One of the best in town! Little noisy because of the traffic outside but rooms are well decorated and clean. Makes me feel good and fresh whenever I stay.

Centrally located. Specially great place for Muslim business travelers. 54th floor has a prayer room and all guest rooms and suites on this floor are equipped with bidet showers (Muslim showers) in the washrooms. Many halal eateries are nearby.

I like the hotel staff and cleanliness. Probably the cleanest crown plaza I have been in China. Food is good. Location is busy but central.

A great hotel with lots of amenities. I love the Chinese restaurant. It is very reasonably priced and good food. Club lounge serves a great breakfast with smoke salmon and fresh sushi. Evening drinks is good but not very much food choices. I also love the height of the hotel. The room is huge and the view is nice if you are high up.

Very big hotel. Rooms are clean and big. Nicely decorated. Big swimming pool on 6th floor. Lots of variety in the breakfast. But their guest service is poor. You have to carry you bag to the room and also when check out they will not send anyone to carry your bags. I was very amazed with their guest service. Other than that no complain.

Not the newest of the 5 stars hotel, yet the breakfast was amazing and I particularly enjoyed the HDMI plugs linked to the TV.

Great lunch. Had a nice meal with the wife's family, and the food was good cantonese food.

Very beautiful hotel in sky scraper, don't worry, lifts has marvellous speed. Rooms are spacious, restaurant big with great varity of meals.

Great place to stay. The location is convenient, the staff is very friendly and polite, they have a great breakfast buffet, even for vegetarians and the rooms are fantastic. This is the best hotel experience I have had in China!

40mins from the underground mall there is Shuttle bus free from the hotel Friendly staff The only think I didn’t like it there is just the fact that it doesnt matter where you are its always smelling like cigarettes I love the live music and how everyone is ready to assist.

The room was amazing, the view from 46flr was top-notch. Breakfast was out of this world, excellent variety.

Very nice hotel room. Take about 45 min from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. Nearby MRT station and big shopping mall.

Super luxurious and expensive hotel. Has VPN connected in the hotel Wi-Fi. Room is marvelous. Right at the Taojin metro station — Entrance A.

I thinks it's a great choice to stay here. Big and clean rooms. Location is great, very friendly staff. As I came to know it has one of best buffet in Guangzhou. As a Indian visitor I will recommend some more vegetarian option or a different segment without beef & pork. But still 5 5star from my side.

Stayed here with family for three days. The location on Huanshi Donglu is excellent. Less than eight minutes walk to Taojin Subway. My room on the fifty fifth floor had an excellent view of the city.

I had an opputunity to stay two nights in Guanzou and had an experience before in qingdao, but love the food and breakfast all varities specially all countries food are available. Rooms ate quiet Big, clean well decorative and ppls are really professional and cordials in there hospitality next time When I will come I will must stay in Crown plaza.

Clean and tidy facilities though the building is not new. Next to TV building of Guangzhou.

Across during the stay were very comfortable, the room was neat and clean, service personnel are considered relatively easy-going, and the hall gives the feeling is also very spacious, the buffet Breakfast is also fairly good alternative food are many. The hotel's location is also convenient, the surrounding supporting facilities and amenities are very perfect.

Great location, nice and comfort rooms, you get the maximum for your money, its one of the cheapest five star hotels in the city.

Come in here feel this hotel is measured in years. Location is not particularly good, after all, the city is too big, but that's okay near from the Metro, public transport is also very convenient. Staff attitude was good, bed was more comfortable. Was not very impressed by the hotel. Of course, right next to the Airport Express is convenient.
