A very nice hotel, but it is the worst in attention, they make parties for groups around the pool until late at night, you can not rest and do not even take the trouble to apologize for the noise, or solutions. There is never one person you can talk to, the service in the pool lousy, to deliver the towels, the bar service. Fui a la fiesta de año nuevo el pasado 31 de Diciembre. Todo muy bonito el hotel y la atención pero desafortunadamente a las personas extranjeras les cobran doble! Llevo un mes reclamando el dinero que me cobraron extra y esta es la hora que no me resuelven. Ahora la Sr Luisa Ximena Becerra Galvis muy incompetente desde hace rato le mande pruebas de la transaction que me hicieron y aún me sigue pidiendo la prueba y diciéndome que no me cobraron doble! A ver si así depronto me hacen caso y me solucionan este problema inmeadiatamente será que así teniéndoles que poner un mal review me hacen caso?!

Las instalaciones del hotel son cómodas y accesibles a todo tipo de personas. Es un hotel tranquilo a pesar de que lo visitan muchas familias con niños pequeños. Cuentan con espacios para deportes, juegos de mesa y para "guardería", sin embargo la oferta de actividades para los más pequeños es escasa. El Wi-Fines deficiente en las habitaciones. El servicio en el comedor y en las piscinas es demorado, así como la apertura de la piscina de niños (12:00 m)
