This place is the ABSOLUTE WORST! I have been requesting to speak to a supervisor for over 24 hours. No one is ever available. The front desk staff is RUDE & condescending. It took over 4 HOURS to check in with a 3 MONTH OLD BABY! Second day we were there they called to let us know that in 15 minutes they were going to clean the room. We left & 8 hours later the room is not fixed. When I called down there to speak to someone the response I got was “its not my problem “ they cant do anything for me & the will let someone know. Then they hang up on me! I go down there to speak to someone, they treat me as if I am stupid & making the whole thing up! They “supposedly “send someone up to clean the room. While I speak to 2 separate supervisors who are unable to help me because it is not their department. I come back upstairs to the room & there is ABSOLUTELY NO ONE cleaning the room 15 minutes later. It is unbelievable that this is how the treat guests that are gold elite members & have booked the presidential suite. Needless to say I DO NOT Recommend this hotel, nor will I Ever stay here again.
