We rented cabin 11 and can only speak to the experience of that specific cabin. I recommend bringing an air conditioner or fans if you are staying here. There is NO breeze that comes into this cabin. The front windows don’t open and only one square in each room opens so there is no cross breeze at all. Literally a thunder and lightning storm gusting around us and nothing coming in. It was 36 degrees in the cabin during the day and wouldn’t cool down at all until maybe 3 am when it was about 26-27. For 200$ a night, you should have some kind of air flow, or at least warn your customers in advance that during a heat wave they should bring fans. The windows should be replaced in the front to allow for air flow into the cabin, and both bottom windows in the bedrooms should open, not just one side. Or provide window fans, at the very LEAST.
The cabins themselves are very adequate, great location, mostly friendly staff, and food was decent at the inn. The price though, should reflect a certain level of comfort.

Clean cabins, well maintained, staff very friendly & pleasant, restaurant has good food with gluten sensitive/free options to accommodate my Celiac, again staff friendly & helpful. Had a wonderful week. Thank you.

We are staying three nights. Price is right for the rooms. You get a bag breakfast. Because of COVID. Still nice has everything. The water clear for this time of year. Beach is good. Dam geese. Lol we have people coming also. It is nice. Food is amazing at the restaurant. We love this place. It is a gem of a place.

Ed and Dalelynn are great new owners of Kenosee Inn & Cabins. My buddy Doug and I truly enjoyed our week long stay this past week. Friendly staff, nice accommodations and AWESOME food! The pizza is second to none. Simply the best! Huge thanks to Ed for personally making our Cheeseburger Pizza, which is now my personal favourite! Looking forward to coming back very soon. Amazing view. All the amenities of a hotel but the rustic charm of a cabin and your own privacy. Well maintained and close to all that Moose Mountain Provincial Park has to offer!

The Kenosee Inn & Cabins has been our venue for our annual strategic planning retreat for the last few years! The staff is super friendly & accommodating for all our needs! A beautiful setting for our creative juices to work in! Excellent food — pizza is delicious every time, excellent wraps, savoury steak, & fixings & to finish it off, my favourite, decadent cheesecake! Yummm Take A walk in nature or lose yourself on the outside deck overlooking the lake — inspiring & good for the soul! Check it out today! :)

Our crew stayed here for a few weeks while we were working in the area. We were treated like gold. The rooms were always clean and nicely updated. One of our guys stayed in a cabin and absolutely loved it. The service and the food at the restaurant were fantastic every night. Any little thing we requested or needed, the staff went totally above and beyond to help us out, and were very happy to do it. Would definitely recommend staying here. Only wish we had been here in the summer instead of late fall/early winter!

My steak tasted like bad breath and the smell of wet dogs, definalty not worth the $30 for a 10 Oz. Ribeye. And it's doesn't even have 24kr gold flakes in it for that fortune. I'll give er 2 starts because the iced tea is real good and the pickle chips n dip are good too.

Good rooms, chill staff, great weather, free fire wood. Can't complain about much! I just wish the cabins could be rented for 2 nights instead of the minimum of 3.

We stayed in Type A cabins for 3 nights. Filthy, cob webs everywhere, floor/walls were sticky. The kitchen was ‘stocked’ with the bare minimum. The top bunk bed had no rail and made it unusable for the kids.

Location, Location Location Kenosee Inn & Cabins July 4-11, 2018 The cabin and the property are clean and maintained. The kitchen had sufficient dishes, pots, pans, utensils, stove, fridge, freezer and your own "BBQ" to prepare your meals. The owners and staff always friendly and accommodating. We were steps to the beach, mini golf, visitors centre, the ice cream store and mini mart. A short drive to fishing pier and the water slides. We cooked some meals but also took advantage of the restaurant on property. Food and service also great. They offer accommodations options, if you want or need air conditioning their hotel rooms offers that… For us we choose the cabin, no air conditioning BUT we had a breeze most nights. The extra space was more important to us. The quality time spent with our family… Priceless! We are already planning our next trip! Paula Ontario, Canada.

Good food. The staff was friendly. Only problem is the very long wait for your order. And pricing is quite high.

Went down this past weekend for a wedding. First time ever in the area. Had a beautiful view of the lake from our cabin. Our cabin was exactly what we wanted and the free firewood was a welcome bonus. Food was good in the restaurant as well. Girlfriend forgot her earings that she got from her great grandmother. When I called to see if they can mail them to us I Was told there would be a $24 mailing fee. I didn't feel as though that was fair considering we spent $500 over the weekend. The manager gave us a call back and told us that I was misinformed by one of his staff. Told us they would send it to us without having to give them the money. Was nice to see we got a proper response staright away. Thank you to the manager for taking care of it for us. Also recommend bringing a fan or two for the cabins. Had a great time and special thanks to Collette for lending us her mini front desk fan for the night. That is what hospitality is all about…

Went down for a wedding this past weekend. Told us we had to book for two nights at least. Girlfriend forgot a diamond earrings that her great grandmother left her. Called to ask if they can mail it to us. Told us we had to pay them $24 dollars before they would. And that's after spending $500 on the cabin and eating at the restaurant. So much for hospitality. And oh ya… Better bring an ac and a couple of fans as the cabins are stupid hot even at night. Have to rate at least one star to post.

Stayed here for the night to check out Moose Mountain for the first time. The hotel was one of the only available in town. The rooms are quite large and updated somewhat. The hotel overlooks the lake and is a great spot in the middle of the village. The free breakfast was something to be desired consisting of just toast, yogurt and pre-made waffles, cereal and some fruit. Definitely not celiac friendly at. A nice quiet spot for this time of year. The staff were very friendly.

Decent place recently renovated. Hard wood floors in hotel rooms with a renovated bathroom. Restaraunt has pretty good food.

I had my wedding here on Saturday Aug. 19th and it was beautiful! The reception went off without a hitch everyone was so helpful and it was exactly as promised. I am so pleased and thank you again for your amazing service!

Comfortable clean cabins with a great view. It had everything needed to enjoy a few nice days at the lale.

Rented a cabin for the weekend and had an amazing time. The food is incredible — I am going to have cravings about the pizza and soft taco wraps forever. Think we will come back every year! It is also so close to ice cream at Allison's and the water slides. Red Barn is amazing for the farmer's market. Love this town and inn!

I love this place, everything about the hotel, the cabins. The views from the lake are amazing and the restaurant serves really good breakfast.

Average Inn with above average surroundings. If you expect to stay at an average place, you won't be disappointed. Somewhat old, but clean rooms, all of them with lakeview. A LOT of wildlife around.

Overpriced rooms. No maintenance or upgrades done in cabins. Old dishes and cookware for 175.00 a night is expensive. Pillows are old. Need better toilet paper and shower towels. One thing they have is good staff and nice new entry way. The sauna and mini gym is a plus but they are just teasing you with the hot tub not being maintenanced. Also they were low on supplys like lightbulbs and propane at December. I would not recommend upgrading not much different in the rooms from business class to king room.
