Your lack of respect. My son by accident spilled on the bed, a gatorade, and at the time of pay for will had the sheets stained in a trash bag in reception for them and were charged $240.000. A hotel seriously and of category does not do that.

We loved our stay at the Inntu Hotel! The rooms were spacious with beautiful bathrooms and unique features. Our experience at the spa was incredible! A very unique and unforgettable experience. But above all, the service was impeccable. By far the most helpful hotel staff I have ever come across!

We love this Hotel. This is our first trip to Columbia and we couldn’t have chosen a better hotel. The location, and surroundings is perfect. Great views and restaurants make it so nice. Very affordable too! Thank you to the fantastic Inntu staff for making us so welcome. From Two Canadians.

These guys are scammers. They don’t let you bring a friend over for drinks unless you spend $70. Also make sure to decline their hotel insurance scam that they opt you into and dont tell you about until later. Some more: they skipped cleaning my room one day. Reception said I have to wait until tomorrow. The bed sheets are those really bad ones that prick at you.

Good views. Reasonable price. Very well located if you go sightseeing and want to EDTA in an area of bars and quiet meals. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall I can't complain.

While the location of Inntu is excellent, however the hotel experience not so much. Due to the poor design of the bathroom the rooms shower water travels to toilet area. Bathroom very uncomfortable to use with water everywhere. I paid a 3 night stay for double standard room that I expected to be bigger in size. The most comfortable rooms there are the suites but they are uber expensive.

A great hotel that gives you good attention the staff lives pending your need great varieties of foods that you will love a lot.

Last month I was staying there and I really liked great view from the room all clean, the staff very friendly the varied and delicious breakfast and the food a la carte TB the truth the next time I return to Medellin I would not hesitate to stay there nuevament E.

The sheets on the beds are old and it’s impossible to sleep on it. We arrive at the hotel at 1:30 am really tired and complaint about it. They sent us another old sheet to be change by us. At 2 am we has to make the bed to be able to sleep. Nobody cares. Don’t waste your money, you cannot have a good night sleep here.

Excellent hotel, excellent service, well located, located in the neighborhood Laureles in the middle of a good food area for different gastronomic tastes, find variety in terms of gastronomic tastes Argentinian food, Cuban food, Mexican food, Arabian Food and many more.

The hotel looks maintained, my bed rang as I moved a lot, and the receptionist was a little rude.

Very nice staff; the rooms are sleek, modern, and clean; the views in the rooms and throughout the hotel are very nice; a guest with proper ID is allowed in for free as long as they don't overstay or use the pool, their food and drinks are delicious and freshly made (so be prepared for a sit-down meal, not fast food), their restaurant and kitchen are very clean, and their live band at night is fun!

The hotel is located in a good area. The rooms are spacious modern and the bed is comfortable.

Stay at this hotel! In the Laureles section of Medellin, this hotel is in a superb location, has beautiful and spacious rooms and a great staff to match. The neighborhood is filled with terrific restaurants and nightspots. It is a small modern hotel of only 45 rooms, so you never feel cramped in the lobby, restaurant or common areas. Our room was spacious, airy and fully equipped. There is a jaccuzi on the top floor where the view is spectacular The breakfasts are plentiful and tasty, and the hotel has a full restaurant and bar where you can enjoy great food and drink. Hats off in particular to Victor and Sergio. They are extremely attentive, kind, friendly and always there to help when we needed something. Finally, the price of the room was so reasonable. This is a 5 star hotel at a 3 star price.

Jaccuzzi broken. No commercial gesture except we open the terrace. They don't want to pay back. I do not recommend at all.

One of the finest hotels ive stayed in. Oscar & Javier at the front desk were very proffessional & helpful all throughout my stay. Victor & Omar the concierge spoke excellent English & were there to assist making my 11 day stay a relaxing & entertaining one Last but not least the Restaurant staff & the bar tender's service was excellent. It was comfortable dining be it breakfast, lunch or dinner & they were always ready to serve up their finest & wide variety of cuisine.

Excellent Service. The room was private and very clean. The only thing was that the bed was a little uncomfortable and made a lot of noise which made it hard to fall asleep. Excelente Servicio. Cuarto bonito y privado. Lo unico que las camas un poco incomodas y hacen mucho ruido entonces es un poco incomodo dormir en la noche.

Stayed here in 2014 for one night. To this day — pleasant experience. Friendly staff, nice room and good breakfast. Very safe neighbourhood.

Beautiful, stylish building, in a lush, green nice part of Medellin. Very safe, very comfy. Reception staff a bit stiff, even laconic, but "ok". Great rooms, nice view, roomy, comfy. Only drawback, ZERO TV channels in English.

Great location, clean open rooms. Has minor design mistakes like no garbage bin in the washing area but I'd come back. Breakfast is simple but good.

Rooms are small and rather nice, but bathrooms are just awful. Staff is not helpful and very rude. They treat guests as thieves. All the nice swimming pools from pictures require additional fees. Visitors are allowed only after a very high fee, even if they just want to visit for 15 minutes.

Very nice hotel. The showers are amazing and the rooms are exceptionally clean. We only had two small issues. The hot tub was empty when we wanted to use it and when we checked out they tried to charge us for some mini bar items we did not eat. I had taken a photo of the bar so they did remove the charge. The staff were all very friendly and nice. Pretty good breakfast buffet as well!

Location was good, much of the staff was pleasant but there were some drawbacks. The restaurant food off the menu was tasteless and undercooked and the breakfast was always the same old eggs, sausages and bread. The restaurant kept running out of everything on mornings and they just don't seem to care that guests walk in to see everything almost finished and walk out without bothering to eat. They try to charge you extra on check in for insurance, and kill you with outrageous minibar prices (like 12 times the cost of items in a grocery). Rooms were a bit uncomfortable and lighting was poor. Not a great choice, would recommend not to stay here.

2nd best hotel in Medellín behind only Charlee (and Inntu location is better)

I was only as a customer of the restaurant. Poor care and not ask for the preferences of the fittings of the dishes or the terms of cooking the meat.

Very good place. Excellent rooms. Its motto ecotourist draws attention. Breakfast is normal. Check-in is somewhat delayed.

Excellent place, the food is delicious and the rooms supremely comfortable. Sometimes you hear the voices in the hallway. Super gentiles, especially the room service and the buttons.

Good location and nice hotel but customers should be advised that not guess are permitted unless you pay an extra charge. I have been in several hotels around the world but I have never been charged for this. Be carefully when using their stuff, I was charged 30, 000 pesos for a small towel because according them the towel was found very dirty! unbelievable! Wi-Fi was useless. During my stay I could not connect and check my stuff in my smartphone, I tried to use their computer but nobody knew the password. ¡Incredible! Worst customer service,

Nice hotel, but a lot of hidden stuff. You are not allow any guest. If you bring a guest they will check and charge you same or more than the rate to just bring a guest. Unseen anywhere else. That ruin our night. I think the hotel should make that policy aware but they don't. Do not stay at this hotel if you want freedom.

Excellent, I love it all! the room is clean, modern, jacuzzi, the view very nice, staff excellent, room-service 24 hours, they took us to the room a bottle of sparkling wine and fruits in the night of gift.
