The staff, general services, and modern look of this hotel deserve special praise for being located that close to the airport. I commend this place because its rooms are quiet, comfortable, spacious, and its rates are competitive and similar to any other big capital city in South America.

Fairly new hotel by the airport. Excellent for a few days stay. Pretty close to several malls and dinner places.

Room is very small. If you travel alone room might ok but it is too small for 2 people. Breakfast is ok. Shuttle bus does not run in early hour, so much for being airport hotel. Service is ok. Not the most helpful people in bogota. Don't expect too much thing from this hotel, and most people don't. They just need place to crash for night before move on to other city.

False advertising. Booked 2 rooms for 8 people (4 in each), when I got here, they told me there was only a max of 3 in each room. Reception didn’t even help me out to find a way around it, instead they charged me an extra $50 per person ($200 extra total). HORRIBLE customer service.

Interesting concept close to El Dorado Airport. If you do not want to worry about traffic, this is the hotel. A good restaurant, spacious rooms for events. Excellent harmonic decoration with internal construction. If you want to have a good room with an affordable price, you should consider this kind of Marriot.

The best hotel to stay near Bogota airport. If you have an early morning flight, secondly recommend! Decent breakfast and great Wi-Fi. The staff is great as well, looks or for the guests. They had an event that night and even asked us if we would like to change rooms before we got to our room.

A mile beyond our expectations! The staff, the service, the modern decor, the exquisite restaurants, the prime location… everything about this hotel was perfect! It went way above our expectations. I mean, they even serve you free coffee and orange juice in the lobby in the morning to make sure you start your day energized if you don't have time to sit for breakfast. Who else does that (at this price? ). Will definitely go back there next time I have a layover in Bogota…

Great airport hotel. It is brand new and VERY nice for a Courtyard. Be warned though the shuttle runs only once an hour.

Excellent service, very comfortable and clean rooms, breakfast is great with lots of choices. The location is very convenient, only minutes away from the airport, though the cabs will drive pass the hotel and turn around and come back due to the one way highway rule. Thus going to the hotel from the airport costs a few buck more as opposed to going back to the airport. Friendly staff, all speak English. I would go back.

We were pretty disappointed with this Marriott. Though only two of us stayed here, our 2 friends that leave this evening had to book a separate room just to hang out with us until their flight. The bedding had black smudges and dried blood on them. The front desk was unapologetic, but housekeeping responded quickly and changed the bedding completely. The lotion in the bathroom was used/empty. Lunch was delicious, though the service was bad. They forgot portions of our order and it took an hour and a half. Dinner quality was poor and my girlfriend cut her hand opening the wine when their cheap wine opener broke. The gentleman that delivered our dinner was superb. I feel bad he had to make so many trips (4) though. I'll think twice before staying at an international Marriott in the future. I only stayed here because it was higher rated than Aloft, which is where I stayed in 2016. Aloft was better in every way except for the restaurant layout/decor. We aren't even halfway through our stay, so I may edit this tomorrow.

Super Hotel, modern and with everything you need. No safety Deposit box but otherwise everything is there and nice and big room, have heard no plane.

Great experience. Friendly staff, new property, comfortable beds, spacious lobby & bar/bistro with an unusually expansive menu. Would stay again. Shuttles currently run at least on the hour, and every half hour during busy times. Bistro was open until 10 on a Sunday, which is great given the lack of no food options in walking distance.

Such a wonderful place to stay! The staff are extremely friendly, very helpful, and made me feel welcome. The hotel is very clean and looks amazing from the exterior and inside. I really enjoyed the free breakfast: it was delicious. The menu items were also tasty and reasonably priced. If you are coming to Bogota there is no where else with a better value or class. The free airport shuttle was very helpful too.

With a 24 hour window between connecting flights, I made reservations at the Courtyard Marriott in Bogota. From pick up through my stay, the staff, from check in desk to check out, the service was excellent. I had a light dinner and slept well in the comfortable and efficient room. In the morning, the complimentary breakfast was bountiful and tasty. Carlos secured my bags until my flight later in the day while Natalie and Sebastian arranged a tour of the city and sites with Uggo. I came to be a tourist but also to expand my proficiency in Spanish… gacias mi amigos. Exelanta!

Good location, very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, good breakfast but like the previous reviewer I too was disappointed with the airport shuttle. We had to wait way too long to get picked up from the airport, going back wasn't so bad.

Please note that it is extremely annoying to get from the Bogota airport to any hotel as you must drive down to a bridge and double back. You must call the hotel to schedule a pick-up Going from the hotel to the airport takes 5 minutes. Drop off shuttle runs every hour.

My reason for booking the hotel was due to its close location to the airport and free shuttle service. I figured it would save on the $10 one way cost of a taxi. Unfortunately the shuttle only runs every hour, not every 15 minutes as I was led to believe. I ended up waiting ~30 minutes for a shuttle.

I stayed last week at this otherwise pleasant hotel, but the service and attitude left me feeling ripped-off and deceived. As an airport hotel, the shutttle to and from the terminals is expected 24 hours, especially with major international arrivals after midnight. I waited for over an hour in the designated area and tried to phone, but they would not answer. I finally made my own way to the hotel, to be told by reception that the service stops at midnight. Unacceptable! No indication of that on the website and even ProColombia states that the service is 24 hours. Further, I was charged 19% tax that tourists are exempt from. I have tried phoning the hotel, but no answer, as usual. Awful customer service and lousy management. Oh, and Marriott Rewards elite benefits are not provided.

Good hotel. The restaurant wasn't full, the waiter took more than 20 minutes to come to our table. They put me on the same floor of the fitness center, it was noisy until 12 am and it started at 4am.

Excellent hotel at low cost, very friendly staff, looking to solve your doubts and problems, very good speed of Internet Wi-Fi, wonderful free shuttle system to and from the airport every 40 minutes, excellent location (extremely close to Eldorado Airport) and delicious complimentary breakfast.

This property far exceeds previous Courtyard property stays. I would say it is on par with JW Marriott properties at a considerable savings. The staff all greet by name after only meeting once. They are friendly courteous and go out of their way to verify all needs are met. The property is very clean, organized and well decorated. I will be returning here for my next Bogota visit.
