Fantastic hospitality, easy approach to canton fair and wonderful atmosphere.

Nice hotel nice place & nice service.

Spacious rooms and efficient staff. Lobby lounge coffee is not recommended.

Room and service are good. The room service foods can be better.

The usual 5star hotel chain. Close to subway. Only drawback is the route to the entrance has to pass through the docking trucks.

Great stay during Cannex show.

Refrigerator broke, spoiled all my food. Hotel will not help in anyway. Will not even fix or replace refrigerator.

My second stay in the exact same corner suite. Rooms are great, quiet, comfortable, and my view is amazing. One shortfall for a hotel of this level… there's no motorized drapes (40' of them), and no light switches in the bathroom. You need to go to front entrance to turn lights on!

Excellent hotel with very modern and large rooms. Breakfast buffet is a class on its own, incredible choice. I would recommend to choose a room with access to the executive lounge. They offer a nice buffet during the happy hour from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm with a great choice of beverages and food. All free if you have access to the lounge! And the view is fantastic as well.

The hotel has close to the fair of Guangzhow.

Great hotel in close proximity to the exhibition complex. Fully corresponds to Category 5 *. The rooms are comfortable and very large, especially the two-room suites. The breakfast is great, the Club Lounge is very comfortable with a large selection of snacks and drinks. Lunch and dinner are also available. In principle, there is no big need to leave the hotel.

A SPG hotel located far away from airport but close to conference center. Not many restaurants around but close to subway which will take you to the city within 20-30mins.

If visiting the Canton Fair Complex, you can not beat the location. One of the amenities offered during the Canton Fair is a privat golf cart for use of hotel guests exclusively to take you from one side of the Fair to the orher. This saves a great deal of time as the queue for the public golf carts can be 20 minutes. As a Westin guest, you also gave access to various VIP lounges spring led around The Fair The hotel rooms are quit spacious, easokyvwotld fit two king size bed…s with plenty of room to spare and the housekerping staff does an excellent job, even coiled my cables sitting on the desk The concierge lounge staff are friendly and helpful. I am on a special diet and there is nothing for me to eat at the fair. The concierge staff works wrap up cheese and nuts so I would have something g to snack on during the day in lieu of lunch The Peking Duck in their Chinese restaurant, Zen is as good as it gets and I am a huge fan of this dish I stay away from the Buffett but I am not a buffet fan in general My biggest criticism is the service in the restaurants. I was ignored in the Japanese restaurant after the entrecwhich was quite nice. After 20 minutes of calling people over and being told "one minute" I got up to leave, said good night and finally had their attention and the bill 3 delicious dinners in the Chinese restaurant but the service is abominable. Dinner the past two nights was a service disaster to the point where I did not enjoy last nights dinner.

This is my 4th time to be here. The buffet dinner is really worth and awesome! Most of the food are really delicious and nice service. Certainly the hotel room is very clean and comfortable. My father, mother and I were satisfied with the hotel room, the buffet dinner and the breakfast. Highly recommended!

Outrageously priced restaurant with terrible food and terrible service. A Fish and Chips was literally 3 mouthfuls of fish and about 8 chips plus a few beers for $150!

The hotel environment is very good, comes with a pool, the water is very clean. Hotel room clean and soundproof effect is very good. Restaurant buffet produced colorful, the service very attentive. Next also will choose to come here on vacation.

Great location for business at Canton Fair. Not luxury but cool.

Nice rooms, excellent service. Good choice of western food at the restaurant. Great choice for business trips. The only weak point is the neighborhood, basically there is nothing around.
