Excelent place! what an amazing view.

The design, the facilities, the site and the surrounding area are great, but the service is where it fails. Bothered by almost everything, the funny thing is that you are going on holiday or in my case stay and you see them as foreigners or showbiz (the typical regaetonero) enter the high school by putting things of ruana and not say anything. I am a doctor and I was asked for id, something that seemed to me to have input out of place, I demanded advanced payments, things like that can't go by this site or download as a million times I mentioned to measure the music, but to the side are in full private party with the high school. The hotel is taking a bad approach, giving so many unnecessary restrictions that in other most important hotels of other countries, is not even taken. But good respectable, but at least they were fair for everyone. It leaves one thinking the site was perfect, the service much to be desired, and it is unfortunate, because as I said I am from Medellin and are already beginning to have more fame motel farandulero than anything else.

They bother too much with the theme of music, having it at a low volume up to vol 12 there are drawing attention sending the vigilantes, I think they should be more receptive, and check if it's really good to be bothering someone going so much vacation to relax a few days, unlike other foreign guests that if they make too much noise at their private parties with the pile of prepayments that live entering there, speaking very loudly and with their sexual whims, I don't care how you win the everyone's life, only that you have to be consistent and equitable when it comes to rectifying who is breaking the rules of the hotel.
