Nice hotel with an amazing view.
But it's still a bit expensive for what it is.
The room is spacious and comfortable but without soul and austere. Damage.
Breakfast is not terrible. But we've seen worse in Costa Rica!

The hotel is in a wonderful location with a beautiful view. Unfortunately, it has been with the already. The rooms are in a tiresome condition, very basic and need renovations. This also applies to the bathroom. We had the whole time cold in the room, a whole beetle collection and the Windows did not close properly, I. E draught. We were only able to take a 25 minute delay and almost missed our excursion. The whole plant looks down-farmed and cold, very sad. The staff is from Nice to rude.
Would recommend another hotel.

Clesn tourist lodger with big rooms and great view. Food is average but service is excellent.

I love this hotel and have been coming here for 12 years. The staff is amazing, it is a simple rustic hotel that is perfect for the setting of a cloud forest, and the grounds are beautiful.

Just. Friendly but lack a better attention to the reception. There is no lift and you miss a help to upload suitcases. Very good views. Some problem with the cleanup. The breakfast was good.

Pros: The staff and hotel is very nice. The view from the rooms is great. The bar is the best place to watch their beautiful sunsets. The breakfasts were good if you steer clear of under cooked rice. French toast and pancakes were my traveling companions choice at this adventure. They accommodated me with my gluten free oatmeal I packed for this trip. Cons: rooms have very hard beds. It felt as though you were sleeping on a box spring side of a mattress set on the wooden planks.

Terrible hotel find another one. Rude management, terrible service, disgusting rooms and housekeep. Only nice thing was the bar and it was rarely open.

Great view and nice rooms! They even have a big bath in the bathroom to relax and a great view from the balcony.

Monteverde hotel is a beautiful hotel in the mountains of Monteverde. The first night I got here everything was cloudy and I literally couldn't see what was five yards in front of me because of the fog. The next morning I woke up to a stunning view on the patio of my hotel room. I could see all the way down to the Pacific. The service at the hotel is fairly decent. Yes, it could be better, but I have no complaints. For a cheap price, stunning views, and amazing service, this hotel definitely has earned a place in my heart.

One of the best hotel in town. Huge rooms, gorgious views and very friendly staff. They can arrange for tours and hotel pickup which was very convenient.

Bang for buck is top notch. I cancelled an earlier booking elsewhere to switch to here and glad I did. Rooms are big with great views. Property is just outside downtown and staff were all nice and eager to please. Rating it 5 stars not because its a fancy resort, but because the value for the price paid was so satisfying.

Conveniently located in walking distance from the Santa Elena village and close to the cloud Forrest. Not a luxurious hotel but excellent value for money. Would stay here again.

Nothing exceptional but the views were fantastic and the service was good” The Good: Incredible views of the surrounding country. You really couldn't ask for a better view of the Punta Arenas area. Also, if you are wanting to see the Cloud Rain Forest or do some Ziplining, this is an excellent central location. The tubs are huge, perfect for two people if one was on a honeymoon The Bad: The beds are hard as rocks. Bring a comforter with you if you don't like hard beds No pool The food is mediocre and a bit overpriced in my opinion. Forget about the bar. Way overpriced I have heard that Tramonti is a very good place to eat though we didnt get a chance to try it. Wouid I stay here again. Probably.
