Good service, casino menus are not very good, could improve is little food, the rest of the services no problems, between addition and rest is recommended.

The hotel structure is ok, but the breakfast starts too late, at the same time the city tours usually starts, leaving just a few minutes, if so, to have a decent meal.

There is always a gentleman with a white hat outside, it is Bakan, it is like an imperial guard of a distance far from Japan, but far away in kilometers. The truth is that I put five stars because you have to manage with the neighbors, I only live in front of the hotel, but go is Bakan.

Small hotel with a light complimentary breakfast. Staff is extremely nice with quick service. Good for tourists because the front desk people speak at least some English. Rooms are modest with great bathrooms.

Small Hotel without pretensions. It does not have modern air conditioning and the machine if you leave it on does not let you sleep. Warm rooms. Poor breakfast. Basic furniture. Only advantage is proximity to the center.

Terrible attention especially to the receptionist which is a person lacking in emotion and empathy if it were for me I should not have two stars for her not for the hotel if not for her RECEPCINISTA!

The pillows are horribly hard. We went through two pieces as the first one we were assigned had problems with the tv, there were no basic inputs in the bathroom and no various plugs were running. I understand that on the date I went had remodeling, but the minimum is to assign a piece that is all correct.
Rebound that we changed to another that had the above in order, but the system they have to cool the pieces is so deplorable that we had to sleep on the bed and still suffer from heat, being that we had the "fan" as cold as possible; That night we ended up sleeping for 2 to 3 hours as much for the heat (being that outside on the outside to cold). In addition to this the shower in spite of having the door well closed, the water was filtered by a ventilation and the whole floor is wet.
The only thing I found good was the staff's attention to cleanliness and maintenance as they were willing to find solution to the problems and were friendly to Us. Also the breakfast buffet was rich, the only thing is that they could have a little more variety in the sweet area but that is already to taste of each ONE.

It was disappointing, they were doing jobs and it was with rubble, lots of dust, the toilets were dirty they had no maintenance and the K girl was the visible face on entering had bad way to cater, it was two days. Not pleasant.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. While we did not suffer very hot, there was no air conditioning available and the TV did not work. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good.

Very nice hotel. Very close to the center, located in a very nice area. The attention is good. The price is good. Breakfast could be more abundant and varied. I recommend it.

I loved they gave us a room for 3 people which is huge 2 twin beds and 1 bed and a half square. Very comfortable beds. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is also spotless, all new artifacts. The only thing is that the room has a little smell of paint you see that they painted it recently.

A very good mention for this small hotel well placed next to the area of San Lucia, Cerro Santa Lucía.
Not large but sufficient and comfortable rooms, equipped with a safe and a small fridge.
A very special mention for the receptionist who received us, Francisco, very efficient, very pro, and very kind.
Small improvement point: the bathtub which is actually so small that one can only shower.

The rooms were fine, the bathroom very small, has 5 seats for vehicles, and you should leave the key in reception for you to park them according to need…
