A bit lacking in judgment to make decisions, had a reservation and I told them the reasons and others. And they were not able to do anything about it or support the client! Should have a broader approach to making decisions! Maybe for you does not mean to lose a lot a customer!

Very small rooms, only have 1 room with 2 single beds the rest pure matrimonial, the rooms have no window, not very clean bathrooms the bad mini bar, the only reason I do not put a star is because the breakfast is good.

Good location, good breakfast, friendly staff and clean. I enjoyed my lengthy stay here in the tree lined Laureles area on a relatively low-traffic intersection. This is an ultra safe area of Medellin near the university with tons of restaurants, cafes and shopping within a short walking radius. A cab ride over to Poblado was $7, a metro ride there was jam-packed and difficult to board during the rush hours — an experience. The staff were attentive and very friendly, and the breakfast had a nice selection on a buffet with eggs to order. Medellin is a busy city with not one double-pane glass window anywhere to be found, so if you are a light sleeper do not request a street side room, even though they are a little nicer (to me the sleep became more important). Some sites show this as a 4* hotel, but it is a 3* that is a bargain in Laureles.

The room had no windows — I felt like I was sleeping in a sarcophagus. I could connect to the Wi-Fi from the lobby, but not from the room. There was a puddle of brown-stained water on the floor of the bathroom. To the staff's credit, they mopped it up quickly, but afterwards the room had a fetid smell that wouldn't clear. I cut my stay short — one night was too many — but they charged me an extra day anyway. Then they did a strange transaction where they paid me in cash instead of pushing it back to my CC#. And then they insisted I had lost the key and needed to pay the bellhop 50mil cash as a replacement fee. It was dodgy, but I paid because I couldn't wait to get out of that place.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean. Recomendadisimo.

It's a small, cozy place with excellent service.

Hotel is in a lovely corner of Laureles close to La 70. Service is excellent.

There isn't internet, no restaurant, bad service, it's expensive and rooms don't have any spacial.

Nice, quiet and cheap place to stay. The neighborhood is pretty good. You can find many restaurants, stores, and other kind of places by just walking. The metro station nearest is the Station Station, it takes like 17 minutes by foot to get there and like 5-8 minutes by car. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is served like a buffet, so you have different options, but can be repetitive if you stay for more than 4 days. The food is good.

Helpful and kind front desk attendants. Quiet and clean establishment but unfortunately there is no Wi-Fi in the room only in the lobby and the shower water pressure is weak.

Cuando entra parece nuevo y lindo. En la realidad me quede sin agua caliente, sin Wi-Fi, sin TV en la primera noche. No me querían devolver el dinero. Me abonaron por una noche y me pasaron a otro hotel de la misma cadena. En el otro hotel (Egina) querían cobrar lo que el otro hotel abono y amenazaron en desalojarme del hotel si no pago. Terrible experiencia!
