Excellent place very nice facilities for a couple and family.

Good service by staff although very few speak English. Unfortunately not in the best location to walk anywhere (restaurants, shopping, ect. ). Its a 40 min walk down and back up a steep hill to the nearest restaurant. Be prepared to take a cab everywhere.

This hotel is a great value. All of the modern amenities of an expensive hotel for alot less money. The hotel is located in a great area. It is very safe and clean. The staff here go out of their way to help. The hotel restaurant has very good food and speedy service. I would definitely recommend it and stay here again when in the area.

But it is quite withdrawn from most things, for everything touches to get out by car, there is nothing close.

Great hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here the view we had was amazing, staff was great and willing to help as needed. The breakfast was good and Luis the waiter was very helpful and attentive he helped us alot! We will be coming back for sure!

Acceptable hotel, but with several problems: very narrow bathroom, in the shower the water is out and the bathroom floods, the bed is out of adjustment and sounds a lot and the air conditioner did not work one day. The breakfast is very rich, the room is spacious with DIRECTV and balcony.

I stayed at the beginning of February 2017 for a week, this was my second and last visit to this hotel, the first one was a year ago for longer than a week which I enjoyed it as opposite to this last time. Definitely what a difference from last year, it looks like there is not maintenance at all and the staff at the front desk look unhappy except for Maria C who always greet and has a nice smile. The cleaning staff is super nice, I think they should swap cleaning people with the front desk. My wife book 2 weeks and she arrived a week before me, the hotel charged extra $ (around $300 USD) almost the same amount if I was staying in an additional room, never seen this before, they took advantage. The swimming pool bottom has many damaged tiles, be careful with this, also at the pool area I saw a dangerous electric wire which feeds a light bulb for a tent at the corner of the pool area, they added a piece of wire and just used black electrical tape, this cord runs along the metal post of this tent, this is a real hazard with rain. The breakfast bar has less items than last year, the service is good though. The good thing about this hotel is that is far from noisy streets. Also there is a guy who offer transportation, he is always at the parking lot waiting for the next gringo to over charge with his service, he does not have any meter so you'll never know how much is fare, I recommend you to use UBER. This guy drives a KIA Soul type of car, the one that is kind of boxy.

Of the worst experiences I've ever had in a hotel. Supremely bad attention, the bathroom is awful, smells super unpleasant, the tel of the room doesn't work, air conditioning nor, the beds are extremely harsh, rude receptionists and to complete the manager does not give solutions. Bone you have to endure all it earlier according to them.

It is a very nice and quiet place, but the direction you confused even taxi drivers in medellin hard them to get there, h girls in reception could be more friendly.

I was there in October 2015 and it was good for the price.

It is cozy, the unicoes that is involved and sometimes the taxis managed it identify.
