I am a foreigner and I love Colombia as my second homeland, my wife's homeland. I have always been surprised by the quality of service and customer service that Colombians offer. Today, January 7, 2023, at 10:30 we arrived at the in Medellín and we found a terrible customer service, as I had not seen in Colombia, it seems to me that a formal company should offer a more professional customer service. To the staff, especially to Miss Catalina, you represent the OBO hotel, if you have to explain a thousand times the use of the key it is your duty, you make a client want to return to the hotel you represent and that makes you a good employee of excellence … No one is obliged to know the use of the keys or the distribution of the building, your task is to make the client feel welcome and in love with the hotel. We are a group of 10 people and the reservation is in the name of my father-in-law Javier Francisco García Garzon, we ended up sleeping yesterday the families mixed, hopefully the hotel will communicate, because so far we can not give any good recommendation of this hotel.
