The room was very clean and comfortable.

I have stayed at the hotel for 5 days. I was very pleased with the guest service, breakfast and room accommodations. The roof top swimming pool was very nice and most important the hotel area is very safe.

Very nice, clean, new hotel. Great staff. The Wi-Fi could be better and the bar, pool, and gym could be open later (maybe 24 hour haha) but those are excessive greedy wishes. It’s an excellent hotel I recommend for its price.

Good room, view are not the best, the pool is at the top and again views are blocked by the black circle glass around the pool.

Here's a honest review! the picture definitely looks way better than it is! The PROS : — rooms is good upto par. — maid service is good. The CONS : — Charges you if you bring a guest over for more than 10 mins. ADD extra $60 to your room if you do. — Bizzare staff always contantly giving you wierd looks. — Pool is small — Gym is absolutely tiny, not enough equipment. — breakfast is 2.5 out of 5 stars.

Located in a nice neighborhood. Shopping centers and super market are located at walking distance. Hotel is located in a steep hill. Walking dowtown means going downhill but on the return going up will leave you out of breath, if you are not fit. Place is clean, nice views of the city. Coffee maker, fridge and microwave oven available. Spacious and in very good condition. Free Breakfast has variety local and american foods. Pool and gym available. Only one thing. Wish the curtains were darker to stop the lights during night, I need total darkness.

Excellent staff and clean hotel. The young lady at the front desk was so helpful to me since I don't speak Spanish snd couldnt communicate with my uber driver. ALL of the front desk staff is wonderful.

The hotel meets all expectations, ten out of ten in the rooms and the attention of the staff. The pool should be heated, the Palms area can be somewhat cold sometimes. The American breakfast was very varied, but the average raw eggs were not at all up to par with everything else.

Excellent hotel, I also live in Sailboats and I don't see that has to do the service of the hotel with the event that took place, which among other things ended very early and didn't affect me in anything. If there are any complaints, should be made with the police, but does not affect the service of the hotel that does not have anything to do with it.

I live in la Loma de San Julián and not listened to any music as they say some complainers. Left to live the life and do not mess in the lives of others. It must be envy because they are not invited. The Hotel is excellent and improves the conditions in the sector. Some relatives have stayed there and everything has been perfect, good attention and service.

On the feast of September 2, 2017, on the terrace of the hotel, it is true that it was loud. It is serious that the hotel will deny it and more serious than the hotel say that they imposed a fine. I live in Yachts from the East to the side of the hotel and several residents call the police and at the same hotel. The police reported that sancionarían the hotel by the noise for $393.940. If not sentenced to penalty, the same police violated the law, since it was true that the hotel made noise with the music and the pyrotechnics.

I have stayed at many hotels and traveled to many countries, I have to say this has to be one of the most pleasant places I have ever stayed. I had a 5 day stay at this very modern, extremely clean hotel. I never write reviews but I was compelled to go out of my way to let people know to stay here. Yehiron treated me as if I was family along with other staff members. Very close to Parke Lleras and other great places, can't wait to visit Colombia again and stay here! Highly recommend, ask for Yehiron and tell him I said Hello! They also speak English for those who don't speak Spanish.

I spent 5 days at the hotel in August. The hotel is a very good deal: reasonable price for high quality standard. Very modern, spacious rooms, good breakfast to kick-off the day, a gym. Location is nice as well, not too far from Parque Lleras — very nice for restaurants and bars.
The pool is also a big plus of the hotel, on the rooftop — perfect to take a dip while sunbathing. A special thank you to the bartender (Jason) of the bar next to the pool: very friendly he will make you delicious cocktails.

Pool and bar close early. Menu need more varieties. Staff and promises awesome. Cable TV need an upgrade Restaurant close after 9 pm. Pool need more chairs.

The price, the treatment, the facilities and the staff is excellent, the pool and the view is magnificent, without a doubt I will be back to that hotel.
