Love the place big rooms helpful staff. Frank speaks get English and is always happy to help any way he can. Great house keeping.

The place is old, has damaged and broken stuff in the apartments. Maintenance is poor, Wi-Fi is very slow and intermittent. The shower water is not very hot.
In front of the common areas: It has gym but are 5 cardio machines (3 damaged). Both hot tubs are damaged.

This hotel had the best location in el poblado. At walking distance of to two big malls and a 24/7 supermarket. The staff is also friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is good, though not varying much per day. However you have enough choice.

Will never go back! They charges us taxes even though we are excluded as visitors in the country just because we did not choose to have breakfast. Bad customer service. Anyone may go up the elevator to the rooms no security system. We wrote to the manager by email and never got a reply.

Great place, excellent apartments. Very beautiful view of all the city. And the location is excellent, nearby malls.

The apartments are quite nice, the breakfast is varied, they have kitchen, fridge so you can prepare your food, ask for home, also has laundry and ironing board. I FA invited a crib for my baby without charging anything extra.

Three times I stayed in Estelar apartementos, the room was big and nice, big bed tv, nice vieuw and sirounding. The staff is nice from front desk, the cleaners the mentainance men the kitchen and the dining room workers, nice breakfast in the morning, good security, its good that some at the front desk can speak inglish. Thanks for the emergency asistant. Nice great I can't make no bad complain about Estelar its up to date Thanks again!
