Wonderful area with parks and with most kindfull staff. I will be back for sure. Grazia for a great stay.

No hot water in room. Room safe is broken, cannot use. They offered me another room for $60 more a night with even less amenities. Very noisy. The music from the clubs nearby is very very loud and does not stop untill 4am. There is s lot more, but you get the jist.

Very good. Listen nothing was like super amazing, but everything was above average and clean and modern. So many things worked well here. I think it came down to the Staff they were excellent.

This aparthotel is very bn located a few blocks from lleras park and the main park of the village, the accommodation is very comfortable and clean.

Excellent location, unsurpassed attention all employees are super polite and friendly. What you should take into account is that they have several types of apartments and with it several prices, in size almost not several but if it varies in the furnished and the comforts, I will verify that since it makes a noticeable difference.

The hotel is located on a side street from the main Street so it is a bit quieter than if you were staying on Calle 10. The h hotel has standard rooms as well as the suites. I stayed in a standard room on the second floor and it was sparkling clean, shower was hot. Breakfast on the 10th floor was basic with a couple of warm choices and coffee, juice, cereal, breads and fruit. My only 2 things to bring to management attention is that it would be nice to have a coffee maker in addition to the refrigerator and when paying by credit card, please ask the guest if they want to be charged in COP. Usd. EUR etc. The rate is in COP but if the the currency conversion is done during the transaction, you get an unfavorable exchange rate. I have seen this in other countries as well as in Colombia and the guest should be asked if they want to pay in the local or currency of the credit card bank. The front desk said "you paid in COP" as it does say that on the receipt but right below it is the value as it was converted —. At the current rate, I was charged 7% more.

The rooms are lovely and the Serbian is very good quality. The place to have breakfast has a divine view of the city and is in the middle of the Zona Rosa of Medellin. Everything is accessible walking and its location allows you to take any means of public transport service, you can also order taxis from the front desk and the staff the super friendly and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. He's got Juan Valdez around. Clean, definitely our stay has been wonderful. I recommend it.

Very good hotel, the detail is that it has a disco nearby and you hear a bit of noise, but the rooms have good amenities and the price is accessible. Close to everything, the Lleras and the Metro station, bus stops.

Great place to stay in Medellin, poblado it's a suite and has everything very comfortable, close to everything in the tourist section of la zona Rosa, bars, restaurants. Etc.

Extremely helpful staff (especially for a non-spanish speaking guest), and a great, comfy room.

Got over billed and and I still had a good time. Great breakfast view from the 10th Floor buffet. I hear they have remodeled rooms, mine was not and had a bad TV. But it was a two — story Jr suite w/ a kitchen and a balcony looking at Poblado Park. Get used to the church bells and music in the night you are 2 blocks from Parque Lleras.

Great hotel! Nice and clean. You may hear loud clubs down the street on Friday or Saturday nights but tough to avoid in the area.

The friendly super friendly and willing to help. The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom with all toiletries, hair cap, hand cream and remover kit. Super recommended.

Something old for my taste, good view of the city but sloppy in the customer deal, there was no air conditioning in the room and no soap in the bathroom, very well located but quite neglected.

Great location. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and clubs. The latter — when added to the 'normal' street noise — makes a good night's sleep unlikely. Some amazing new, renovated rooms. Old, tired-looking rooms are more quiet. I changed from a newly renovated room to an old one, trying to escape the noise. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast on the 10th floor, with breathtaking views of the city.

Amaizing view of Medellin on the top floor awaits during complimentary breakfast service. The staff is very helpful and the location central to the El Poblado night life. I rate it only three stars because of the misrepresentation of the room as an apartment and a few issues concerning the elevator and bathroom.

Definitely the hotel to stay! Great Value and friendly staff! Would go again!
