice, invites you to walk. It is the ideal place for a group or incentive trip. Very nice.

Good hotel, bad location. The hotel does not have capacity to serve its guests and developing concurrent events.

My experience with them was phenomenal. Great place great attitude great prices. The employees were so helpful, so professional all the time. The services at the facility were so clean and very well kept. The food was so good and at a reasonable price, I payed $ 20 usd for there buffet, so worth it. I also needed to change us currency and they helped me at the front desk. I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I just love this place, very economical, they are honest, nice and clean. Close to everywhere in Central San Jose.

Very hard to find if you aren't familiar with the area or aren't working with a GPS. However the rooms are overly spacious, and offer air conditioning, and private rooms. The food served at the restaurant is delicious, expect a $18-25 meal (with dessert). The staff was moderately fluent in English with the exception of the security guards. The maps offered behind the concierge desk are awful.

I would actually give this location a 4.5. It is truly a sanctuary! The staff very hospitable, from security to the front desk! We arrived and were treated like a 5 star hotel. The food is scrumptious and totally typical of Costa Rica. Our first night in San Jose the room was a little musty, but the staff and grounds made up for this. Our second stay turned out to be quite fabulous. We were met as we registered by the female manager with a welcome drink. The drinks and food are very reasonable. Believe, me you will only step outside the grounds to smoke. There is always something festive happening here! Jorge and I must apologize I didn't get the name of the female manager on staff, both were so welcoming, accommodating, and full of information. The wait staff in the restaurant, OUTSTANDING! On our last day in San Jose we took Jorge's advice and toured the grounds. Totally amazing! Casa Conde will definitely be on my list for my return to Costa Rica. The drive and neighborhood may have you leary, but you will find all you need inside. May I add, Costa Ricans are the most hospitable people I have encountered in my travels. I will definitely return! Pura Vida.

Very good facilities and comfortable, you have iron washer dryer, in my case included breakfast, refrigerator you have by which you can buy your own things, there are kitchens and dishes, washing tackle.
In the rooms fit comfortably three people.
Highly recommended.

Went there for brunch, but turns out they don't have the Sunday brunch anymore. However, they did have a buffet lunch, that although didn't offer too much variety, the food quality was very good. The hotel itself is very nice, decoration is very good. We did spend a nice time while we were there.

I will not reccomend this hotel. I booked the hotel with free pickup from airport. But once I reached the airport no body was there to receive me. And US phone will not work there. Then some local guys approched me and help me with the situation. I saw most of the other hotel representatives at the airport. I felt bad that I choose this one. Thanks, Sree.

Building 3 is noisy as it faces the highway.
