Beautiful hotel
A little noisy, but it's also in an old building, well restored but old still in the center of town. Careful staff, comfortable bedding, nice welcome for cyclists, price ok
It's a good address in Trois-Rivières.

Hotel well located and clean. Mattress hard and uncomfortable, room small, very poorly insulated both from the outside as from the inside. Atmosphere more "business" than cozy. Breakfast good but simple. Parking near the hotel and charges apply. Lack of listening and flexibility in customer service, call however, the work and the impeccable welcome of Marie-Pier which makes the experience more enjoyable. In summary, don is absolutely worth the price required.

Bad experience with customer service, was not at all listening. Room small, simple, loud. Not worth the price asked for one night. By contrast, an employee at the reception was perfect (MP) and good breakfast.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel! My family and I stayed for two nights, and staying at Hotel Oui Go was one of the best things we did! The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful (especially when it came to helping us with the language)! The rooms were so clean, and the staff (Alex and Stephanie especially) took great care of us! They never let us lift a finger! The breakfast though, WOW. We've never had breakfast in courses, nor is breakfast this good in the U. S.! The chocolate croissant was my favorite! We will most definitely be back! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Breakfast included delectable: Orange juice, Latté (or coffee, espresso, cappuccino, wide selection of tea), several choices of perfect yogurt, bowl of fresh fruit, cheese and nut platter and choice of bread and fresh pastries from the artisans of the city!
In short, this is OUR hotel for ALL our stays in Trois-Rivières ☺️ I recommend it, you will fall in love.

The hotel is well situated. Near bars, theaters and restaurants. Basic rooms are modern and very clean. Sit down breakfast is included in the price of the room.

The Yes Go Hotel! is not just a hotel, but a complete experience. The room was beautiful with a simple and uncluttered décor. Breakfast was excellent with a nice offer of local breads and pastries, service directly to the table amazing and warm. And what about ALL the hotel staff, impeccable and personalized service, passing by the welcome as well as by the man of the housekeeping. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation and can't wait to go back.

Very well located, super nice staff, amazing breakfast and nice rooms. Be aware the street below can be noisy (stupid people with cars) but unless you are a light sleeper it’s a small price to pay. I will definitely return next time we are around.

Excellent for service, cleanliness, lunch and location. On the other hand, the bathroom is a little narrow and above all, the mattress is collapsed, which is unacceptable for us.

A hotel full of charm and intimate atmosphere. This place is quite the place suitable for marriage proposals romantic… its name hotel Yes go the predisposes! The home is of good quality, the breakfast served in the morning is refined in a decor anything but impersonal! Really an address to advise!

J'ai aimé mon séjour à l'hôtel, l'endroit est vraiment coquet, très belle décoration, beaucoup de jolis détails, une ambiance chaleureuse. Tous les employés qu'on a croisés étaient courtois et souriants. Le stationnement dans les rues (parcomètres) est gratuit les weekends. Malheureusement, je n'avais pas envie de déjeuner dans la réception avec tout le monde, je voulais monter une petite assiette à ma chambre, mais je n'avais pas le droit, je devais payer 7$ pour qu'un employé monte mon assisette à ma chambre et j'ai trouvé ça dommage. Les seules choses que j'ai trouvé tannantes dans la chambre, ça n'enlève rien au confort et à la beauté, c'est qu'il n'est pas possible d'avoir une ambiance tamisé, toute les lumières sont fortes. Il n'a pas de crochets pour les manteau près du tapis pour les bottes et le papier de toilette est loin de la toilette (304). Je crois que l'hôtel est super mais qu'il y a encore places à des subtiles améliorations.

This hotel was not only spotlessly clean and modern, the staff was superb! Rooms include the most wonderful breakfast, served once again by friendly staff. Our room sported an extremely comfortable bed with wonderful view. I would highly recommend this hotel over ANY of the normal chains. I am a platinum member of most international chains and this is one hotel I will return to on every trip to back to Troi-Rivieres.

Beyond my expectations. Beautiful hotel, contemporary style room decoration, recent renovation, the room is of exceptional cleanliness, super comfortable bed, positive fact to notice on the floor of the room no carpet. I have resided in several hotels, the room of the Oui GO hotel is remarkably quiet. The staff are very courteous and attentive. I would recommend this hotel to all.

Is the new in the city, a city with a very nice atmosphere by the way, immaculate, very design and cool, small and cozy. All staff very friendly and nice, from which you receive at reception to the one that serves you the breakfast.

Contemporary, ultra-clean, simple, staff courteous, polite. Breakfast new genre (for me anyway). We went for a run this morning in the old 3-Riv, could not share in 2 meals. Product shower provided natural (I think). I recommend. Note, no lift for the customers but also for luggage.

Treated retired military couple horribly. Had a Service dog and the owner was abusive to this couple. Husband has PTSD and requires his working dog to be with him. This couple was treated so badly they had to call the police. If you can't treat our retired service members with respect you shouldn't be in business.

Jai rarely seen the staff is nice and attentive, and so the mattress was vrmt comfor! The room ultra clean! Makes a change from hotels standard! Located in the heart of downtown! You can't go wrong!

We spent a full week at the hotel. All the staff are exceptionally friendly and the rooms are very comfortable. Not to mention the very fresh breakfast every morning that is served to you at the table… away from the ordinary continental breakfast! We will definitely return! Good success!

Hotel build inside a nice picturesque building. They offer breakfast in the morning. Note: there is no elevator inside the building and no parking amenities outside.

Bed very cheap. You sit just above, and the springs make a noise of squeaking comne an old bed. Just imagine. The tiny room. No lift and stairs very narrow. Frankly ordinary! Delta is better.

My Daughter and I stayed at the hotel for a weekend during the Dance Festival. I cannot say enough about the service, cleanliness and over all wonderful atmosphere that we experienced.
