Review of Best Western Jaco Beach All Inclusive Resort 3*

I didnt like Nothing about this place so old and outdated. You have to ask for Everything even the key to the safe box is old style you have to go to front desk for them to give you a key to open the safe noyhing electronic beach towel they give you a card to bring with you to front desk to get towel and if you loose or didnt bring ghose towel back they will charge you. Really indont know if this a comment practice in all the hotels in costa rica or just this one I just though its crazy. All inclusive food and drinks is somewhat ok if you are heavy drinker. Food they had a chef behind the stove preparing meat so you have to go and ask for a piece of meat and if you ask for more they gave you the look. It's a buffet. Same thing soup salad, vegetables and pasta every day lunch and dinner and a choice of two type of meat and like I said the chef behind those so u have to ask. Out of all of that it was ok but the guy they have behind the front desk its somthing else he needs a lot to learn about customer service I really mean it a lot of work no smile no urgency not even an eye contact. I ask him at check in to suggest a place for me to have fun in the evening just to break the ice. I was shocked the dude didn't smile and say I don't know. And a young lady was next to him I guess she was learning she smiled and told me about a few places that I should see and when I came back to ask for a taxi she is the one that picked up the phone and takes care of that for me and told me the name of the taxi driver and all the information I do need. Oh btw if you thinking to bring friend or guest forget it about its a NO NO. So bottom line for less money you can really go to a beautiful places in jaco beach.
