We have eaten at the Woodview Inn, Graydons Restaurant, several times. The people r amazing, the atmosphere is the best. It’s a very relaxing, fun evening. The food is great, great selection and perfectly prepared. The owners and staff r great. Cannot thank them enough, and thanks to our grandson, Zack Welch the chef. Thanks everyone for a great evening.

This is a very special boutique hotel. The staff are terrific and Steve and John are great hosts. The rooms are nicely appointed and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast delivered to your door each morning is great. We will definitely will be back!

Thank you so much for making our "mini moon" so special! Our accommodations were exceptional and breakfast was delicious! We are already talking about how lovely it will be to return for our anniversaries in the future. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience. Beautiful property, thoughtful, gracious hosts and staff. Highly recommend. The food at Graydon’s is wonderful. The restaurant is not open a Monday and Tuesday so book accordingly, you won’t regret it.

While the Woodview is, sadly, not “pet friendly” the human rooms are of such a standard that if there was a doghouse, it would be a canine Taj Mahal!

Thank you John and Steve for helping to create our magical Christmas wedding. From the spectacular Christmas decor to the delicious 4 course meal, everything was perfect. It was such a beautiful romantic and intimate setting. Everyone told us how impressed they were with everything. You guys are every brides dream; calm, creative and accommodating. So grateful for giving us an evening full of wonderful memories. You guys ROCK!

Serendipity is wonderful — we were referred to the Woodview Inn and decided to stay there because it was convenient for one night of a trip to visit family. Now we will book into the Woodview whenever we are even remotely close. John and Stephen are wonderful hosts and the Inn is simply a gem. The rooms are a step into another era — but the mattress on our bed was a dream that evoked dreams. Then there was breakfast — genuine scrambled eggs, good coffee, thoughtful service — we'll be back.

My boyfriend and I greatly enjoyed our stay at the Woodview Inn! The house is very beautifully decorated, and the service was excellent. They were even willing to accommodate my uber-picky bf with breakfast. Make sure to eat out on the patio! At first we were worried about sharing a bathroom, but it turned out to be a non-issue, so don't let this phase you! Our beds were super comfy, and we had a great A/C. If you are a history buff, they even have a few paragraphs on the house's history. This house is within walking distance of the boat line, restaurants, and some very cute shops. Well worth the stay!

I had the privilege this week of dining at the Woodview Inn! From the moment we stepped into the impeccably decorated home I knew it was going to be a wonderful evening. Owners Steve and John were warm and welcoming, Robin anticipated our every need and made me feel very comfortable and welcome. There are not enough adjectives in the English language to describe the meal prepared by Chef Christine, every bite was exquisite and beautifully presented. It was an experience like no other and I left feeling like I been with family. If I could, I would give it a thousand star rating. We are already planning a return visit next summer and hope to stay in one of the guest suites which I hear are fabulous. Definitely make the effort to visit John and Steve you will not be disappointed!

What a warm welcome by both Stephen and John and their warm and caring staff. We chose the stay at Grayson's for dinner as the menu had us at HELLO did not disappoint but excelled. We will be back… you gotta go and stay and eat here.

The food was spectacular, the service was stupendous and the conversations well enjoyed! Not one of the best, but the best place my wife and I have stayed this side of the Four Seasons in Whistler… the ambiance, the warmth, the OUTSTANDING staff and well, can not say enough nice things about the two owners Steve and John. Both extremely hands on and it shows in every amazing detail. The food from the onsite restaurant Graydon's, was top quality, we ate here both nights! HIGHLY recommend this GEM!

Perfect location to stay in Gananoque, 10 minute walk to the market and not far from the water. The entire Inn was beautiful and the room was very nice! The staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family!

Never been here but my phone keeps asking me to review my stay. I live across the street but yeah 10/10 would live across the street from them again.

The staff are friendly and attentive. The food is tasty, beautifully presented and scrumptious. The caramel carrot cake cheese cake is not to be missed. Great spot for Tapas! Try the cheese board and the wontons.

The Woodview Inn is a clean friendly location. The hosts/ owners are attentive to any wishes to make your stay a good one. Each morning a balanced breakfast is offered. The Garden Suite is a fine holiday home.

Great place to stay! Lovely accommodations with great hosts, came to spent A Birthday over to Gananoque and we had a blast of a dinner at Woodview Inn too! Highly recommend this place! Suites were nice and clean everything was great about my experience.

A bit of disappointment for this highly rated address. The term "garden suite" was misleading. There was a small garden next to the parking in front of the house, but not really suitable for relaxation or stargazing. The room was also too small to be called a suite, and it remained overheated from the accumulated warmth during the day ; we had to keep a noisy AC on all night. Breakfast was nice, but not up to our expectations as well when compared to other BnB experiences in the region. Overall not enough value for the expensive rate.

We needed accommodations for a Sunday night in February and The Gananoque Inn & Spa recommended the Woodview. We really lucked out with this sophisticated yet very cozy inn! You will ❤️the attention to detail throughout each room. It is obvious this inn is a labour of love. We felt right at home and so relaxed. They even have an amazing restaurant, Graydon's on their first floor. We had pheasant and a winter harvest salad for apps. The lamb, fresh cod, and heirloom carrots were ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Even if you are stuffed you have to split the chocolate torte with a graham cracker crust. We can't wait to visit in the summer!

The food was some of the best I've ever had. Can't recommend the restaurant enough. Staff were attentive and fun!

Love the owners Steve and John and love the Inn. You feel like home, beautiful place, gorgeous gardens and patio, an amazing place worth to try out. It will be a fabulous place for a wedding, rent the whole place, or girls weekend or a romantic get away. I give it a five star. Mike and I will be back for sure. Gananoque must be the best little town in the Thousand Islands area, with a huge coziness-aura surrounding it when walking around. The Woodview Inn is a true star with the friendliest staff ever in the owners! They have a fantastic way of letting you feel more than welcome! The room (Sir John suite) was nice, calm, and with a really comfortable bed that almost made us sleep beyond time for breakfast… Speaking of the breakfast, it was nicely put together by the owners and served in the garden. If we ever return to the area, this will definitely be the place where we will stay!

We just spent a lovely time at the Woodview Inn. The more significant aspect was the assistance we were given before our arrival. We were wanting to take one of the 1000 Island cruises. So, I e-mailed the Inn and was given the information I needed to ensure our short stay was used efficiently. On top of all that Steven asked if we would like to reserve a spot for supper at a local restaurant. He handled this, and when we arrived 3 weeks later all was set up. By the way our supper at Riva was great: Well prepared and presented. In all John, and Steven truly know what customer service is — Attention to detail, efficient operation, accommodations well appointed, and service with care. We were made to feel like we were at home.

The most wonderful inn, hosts and staff! John and Stephen have done the most wonderful job fixing up the inn, restoring it to it's original beauty. Guest house rooms are updated with comfortable beds and so clean — a home away home! Food and beverages are perfect, with the outdoor patio being a perfect spot to enjoy an afternoon drink in the shade. Can't say enough great things about this venue!

We stayed there this weekend for our anniversary. From the moment we stepped in the door we were greeted with smiles. It only got better from there. Our room was beautiful, the decor was very tastefully done and the rooms were very clean. The food was great (we had our breakfast there) but there is a restaurant that we will try when we go back. I hear Christmas time is supposed to be nice time to go… Right John
