1. The equipment is old, and some have even been damaged and not replaced or repaired.
The toilet is poor to go to the water. 2. Cleaning is obviously very poor, the bathrobe obviously used up without cleaning and left to use.
Flooring and carpet cleaning is inadequate. 3. Breakfast is very poor, the variety is very small, the quality is also poor.
Tableware is seriously inadequate, the most outrageous is the waiter attitude overall is not OK. On the whole, it was extremely disappointing.

Bad service came this way, the waiter fell on our luggage and we had a fight with our driver. What services this hotel.

Noisy area of the old five-star hotel, convenient transportation, to a variety of well-known attractions are not far, practitioners are quite young, the workplace reaction to the cumin when quickly sharp.

The purpose of staying a 5 stars international hotel chain is to have a good night sleep. This hotel differs. Every night at around 330am, the air-conditioning system churns out warm air and heats up the room. It was so warm that I sweated and unable to sleep. The ideal room temperature would be 22 Celsius or slightly below for a good night sleep. I believe it was at 26 Celsius and above at 4am. The lobby is so much cooler with its strong air-conditioning. My advice: if you can't get a good night sleep in your room, move to the lobby. You will sleep better!

The room was big and tidy, but it seemed like the air conditioner wasn't open.

We didn't have a reservation but the staff were so friendly and helpful. It's very close to The Bund. Great location.

Internationally renowned hotel. The reception is courteous. The rooms are spacious, well equipped but not 0 faults on cleanliness.
Breakfast is plentiful and diversified, appreciable in China. Can't pay for the first visa cards at the bar?

First 5 star Hotel in China that deserves its 5 real stars! I have Been traveling for more than a week and all are 5 stars that do not reach 3… This Hotel has live music on a Royale at the entrance, the rooms are spacious with balls and you have everything you want! Honestly, the best hotel I've seen so far.

“Convenient 5 star hotel at north side of the bund” location is very great, 3 min walk from HaiLun metro station, where you can ride for 2 different lines; Not far of drive from the bund and PuDong and Shanghai city center; Facility is with 5 star Sheraton standard, and well maintained Room is spacious and neat; but this hotel already been existed for quite a few years, so not the most modern decors; Swimming pool is broken, and during our stays there's no sign of repairing efforts, Price is in higher side, and service is adequate, but nothing spectacular… Generally it's an adequate high-end hotel with satisfactory convenience.

Super comfortable and very luxurious stay. Felt very pampered. Buffet was quite good too! Right in front of a subway station as well.

Place is ok. Just that they give better treatment to foreigners. I look like a local, so service is only ok.

The transportation is convenient, but nearby no restaurants and convenience stores. The lobby staff very good, warm and thoughtful. If you live toward the good places to see in Pudong at night.

The building is gorgeous and the rooms are really pretty. But this hotel is just not Sheraton standards. — While you are in China and its understandable that the standard in service is different for Chinese than westerns but still a Sheraton. — People in the reception are are just so not welcoming. They look lost a little. Presentation is also not great. — Room service is terrible. Food is not Sheraton standard. Trays are old and cheap. — Door man are useless. — pros: Nice building, nice rooms. Big lounge but the food was not great. Location is not the greatest but you are close to mtr. Problem is when its raining. No taxis.

Amazing rooms, great views of the city from my room on the 30th floor, the bathroom/shower was great. Didn't like the coffee that came with the room but everything else was great.

First stay, location is good. Breakfast people, product quality, coffee is very dry, no taste at all. Dish of boiled noodles, broth is very general, cut eggs levels needs to be improved. No fresh juices, not good!

I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks (on Business Trip) and had a great time. The room (on the 27th floor) was spotlessly clean and had excellent facilities. Tea and Coffee making was available and regularly topped up. A mini bar was present (did not use it — and the cost of items was of the chart, as expected). The room had an excellent wet room with two shower heads and a large free standing tub/bath — which was great. The bed was large and comfortable. A safe was present where I stored my stuff at night. Plugs of the 'british' and ''australian/chinese' persuasion were present in my room (my Aussie plugs only worked in one of the several sockets). Breakfast was included in my room rate and this was standard hotel fare including both full English Breakfast and Continental as well as more Asian fare. Steer clear of the (hard) baked beans :) Location was excellent! There was little nearby (although a quickie mart was just down the road) — the hotel is opposite the Hailun Road Metro station so super easy transport links. We walked all around the area of the hotel and felt safe everywhere we went. The rooftop bar failed to impress by not taking advantage of the privileged position. Drinks were expensive as expected.

Very good hotel. I highly recommend it.
