We were travelling there for a business trip! When we arrived we were greated by front desk staff which was great. However, the room experience was much different. I understand this is a Residence to be honest I really dont expect much. The first room we received smelt really bad like mould. In one room the linens were dirty under the covers! The second room we received the lights didnt work in either rooom! During our stay the teams that were there were VERY loud and noisy in the halls its all we could hear all of this happened around 10:30pm to 11:00pm. Making us scramble to find another hotel. We will not be returning and will not be recommending to anyone EVER!

The Residence and Conference centre was great. The staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and it was very spacious. Would be a great place to stay for a longer visit too.

Fair price, but the window blinds are extremely cheap or fail to completely close. It does not block any sunlight making it hard to sleep past 6am. The AC was also very weak in the room. Worth the price and nice accommodation overall.

This place is amazing and they treated us very well, we where booked for 2 nights and enjoyed it so much we asked about another night but the gorl said they where all full so that evening a new girl was on and she kept us in our same room, and the next night offered us another night. We where blessed staying here.

Place was nice. No issues to be noted. Location was close to the event venue and close to food in driving distance.

Super clean and affordable, front desk 24/7 on plus side. What is missing — no uyendilsils/silverware at apartment, no yeah/coffee maker available. Not easy to find on campus at the middle of night.

Rooms are decent for the price, very outdated in comparison to a regular style hotel. Location is not very close to any good restaurants, but close to the 401. Service is decent, nice young staff group.

If you are a college student looking to move in here, don't! You pay 750$ a month for a tiny shared space with only a fridge and a microwave, otherwise to cook you share 2 ovens with the other 500 people that live here, if rent isn't already outrageous laundry is not free and costs 4.25 to finish a load, you also have to pay around 500$ to leave your car in the parking lot for the semester, and if that all isn't enough, if you find a cheaper place throughout the year and want to move, they keep 3 months rent from you for a "cancellation fee" and you'll end up losing about 2100$. The place has more rules than a paranoid mom, and I applied for a "no party section" yet ended up on the opposite wall to the guy that throws all the rez parties, and last but not least the "complimentary Wi-Fi" does not work in 90% of the building so expect your data bill to go through the roof while living here.

I am a student living on residence and the rooms are great!

Very nice rooms, beds are super comfy and there's even a kitchen area in the roomsnvert convenient.

Needed a bed for the night. Clean rooms, and cheap. Could have been quieter but good over all.

It's really relaxing… And rly makes you u feel u r at home and not in a hotel… The only sad thing is that there isn't any spa, gym, etc.

The second room had no working bedroom lights. It was at the end of the hall and during the baseball tournament so was full of LOUD noisy kids. The halls were littered with their jersey and socks etc. Was not an enjoyable experience. I understand its a residence but the beds should be clean and the lights should be working. Wont be back!

$70 a night for 2 suite (2 rooms) common kitchen and washroom. Not a bad deal, it's clean, basic, free bagels in a. M. Would rather stay here than a $70 motel. Good for work crews, or family on a budget.

The staff at the desk were polite… not too friendly. The rooms were extremely basic and looked well used. The beds were very hard. The continental breakfast was poorly presented and did not encourage you to partake.

College Dorm. If you appreciate lost cost over everything else then this might be the place for you. You get to independent rooms with a shared bath. It is basically a college dorm, somewhat run down, linens are awful and they normally forget to change them during your stay. No Wi-Fi (but wired internet is good), free breakfast is cereal, toast, coffee and juice.
