Definitely one of the worst experience in an hotel. Had an issue with a stay in another hotel owned by the same group next door. So I was reluctant to stay in this one as well but they of course didn't want to cancel my stay. First I had to wait 30 minutes to get my room ready. Then you have to run the water 5 minutes to get hot water. But the worst it that when I woke up I saw ants all over the room. Went to the reception and the manager came to see the room and ask me to leave to have the room completely cleaned. When I came back I still had a lot of ants despite the room being "cleaned". When I went back to the reception they said that there is nothing else they can do. I decided to left and booked another hotel I tried ro cancel and get a refund but they didn't want to hear about. I have to stay in hotels every week end for my job so I thought being a genius 3 member with booking. Com will help me but I was so wrong. Anyway, very disappointed by this hotel and group and by this poor customer service. I will of course dispute the charge though amex.
