WOW! A great stay! We were warmly welcomed. Don and Marion are generous hosts. The house is absolutely beautiful and the breakfasts are fabulous. Very well located as well. We definitely recommend.

A wonderful, intimate place to stay! Everything was immaculate and the history of the house is evident… the ceilings, the decorations, everywhere you look was a feast for your eyes. Speaking of feasts the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this place! The hosts were lovely and very accommodating! We felt welcome and relaxed here! Bravo and merci!

My husband and I were looking for a nice quiet place to stay for our anniversary. We are so thankful we found your B&B. I chose the Avonlea room because Anne of Green Gables was my favorite book series as a child. We drove from Lake George, NY and it was worth it! It was quiet, peaceful, absolutely beautiful, and our hosts were very welcoming and kind. We walked to Graydson’s for dinner and highly recommend this restaurant! The owners and even patrons were so friendly and welcoming! Then we saw a concert in the park. Breakfast the next morning was delicious! We loved everything about Gananoque! We will be coming back again, but next time we will stay much longer.

Absolutely beautiful B &B. The rooms are very clean, our bed was comfortable and warm. Good air conditioning throughout and shower water temp was very good. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was incredible and very well prepared. The owners go out of their way to provide a comfy and quiet place. The only two things to watch for, are that there are no televisions in the rooms, which allows you to relax, and that the room with the bathroom suite has no physical separation between the toilet and the rest of the room. I recommend staying here.

This is a beautiful place, filled with Victorian artifacts. You can really feel that you're stepping back in time. Our hosts were gracious and attentive, breakfast came with our stay and was delicious.

The staff were dedicated to serving their guests and providing a great atmosphere. Would recommend this for small social events.

Stayed for two nights and wished we could stay longer. Nice rooms, traditional decor, excellent food as well as friendly owners. Old charm home with modern conveniences such as pool table and rooms with Jacuzzi.

Enchanted place! Situated near Lumina Borealis (light show) in winter (Kingston). Loved the fact that the owners were nice enough to let us eat breakfast in the room (since there was a table). The spa in the room was also great. Lovely hosts and accomodating. The Riva restaurant next doors was also delightful!

Very lovely stay. Room was nice. No TV but actually a nice change. Breakfast was perfect and the hosts are very friendly.

The most beautiful B&B I have ever lived in! The interior design of the house is of Victorian style; luxury and exquisite with major attention to the smallest detail. Every room has its own image; some of them even have a full size Jacuzzi! Rooms are cozy and all the atmosphere of the house makes you feel like home. Breakfast in the diner is served with royal style and fantastic quality. The owners of the house are very friendly and attentive to the guests when you need their help and in the rest of time they are “invisible”. I want to return one day to this fantastic house!

Sleepy Hollow was fantastic. Beautiful and serene, great spaces. Hosts were charming and discrete. Breakfast was picture perfect too, the morning light in the dining room is enchanting.

The house is big, beautiful and well maintained by a wonderful couple who made us feel welcome and comfortable. We stayed in the Tara room and took advantage of the hot tub, very nice touch. Everything from the ultra soft robes to the big King bed was to our liking. The food was exceptional. I am sure we will be returning to take advantage of the opulence and hospitality.

An exceptional B&B whether you are vacationing in the 1, 000 Island area or travelling from Ontario to the Atlantic. The rooms are private and luxurious, the breakfast to order sumptuous and the hosts gracious.
