Beautiful cozy quiet hotel special for 100% recommended rest.

Loved the view, the proximity of the beach, the food and the excellent customer service of the staff, I would definitely return to that hotel.

Excellent stay I recommend it even though it does not have air conditioning the ceiling fan does for one of them, very good breakfast and very good attention.

We have just checked in today. This "hotel" is only 1 star, and does not look like the pictures shown on the booking sites. We are in Rm 2, and it is stifling hot and stuffy. There is no cold water for drinking, unless you have kept some in the fridge, which does not have a freezer, and that requires a lot of strength to get the door to close properly. There's thin curtains for "privacy" but they get blown around by the fans, so they cannot offer the privacy I need in a room
I would love a refund so that I can find a place more to my liking, but have already paid so it appears that I am stuck here for the 3 nights.

On my visit to the coconut beaches, visit Hotel M&M.
The staff was very friendly and is a very welcoming place, it is facing the beach and has a terrace where you can spend time resting.
The rooms are very clean and the breakfasts very delicious.

I expected more for the price of the room, super small very old the place the bathroom super small and at breakfast you are charged up to the onion that they put to the lousy egg the truth.

Really nice place and good value. I stayed in the $20 shared dormitory and it was very spacious and clean. Screens on the windows would be a nice improvement as I got bit by a lot of mosquitoes. The breakfast was yummy, pool is clean, and staff is super friendly and went out of their way to help me find a bus route to La Fortuna. Thank you!

Hotel for backpacks, good for the price, is already a recognized place inside Coco beach and excellent care.

Perfect place to rest and vacation, the one that let him use the facilities of the other hotel is perfect, and to sleep, even if it is not air conditioned, also it is unnecessary because with the fans, a shower before sleeping and the cool climate of the Night is perfect.
Although we only spent one night, my family and I went out happy.

Cool little hotel, great location. Super close to beach. Great service willing to help travellers out. No a/c only challenge, good fans but can get pretty muggy with lack of air flow which means more water use for showers to cool down.

Very nice hotel ideally located facing the sea, the people at the front desk are very friendly and arrangeantes. In the rooms it can get a little hot but for us it was part of the experience, nice typical breakfast.

Beach-front with great staff, who speak English perfectly. A small skatepark is right across the street and it's a one minute walk to all of the tourist restaurants and shops. Delicious breakfast, too!

Very clean, good breakfast, first line of sea, very affordable price, common area perfect for barbecues, friendly staff, secure parking.

The view, the people, the hospitality. No a/c but plenty of fans. No hot water but after a hot day at the beach it feels great. Over all super satisfied and would re-book in a heartbeat. Great little beach town with a lot to offer!

Unfortunately this place offers no privacy, no quite and no hot water. Anyone can look into non lockable windows, and with very light curtains no privacy is guaranteed. The place is also very noisy, we even had a note that they offer free earplugs for light sleepers like myself. On the upside it s a great view and just across the beech. Unfortunately I wouldn't stay again and would pay more for better conditions.

Personally I stay at the Garden house but as to go to breakfast we had to go to this other also get to know it is quite clean and has good view of the sea.

If you want a hotel on the beach for cheap then this is your place. Otherwise book anything else. No hot water, Wi-Fi didn't work for the 2 days we were there, didn't bother to clean our room and made us make our own beds, keep roosters in the parking lot that wake you up at sunrise, and breakfast staff were the rudest people we met in Costa Rica (literally everyone was amazing but them).

Very relaxed house but very little privacy. The rooms have 'window' without glass towards the balcony and stairs. A cock starts keeping you awake from 4am.

Fantastic hotel right on the beach. Everything is really thoughtfully provided: breakfast, beach towel and ear plugs if needed. Lovely relaxing atmosphere and amazing helpful staff. It has been great to stay here and worth every penny.

The staff was incredible. Great daily breakfast. Just off the beach. A block away from the main street of playa del coco were there are shops and restaurant. There were two things that I did not enjoy about our stay. One was no air conditioning in the rooms. It does mention that on their website. It made it a little uncomfortable at night had to sleep with a wet towel on my body. Second thing is the property next door has roosters and they were up and singing at 1:30am until about 7am.

Loved my time here. Free breakfast was great. Very conveniently located right on the beach. Got a little warm in the rooms during the day without air conditioning, but we just went to the beach or hung out in the hammocks to feel the breeze. You get a beach towel that you can swap out as many times as you need. Staff was friendly. You can also use the pool at the M&M garden hotel (we never went). The main street gets really loud with music blasting all night from crazy bars. This hotel was quiet (Except for the confused rooster next door-2 am is not sunrise! )
