Diez Hotel Category Colombia, Medellin, has a spectacular view, as well as an excellent location where you can find a few meters from Parque Lleras and Parque El Poblado. The attention of all its staff: Reception (Andrés and the girls) Johnny (buttons), waiters, cleaning staff, private security, etc. ; it's excellent. The attention of the young Argemiro (TripAdvisor) was also extraordinary. Anyway my husband and I are happy to have chosen this hotel to enjoy the wonders of Medellin.

Excelente ubicacion, cerca Parque Llleras y Poblado. Habitacion grande y muy acogedora, limpia. El desayuno buffet muy variado y de buena calidad. Servicio excelente, ayudaron a realizar reservaciones en algunos restaurantes. El restaurante de sushi muy bueno.

Excelente localizacion. Las acomodaciones son 5 estrellas, pero para el precio esta excelente.

Excellent place, recently I was in a marriage in the Great Hall and the attention was excellent highlighting the good location of the hotel and its excellent facilities.

Room was great (including the shower which is a major plus), food was also really good, the location was prime in Parque Lleras where you will find most of the bars and restaurants, quite a touristy area. The only complaint that we had (which didn’t bother us much) was that there are only two elevators that can get quite packed, the hotel also hosted an event on one of the days over the weekend and there was a big crowd. Either way, very positive experience and would recommend.

Well appointed modern rooms. Rooftop fitness and wet area needs some work. Guests were a bit loud in hallways during my stay.

It's not a 5 star hotel. Hard beds, receptionist with bad attitude (the rest of the staff in breakfast and spa very nice and friendly).

It's a nice hotel, one of the taller buildings in the area. Room was well maintained, provided breakfast was varied and tasty. It's within a 5-10m walk from the bars and restaurants in the area, which was nice. One downside being it can be noisy at night on weekends. Overall good experience.

This hotel services chicken nuggets, chilli sauce and pulled pork for breakfast. For that reason alone it gets 5 stars. The roof top spa ain't bad also.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Clean and spacious room. It's located in the tourist neighborhood. The surrounding bars and restaurants are comparatively expensive. Breakfast was ok; it had a good amount of selection. Make sure you specify the correct number of people in the reservation since they do charge a lot for last minute additions.

It is very difficult to park to leave people and the people in charge are not formal it is dangerous to deal with Connal Street traffic 10a.

Outstanding view of the city. Great location. Just a stone throw away from the Lleras Park, where the heart of the city's night life is. There is a club in the hotel so it can get noisy in some floors. Make sure you get located away from it if you need some good rest.

Diez Hotel has amazing service and the decor is really interesting. Each floor has a theme with really amazing relics… It's like having a cool museum in your hotel!

Strong overall, but two pieces of constructive feedback. Well-located in the Poblado district, which is both a blessing and a curse. The rooms are comfortable, but make sure that you get a room on the eastern side of the building — we arrived on a Friday and were kept up until the wee hours of the morning from loud thumping from neighboring clubs. The check-in staff doesn’t seem to be particularly skilled in working with LGBT guests — my boyfriend and I were asked multiple times things like if we wanted separate beds (no, we don't) and if we meant to book separate rooms (no, we didn’t).

Excellent friendly staff, whenever we requested something to reception is took a minute to take it to the room. The rooms are very well and the view that us touched not has price. Just in case my only complaint is that the mattress was a bit hard, but that is perception personal.

The Does hotel is very stylish and hospitable. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great views of the city and mountains. The amenities are nice and the connected restaurants are great.

I generally try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt when my customer/client experience is suboptimal, and I have never been moved to write a review (about anything) before now. However, my recent stay at the Diez Hotel was just too ridiculous not to share. The bottom line is: stay anywhere else! I had a fabulous experience at Estelar Blue (also in Poblado) if you're looking for a nice calm place with pristine rooms and great food. When I arrived at Diez, I checked in and went to my first room. I walked into to find the bed not made. I called the front desk and said I'd be happy to wait for someone to come make up the room, but they said to come down and switch rooms. Ok, so I went and got a new key to a new room. My second room did not have working overhead lights. I called the front desk again (they were very nice about everything), and they said to come down again and get a new key again. Ok, so on my third trip to the front desk with all my stuff in tow, someone finally offered to help me with my bags, great. I got to my third room, complete with working lights and freshly made bed, hooray! After settling in, I noticed that the toilet paper holder and towel rack in the bathroom were very loose, wobbling and starting to unscrew from the walls.
