Beautiful and we'll situated hotel, with plenty of amenities. Great view from my 8th floor room. Very clean and wonderful comfortable beds.

This hotel is so beautiful. The guest service is by far amazing. My only suggestion is to have the whole staff have a basic level of English. Besides that everyone working in the hotel is so caring and attentive. I indeed felt like royalty.

Heated pool. Excellent and affordable spa. Warm service. Decent breakfast. Walk to many places, great value. Nothing bad to say. Also you can get nights here for just 2, 000 points making it the best points value vs. All of the international brands around Updated 7/31/18 went to the spa last time I was here and it was terrible. The girl kept asking about the propina. I have had countless massages and don't ever recall tipping especially when you spend the amount of money and furthermore it was extremely rude to be asking for a propina before the service was even provided and should never be even asked for. The girl was also not a massage professional, basically the same as if you got your girlfriend to rub your back for 45 minutes. Very disappointing. The rest of the hotel is still exceptional and an excellent value. Still recommend to stay here, especially with points.

The friendliness of the staff at this hotel was 5 star to say the least, particularly the incredibly helpful front desk agents. I got sick on the first night and needed some medication, the agents quickly called the pharmacy at 2am and hand delivered the medication to my room! Talk about exceptional service. The front desk also helped us book every tour, assisted us with translations and flagged down taxis for us each time. The hotel was also conveniently located next to a large mall and supermarket to grab anything you may need.

Good service and great breakfast. Love the pool and jacuzzi. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The spa is affordable, but seems the tips are a big thing. You dont even start the massage and they are asking you about it.

A super place to spend a weekend in Medellin — Colombia, is unsurpassed place and the attention is the best. I recommend to book in good weather as for the date consulted was a drink, depends on the season to come to Medellin. Close to Santa Fe shopping Center and Oviedo.

It's a Sheraton that lives up to its reputation. Staff were very helpful, room was fantastic and the location is unbeatable. The included breakfasts were really good. Definitely stay here if you can!

This hotel is perfect. Great location. Great breakfast. Clean rooms. Good pool and easy access to the mall, the metro, and Poblado.

Amazing hotel. Great staff. They put so much thought into the little details—like chocolate strawberries for our anniversary, a sweet treat on our bed every night and delicious flavored water.

Nice hotel but still has a lot to improve. Let's start with the best: people in Medellin is super kind and staff is no exception, the attention is their most valuable asset. Beds are very comfortable, rooms are nice, they have a direct connection to the shopping center, restaurant is full of plugs that allows you to work, breakfast is excellent and the Cappuccino is awesome, location is great (close to Oviedo shopping center, Santa Fe shopping center, Parque Lleras, etc. Turndowns: when you are taking a shower, water goes from normal to f* burning your soul, to colder than the Antarctic, and then back to normal temperature (every 2 minutes, during 3 weeks and in 3 different floors). Also, they return laundry with an etiquette that is annoyingly hard to remove, so every morning you start with 2 annoying turndowns. Every morning. Also the gym is not very well equipped, but at least it has some equipment for functional training. The swimming pool is nice but after midday there's always a shadow on it.

I expected something else, I have stayed many times in the chain and none had disappointed me before, moreover, I was in love with the Four points of DF, simply impressive, however I found this very cold, nothing cozy, even simple and unattended. No rest quality, I'm sure you won't disappoint, but it doesn't keep a lot of the line. I am sorry.

When I checked in at 11pm the front desk must have noticed my sneezing and congestion. 10 minutes after I arrived in my room there was room service at my door with a cup of hot sweet lemon tea type concoction. Fixed me right up for the night! Thanks!

Great place to stay! We tried several hotels in Medellin, this one was our favourite. Staff from Reception to Spa was really willing to help (and to help fast). The room was classic. The breakfast has a great choice with many local fruits, a little noisy as the restaurant gives on the road but it was fine for us. I definitely recommend this place.

The rooms are clean, spacious and very well furnished. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere Deblosbpasillos and Hall gives an old feeling to the building but nothing serious.
The restaurant, that if, damages the whole experience: poor quality food, insipida or at the other end overseasoned.

It's very enlightened, airy. Comfortable conference rooms are very large. Well located.

I am happy with the service received in all areas of the hotel. All my requests were perfectly served with the proper opportunity. As an added value, the hotel has a geographical location quite convenient to travel to different points of the city.

What a dump. SPG Platinum, zero recognition. Front desk staff on 2nd shift was nice, everything else about this property is disappointing. Night Auditor goes beyond the curmudgeonly anti-social ones you find anywhere on third shift: Rude, unhelpful and tyrannical. Don't stay here.

Excellent hotel, good attention since you walk in until you get out, good breakfast varied, the rooms very good for the rest, the only bad thing was the air conditioner that did not cool much but the rest very good. Excellent.

This hotel is very convenient located, right next to the Oveido mall where you can pick up everything from food to fashion. Hotel is standard 4 Points, with high international standards. Daily buffet breakfast is pretty good. Couple of things to keep in mind. Appears that hotel is undergoing renovations. There is work in the hallways and sound of construction in the day. Also note that windows are single planed and you can hear traffic noise if your room faces the road.

At first, you think the hotel is great. They greet you with a glass of grapefruit juice, they get your bags, the staff seemed friendly. Then things change. I was there for just over a week and experienced several concerning things. Disregard for the do not disturb, I was walked in on in the shower, 2 times. They would enter my room without knocking. The staff became rude and abrasive when I asked them to staff out of my room. The manager was unbelievable. They told me a needed to pay an extra $300 for services used at their hotel, except I never used any services. When I was checking out and refused to pay, he threatened to call the police… I can't believe this joker. I will never do business with Sheraton Hotels ever again Disgraceful.

Excellent hotel, very well located, in a beautiful area of the city.

I was hosted in august 2015, excellent service and comfortable rooms. I would like to return to the fair of the flowers this year. Without a doubt the best.
