Lousy service … they delivered the room without towels, something basic … after 3 hours and 3 called to reception. I had to secarme with my clothes after a bath and on request at the reception myself … in the end I delivered one of the towels that are broken, dirty and poorly presented… ladies and gentlemen, aegina with all due respect, but none of the hotels of puerto triunfo of less category have towels so … when a client requires something that is immediately… eye service … very bad … another point … for those travelling with vehicles low forward I don't recommend it … the tilt of the vehicle to the parking lot is terrible, and your. Car surely could hit on the way down …
