➜ Home of the most ordinary, the smile is not part of the protocol you have to believe, you prefer to tell us what time you have to release the room the next day than to welcome us properly. Lack of cleanliness in the room. I can not recommend this place when there are so many others with people who have to heart their business and make sure their guests are happy, guests who I recall, are their bread and butter…
➜ What a pitiful place. It's unfortunate as the location is lovely. Rooms not ready when we arrived, we froze all night, no way to communicate it to anyone. Very ordinary food and very little warm welcome. We wanted to make us pay $100 for a so-called extra bed that we would have broken (a wooden plank with a cushion on it)?! Never go there they're thieves!

Terrible service. After our initial arrival, we were told to come back to check in and when we came back after dinner, there was no one to greet us to give us a room key or provide us a room, nor did anyone answer the phone when we called. We were finally let in a room by the chef but were not given a room key. The breakfast was incredibly slow (we had to wait an hour) and when we wanted to leave and check out after being late, the hostess was nowhere to be found. The room was very dirty (bed sheets full of hair and carpets with many different stains) but the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was decent food if you have the time to wait for it but reserve your entire morning for it. The only highlight is the owner has partnerships with local wine vineyards and gives you deals to do tastings at the vineyards, but I don't find it's worth it for the high priced dirty rooms and poor service.
