First time here in medelli. Colombia beautiful place and friendly service… the bar is great and they have live music and a nice restaurant and swimmpool… everthing is great and near walking to down town.

Excellent hotel. From the attention when you walk in until you get out. The food is excellent and quality five star restaurants. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and clean.

Excellent service provided at this hotel, not far from the El Poblado, ten minutes walk. The staff speak English and they are very hospitable and helpful. Theoms are clean with basic necessities. They don't have water or coffee in the rooms but provide these at the reception. The breakfast is wholesome and includes a egg station. There is a gym and a swimming pool. I was there during the flower festival and they helped me get the tickets at a short notice.

Policies are unclear but accommodating. Wide angle lens does alot for fotos. Not much for reality.

They let you sign a unreadable waiver of all your rights when you rent a room Rooms are nice and service good.

Rooms are okay, nothing special. Dinner menu is amatuer at best, been coming here on/off for 3 years and same blah menu, I kno I can cook better than thier chef, and I have a lot to learn. The Wi-Fi is non existent, really sucks if one is trying to not spend a fortune online, and worse for those needing Wi-Fi for business. The place looks good, but the reality is, it is not, and nobody does anything buy apologize, and keep things as is,. Sad is all I can say.

It's a terrific place for taking lectures and have some holidays… An appropriate service provided by the waitresses… Excellent dishes and desserts. I felt so comfortable there…!

I'm Nelson Avendaño, on Sunday 13th May 2018, we booked a table for 22 people for the celebration of Mother's Day.
1 — On arrival, the very rude goalkeeper did not give the information to get to the salon, I made the claim and apologized 2 — upon reaching the table, we found the tablecloth still wet, the lining of 8 wet chairs, proceeded to inform but nobody changes, we touch ourselves and put jackets on the others to be able to sit.
3 — There was no water served 4 — they charged even the red wine.
5 The room where we touch, is in another area of the event, so that the musicians or anything of the event is appreciated.
6-Very excellent food.

It is a very luxurious hotel very nice a really nice place to rest in Medellin. It has a very complete letter although its prices are high for US employees. It is an ideal place to do conference and its common environments are really very elegant.

Good quiet hotel with all the trimmings you would expect from a hotel of this quality. Location was a little out of the way, but very easy to get transport to other city locations. We enjoyed our stay here.

The facilities are conversant, to converse, to eat, for business meetings, among others. Coffee's rich. The service is very good and you feel distant, ie you do not feel someone on the whole time, but when you need something right away you have it.

Excellent service and attention. Strategically located in a very quiet area, away from the noise of the city but at the same time quite close to the industrial area, business and entertainment areas like River City, Park of the village and Parque Lleras.

Very good hotel. Payments cannot be made online, in my room the plug was too far from the desk and the safe had no batteries. Solving those minor drawbacks would give them perfect qualification.

This hotel is fairly nice however the internet quality and speed is horrible. If you need to have a decent internet connection while staying at this hotel I would recommend staying somewhere else. Average 2.0Mbps.

Quite expensive for usual citizens, but the QoS is great. Being usually ranked as one of Medellín's best, it proves the fact that life is a luxury. And, it lies in a quiet environment.

Good location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms and beds. Poor Wi-Fi signal. We could hear the noise in our room from an apartament that partied every single night until late.

The staff is very unattentive. The rooms do not have an iron and they do not have to pay if you need to iron a garment and it is expensive. The breakfast too basic for the type of hotel it is.

It is a traditional hotel in the city of Medellin. It is located in a very important financial and hotel sector. In addition, it is located a few blocks from the park of El Poblado and Parque Lleras, places where there are cultural and artistic plans. Recommended for those who prefer old-architecture hotels.

Not a 5 Star service Hotel! I had ants in my room and the hotel didn't do anything about it, they kept saying it was my fault. Poor customer service. Would never go back to this hotel.

The hotel's website rates themselves as 5 stars. It's not even close. A few examples: the check-in, lounging area, bar, restaurant, pool area and kitchen are all part of the same room. If you want to sit and have a quiet dinner, you have to contend with the noise from the kitchen, bar and pool. Some of the things from the restaurant — club sandwich served on bread, caesar salad with no caesar dressing, white wine when you order red, untoasted french bread, no people delivering coffee at breakfast, and a no-smile maitre-d. The room: brick-hard beds, no clock, no coffee maker, no towel bars, no hooks to hang wet clothes from pool. Reserervation: room reserved was unavailable. They charge an extra fee security. Never heard of a 5 star hotel doing that before. The hotel is far from any restaurants. If you'd like an expensive 3 star hotel, this is the place for you.

Good clean hotel. Good service and lots of english speaking employees. Nice breakfast too. Not much to walk down and shop or restaurant but cheap cab away. Nice new washrooms.

Rooms a bit dated. Everything was clean though. Enjoyed the spa and the patio. Breakfast was excellent and more than you usually see.

Excellent and beautiful hotel. Is very full (pool, sauna, GYM… etc) the parts are very comfortable and beautiful, the service is very good (are very friendly and are to the pending of the needs that is offer), the breakfast (included) type buffet is excellent definitely the pass very well.

It is a somewhat hidden place, it is small do not pretend a super hotel even that the service and the food is rich, is a place of passage… or a visit fast…

Do not stay here! 4 star hotel is not what this place is. I stay in 50 hotels a year and will never be back to this one. Pool is not open half the time. So spending the money for a pool is worthless in this case. Request early check in before booked, waited 5 hours until after 3 for my room. Everything about this hotel makes my skin crawl.

Terrible I do not recommend this hotel at all, daily made a frightening noise with a device, do not let rest, sounds impressive should think of guests, hotel in which I have been, the lousy service and ugly rooms.

I called the reception desk about a disturbing noise in my room which seemed to be coming from the air conditioning system. It sounded like a train or tractor going by. I was told somebody would be right up to take a look and if they couldn't fix it, I would be transferred to another room. A few hours went by and nothing. I mean nothing. I called the front desk again and they told me: "Somebody is working on it" (load of B. S. ). Finally, I was so tired and couldn't sleep and physically went to the front desk and asked what was going to happen. I was told to go back to my room and somebody would be right up. again nothing. The desk staff was more occupied in cracking jokes among them than looking out for customer service.

WORST MANAGEMENT AND STAFF: They are all about your MONEY and they don't provide the service and attention you deserve. They had me at "hello". Oh wait. They didn't even greed us at the main counter. They questioned every single detail on the reservation, it took them like 4 hours to get our rooms ready. It wasn't until one of us complaint that we had been waiting for 4 hours in the lobby and pool area wihtout being offered a single glass of water or coffee. After we said something, the two rooms were ready within 5 minutes, they gave us complementary cocktails which we then found out were offered to all other guest at check-in immediately. Then the best part happened. We had 2 friend come to our room for 2 hours before going out, and at check out they charged us a $50 dollar "guest fee" for each of them (I guess they charge you if your guests have a pulse and they breath oxygen within your room). I've travel all over and never heard of such "guest fees". Another fee that I found funny at the time and now makes me angry, was the "hotel health insurance fee. " They told us "this is in case someone gets sick" First of all, we were all physicians on the trip. After hearing that, the rude front desk person took it off the bill. However, I come to find out that my mother who checked out hours after us was charged this same fee for her room, and our room's fee as well, as they told her "your son said you would pay it for him" Excuse me? This is a straight up lie.
