Rented for 6 weeks. Left for a couple days during to fix up the house so it's ready to move into and upon return the manager had removed various items from the room after telling him a few days prior we were not checking out, simply away for a couple days. We did get the items back and determined we'd be checking out (no refund) 7 days early due to our belongings being removed from our room without consent. Do not recommend if you don't want items to disappear.
Great service. Clean rooms. Comfy beds. In my opinion this is the best value motel in Melville.

Booked two separate stays via third party which charges our credit card directly, upon checking in for second stay owner claims previous stay and new stay aren’t paid for and attempts to have us pay for both again. Ended up not checking in for second stay and having to pay again elsewhere after the stays were non refundable. Have had previous issues with this motel and it seems never ending. On top of the back parking being a mess with garbage and debris which cause a nail in the tire as well on a $300 tire. Do not recommend to anyone ever!
