It's is a place to take a look over Antioquian culture and how how was built, it has a big gastronomy diversification as well as good people from every corner of the world.

The view from the terrace of the hill is beautiful. There are handicrafts and restaurants for visitors. You can go by car and there are parking areas (few quotas). There is a museum of photographs of the city. On sunny days it can be warmer on the hill than in the city, so it is advisable to wear a hat or sunscreen.

Nutibara Hill (aka Publito Paisa) is a must see in Medellin. Not because its the coolest thing on the planet. But it is a very nice place to go and if you visit Medellin everyone will ask if you went here so you better go.

The view is amazing and there you can find the most traditional things of our culture, so if you come to Medellin for sure visit this place is a good choice!

Great place. It is completely recommended for the family or for a couple, it is easily accessible in any vehicle you want or you can go to exercise, being upstairs there is a beautiful large assortment of meals and shops, museums, very interesting places to visit as for example take a photo with a restored 1950s camera or visit a furnished house like the years of yesteryear. Anyway a great place for any plan.

It is easier to go by car, although it is good to walk. Many athletes in the late evening. Medellin looks great from the lookout. I recommend going before they close the city Museum and watch the sunset.

Good attention with a touch of antique and elegance, besides it is in the historical center of the city and opposite the park of Botero.

It is a tourist place, outdoors, very nice, note oarqueadero and if you do not have a car, you must walk up or by taxi, there is no public transport that takes you to the place itself.
It is a replica of a town in Antioquia, has restaurants, sale of typical sweets, handicrafts. Etc…
It has museum and an increased view of the city at 360 degrees.

The Hotel has been losing its identity as an emblematic hotel in Medellin. What was his reception today is full of commercial premises of all kinds, many without leasing.
The rooms have been remodeled and are very comfortable, though basic. The halls look very dark and gloomy.
Another point that does not help is the perception of security in the vicinity. Berrio Park Although it has permanent Police, is full of homeless and peddlers.
I was Unable to have breakfast because I had the flight back very early and was served from 6:00 am.
I Recommend this hotel for short stays and business travellers, given its central location and close to a subway station. Definitely not a suitable place for families.

Average Security, both inside and outside the hotel, to my room did not serve the lock and I had to wait for me to change rooms, very good food and rich, close to downtown, shopping malls and restaurants.

Beautiful views that you can see at night, a nice place to go with family either to spend the afternoon or for a simple hike. I was just visiting this place.

Emblematic Hotel, located in the heart of the city center of Medellin, Reciéntenente was restored with a large investment, currently has income from different sectors and makes part U to commercial area and cafes with a very nice view Wing Plaza Botero…

It's a beautiful place, great for family sharing. Also to go in pairs or alone, or just with your group of friends. It enjoys a very good landscape and view of the city. You can buy candies from 5000 COP. Definitely very beautiful.

A good hotel forgotten by the administration of the center of Medellin left to the luck of the neglect of its surroundings. Of the most regrettable thing you see in the streets of the center of this city.

Excellent tourist Center for travelers, offers a great view and tranquility. Travel of 1.2 kilometres from the base to the end. It hurts that at times people are seen smoking or not so good intentions, just as nothing happened to older.

Room was nice and clean, breakfast had a wide time window and was decent enough, friendly service. Only complaint is that the Wi-Fi is slow! Gets bogged down when the entire hotel is trying to use it. Works great at 2am though.

Love to climb that hill. Nice area to look at the city. Pueblito Paisa is interesting. A must go place. The best way to know a city is by walking.

I did not stay there, nor pay for any goods or services.

The highlight of traversing the hill is the sprawling landscapes of downtown Medellin! It’s amazing to see the city sprawl up and down the sides of the valley with dramatic clouds hovering above. There are plenty of touristy stalls selling nick nails but we avoided them and opted for the serene surrounds.

For many years it was the largest hotel (with more beds) and best of Medellin.
If you look for the social Chronicles of 60, 70 and the beginning of the 80 (twentieth century) you will realize this. He's very changed now, for the better.

Quaint but very small. There's little left of what it was a long time ago. The lookout is great. There is parking but it is good to walk.

Surprisingly a really nice walk through the hikl with art sculptures hidden in the forest for you to find. Its quiet although in the heart of the city. A great place to take a peaceful walk, take a date, enjoy some art and some great views. Careful when you go. It may not be the safest after sundown and it is a place for people to for drug using. If that bothers you… well… you need to relax. Its otherwise fairly safe and a nice walk to enjoy.

It's just fine for a one night stay if you're on a hurry, nothing special about it but I didn't dislike it either.

Very good facilities and attention.

A very nice place, both to visit in tourist or sports plan in the mornings. Large food area, souvenirs area and good viewpoints to observe the city. In December it is highly recommended to visit it.

Very well catered by the hotel officials with alacrity and great education regarding the abundant and varied breakfast Xon service buffet. The only lunar environment from May 1st Avenue.

A pretty nice place to go to late, it runs fast as it is very small. There are restaurants and also a lot of beautiful craftsmanship, to want to buy everything!

Clearly a tourist venue, but it seemed more like the locals are using it for a convenient R & R and picnic area inside the city. Incredible Views too, from a huge platform at the peak.

You get to see Medellin during the night. And it's amazing. The lights make the city look incredible. The food there is cheap and the people are lovely. It's close to the Nutibara metro station…

One of the most exciting places of the city, enjoy a nice view of Medellín and the surrounding cities. I recommend you to go during the sunset.

Romantic place with a good overview of the wide Medellín. Especially in the evening in the dark. Good for picnics, but there are also small things to buy locally. Historical aspects are shown sympathetically and also authentic restaurants are to be found, but not quite favorable.

It's a good climb for climbing exercise. Also a good point to observe the city from various angles. Many green areas to breathe air cleaner than in the city.

It is a very nice place perfect to go with family a weekend and relax awhile looking at the city from the hill, (especially at night), there is also a museum where different things are done so I like to enter every time I go and I'm always surprised with something new and Fantastic. You can enjoy its cuisine that is excellent for its variety and quality.

Nice place, clean and with good care, plus close to the outlets. The only observation is that this in the center of Medellin which is an unsafe place to walk in the afternoon/evening… only in the morning and carefully. If you go out in the evening you should be with taxi anyway!

Great place for taking a walk and meeting up with the old Pueblito Paisa, small town, preserved for many years as a tourist attraction. Great food and sight of the city of Medellin.

Good central location. The rooms are old and somewhat sloppy, the staff caters well but not very friendly. The area is dangerous there are many homeless and prostitution. The hotel is economical. If you go with kids it would be better another option. You have a good view.

I liked the hotel, the rooms are comfortable! It hurts the area in which it is, many indigent, and at night or say the inhabitants of street were taken the surroundings, advisable never to walk alone, although there is the presence of the police it is better not to walk alone.

The hotel is very full, clean and comfortable. The downside is that it is located in a not very nice place and the noise is constant. Suitable with good lounges and a food area, but of which only have 2 restaurants running.

Excellent tourist attraction. It reflects a town in Antioquia. How local I like to exercise there, it is very safe and there are always people exercising.

The hotel have good location, but we have many problems there: we couldn't receive an extra bed for us. The car parking is so small for all guest. The cleaning service does the job incomplete. You can't get answers by the lobby employers. In the nights is very difficult to get to the hotel walking or in car by the big insecurity and people that are outside.

Excellent attention. It has a lift, parking service, they help you with luggage, air conditioning. The bathrooms are deodorized and put oatmeal soap, shampoo, conditioner and hand cream. Breakfast included. It is located in the heart of Medellin opposite the Botero Park and the Antioquia Museum. At the front is the metro station Berrío, from there you can move around Medellin and reach the metrocable. There's plenty of trade.

A quiet place to spend the night, the only thing is the sector that surrounds it is not very good.

In December the place decorates it very nicely, there is a lot of food and typical decorations. The food area can improve and on the lookout there is always a row. So you have to go with time. The parking is also a bit pricey. 3000 for every hour.

A beautiful place within the city to go through three rings of inner trails that show the 4 faces of our valley. Museum of Outdoor works of art that little know is on these trails of the hill. More than the Pueblito Paisa there is a refuge and biological corridor for several species of the valley of bored.

The fauna. Nature. Excellent road. All very clean and organized.

Excellent service, they kept our bags before check-in (because we arrived very early) and after check-out (because the shuttle arrived several hours later). The room was spacious and although the hotel is old it has new faucets. It is next to the subway and the sculpture park, so the view is very nice and I do not find a noisy place, as other comments say, the beds are comfortable, we were able to sleep perfectly. Also the location is OK, although not a very nice area, it has close to the metro station and several tourist sites that you can walk to.

Colonial, architecturally excellent. Great to share a business meeting. Complicated access in peak hours.

As it is next to the subway, there is a lot of noise at night. They also clean the streets all night and I was unable to sleep. There is no restaurant of its own and the sector is unsafe to go out and find place to eat. Staying for one night is fine.

Very nice vcerro, with highways, stairs areas of exercises and games. Do not leave and visit the Pueblito paisa. It is obligatory site to come to Medellin.

A wonderful view of all Medellin and in addition a very picturesque small town that transports us to colonial Medellin.

The view was spectacular, the little art museum was surprisingly enjoyable, but the village was a little hokey.

Nice green places for walking and breath clean air right in the middle of the city.

Nice place with an amazing view to the whole city of Medellin. Worth visiting. It is one of the small parks of the city, within the city.

By far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Old, dirty room and the bathroom looked like the scene of a horror movie. No hot water in the entire hotel and the man at the reception could only tell us that they were working on it and did not know when it would be fixed. Once, this was a beautiful hotel but those days are long long gone.

Overall a nice place to stay. Careful in which direction you walk… The AC did not function and the water was luke warm; other than that, very nice. Nostalgic.

I was given the choice to either pay in avance 25% more than my reservation price or leave. After dark the area is quite dodgy with street vendors taking over. The hôtel itself is neglected and rooms incredibly noisy since the windows do not seal and the métro runs just few meters away. Showers only deliver either scalding hot or cold water. Altogether a place to avoid…

Much noise by clubs, the train from before the dawn, out for the night is risk is. By its location and age, it is not appropriate to rest. In truth, the hotel is beautiful but the location is very bad. The apartments are old.

I want to know TWO services: 1. If there is any guidance on an easy and economic transport from and to the airport José María Córdoba the hotel. 2. If they accept the running time of departure in specific cases very justified, for example, when presented with a test in an institution of Medellin until about four in the afternoon… Or do you have to pay a day more?
