It'S a very central hotel. And easy to get to. But not and been in the.

It seems to be in a mountain hut, wood on the walls and on the ground. In The common areas there are sofas and rocking chairs. The walls are decorated with murals of colourful animals. The rooms are not spacious and the bathroom could improve. Breakfast is plentiful. It is in the middle of the village near restaurants and not far from the park.

A quaint hotel but very dark all wood interior but great murals on the entrance walls. But centrally located.

I liked the fast Wi-Fi. What I didn't like was the attitude of some of the staff. You can tell it's a very touristic area and not everyone cares. Also, coffee at breakfast should be stronger please.

The room is comfortable and large for the price, but the hotel is made of woods so you. Can hear everything outside — we were at a middle of a storm and we couldn't sleep because of the noises. But the breakfast is great, and the price is reasonable.

Because the parking lot was very small and there were leaks on the roof of some parts!

The room was musty and you could hear the wind blowing quite loudly from the outside. The water pressure in the shower was weak and barely any hot water came out of the shower head.

We wandered into this hotel at around 10am with no place to stay that night. They luckily had a room, and were kind enough to give us the first room that would be available after cleaning (about a 30 minute wait). We ended up with a great room with tons of space. There is no A/C or fan, but it gets chilly at night in that area anyways. Great views from upstairs and a nice, breezy hangout on the main level. There is hot water, but I suggest keeping the water volume turned down low to get the hottest water. Breakfast was tasty and cooked to order, included in the stay. The hotel was also across from the bus station where the bus to the Monteverde Cloud Forest stops (its about a $2 journey per person). All the people who work there are friendly and helpful, and the whole building is covered in beautiful artwork. The prices were excellent as well. About $40/night. Definitely recommend staying here. Only complaint one might have is that the road is noisy at night with all the bikes, certainly did not keep us up however. Everything is within a 2 minute walk, including Tree House Restaurant. Stayed here two nights.

Great hospitality and very helpful. Rooms were clean and there was hot water and free breakfast.
