This property does not have the right to place the IHG brand next to its name. They will rob you of your free night award certificates, charging you every night of your stay without reimbursing you on awards redeemed. Those who are not ambassador and Diamond elite members with IHG need not read further. I stayed 2/24-2/27 of 2023. I booked the ambassador certificate nightly rate so I could redeem my weekend free night award certificate. The hotel took the certificate from my IHG account, and never reimbursed me for one of the weekend nights. I’ve reached out to them, as has IHG guest relations. They don’t care. They stonewall, lie, make excuses. It’s been well over a month since IHG began contacting management at the property to make this right. Still no resolution at this time. This property is a joke, a sad excuse for the Intercontinental brand, and by extension IHG. With all that being said, if you’re willing to tolerate theft and fraud, the location, club lounge, and breakfast are quite lovely.
