Excellent service and very quiet with an amazing view. 🌅🤩

A very beautiful week with my Family the Gastronomy a 7.
waking up by the Lake, unique landscapes, all very friendly, with our children of 3 and 5 years. We were provided with toys and felt very comfortable. Free to play and run.
I recommend them 100%.

Very nice place! but they lack television in the bedrooms I understand that it is a place to disconnect but sometimes the younger children like to watch their monkeys etc. And the other is the restaurant should attend the day run sometimes one wants to eat something in the middle of the afternoon and you can not because it is closed or in the evenings stay a little longer to serve something and you can not say the service anything to say all, the very friendly guys attentive in everything but I just wanted to make them that catch.

The place is beautiful, an infrastructure with many beautiful details. But their service is lousy, not to say horrible. We were two couples and thinking that we would find a great deal, but such was our surprise and that of many of the living that there was no staff, they ended up the ingredients in the kitchen as in the bar. I had to look many times to the staff for us to assist you or we were waiting. The waitress told us “ we are alone, we must wash the dishes, have to wait a little while because we were left alone” as it can be that? We pay for the use of jars when we went for a swim only to find that the water was boiling, No one is worried that the water is suitable for use, we were half an hour in the night with swimwear by changing the water to use it. They have zero concern for their guests and that is a tremendous error, I think that if I had gone with children I would have worried about making everyone in your lodge know my discontent. We have been friends because I always wanted to go to that lodge and it was a resounding failure. Honestly they should change the management of that place or go direct to failure, which is a shame because it is a very beautiful place. But do not forget that to gain their tourists should want to come back, not just go once. In this case, never come back, and clearly do not recommend. What a nice place! both the facilities and the surroundings: lake view and a little surrounding forest to get lost for a while… it's good that it has spaces designed especially for the kids out there. Super quiet, perfect for relaxing. I rescue the warm welcome from the team, so it makes you want to come back even for a long weekend!

It is a very nice place and well located. It has a lake shore. The facilities are good too and the rooms excellent and with a nice view. They do not have air conditioning or television that yes.
Something good is that it has kayaks that provide free. They also lend games at the bar. It has a swimming pool and sauna.
Something very good is the part of the entrance which is a forest with native trees. Now there was a burrow of foxes that were left to see and was very cute. Also in the forest they have a very entertaining obstacle circuit for children and adults.
The bad: The beach chairs were in general shabby.
Breakfast was not very good considering the expensive of the place (missing fruit, cakes, etc).
The attention was very good. Yes, I miss that breakfast would serve someone in scuba, although not a five star hotel, for the price one expects more formality at that at least.

Very nice establishment, pleasant, quiet, at the edge of Lake Llanquihue, turning its back to the volcano Osorno, but almost in front of the volcano Calbuco, good quality cuisine, all these ingredients will make your stay a very serene step.

Excellent resting place, away from the city, an intimate place, we went with family, we enjoyed it to fullness, the service is first, all concerned to attend you with the best disposition even I solved a problem outside the hotel. Thanks for everything.

Very nice Hotel, has swimming pool, hot jars and access to the beach. All rooms overlooking the lake. Small but cozy restaurant with few dishes but delicious! And super friendly staff!

Ideal place for rest, clean rooms and good bed, spectacular lake view for the sunsets, close to the tourist attractions of the area and far from the flow of people from the neat around. Having available the kayaks was a plus. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location was great. Javier to the restaurant is a very attentive person, adapting to the needs of his hosts. We went with our 3 year old daughter and we would love to be able to visit them again.

Horrible experience! We were a party of 12 (our rooms were pre reserved two months prior) on a bike ride and stopped here for one night. Rooms were below standard, bathrooms smelled, service and food were TERRIBLE! Website reflects bar and restaurant. Bar was NOT A BAR, restaurant was cafeteria style. Staff was rude. We ordered our dinner at 6:45pm and did not get it until 9:30pm. Breakfast was advertised to be included however there was no coffee, bread for toast was left out in the bread basket from the night before and two pans of runny eggs came out for 12 people. We just walked out! It was below a camping experience. Do not stay here.

Stunning views, most friendly and helpful staff. Excellent sandwish and pizzas for a quick meal. Gorgeous setting with an indoor heated pool. No TV but who needs a TV, here you can switch off from the buzzle of the world. Love it. Thanks so much.

Very well located, nice building and decoration, it is not a hotel nor a Lodge. You do not have well-defined your goal. The party restaurant is poor, breakfast poor, dishes are poorly prepared and poorly served. The staff strives to attend to but they lack means and have to endure the complaints of the guests. There is No book of complaints and management is notable by its absence.
