An intimate and ascetically beautiful hotel in downtown Toronto with a a staff that understands how to enhance the guests experience. Upscale bar area serving delicious and delicate culinary delights. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone, regardless of how discriminating their taste may be.

The room was spacious, comfortable with a modern design! The bathroom had all the spa like amenities needed for relaxation. The staff were friendly and attentive and took care of our every need!

Wonderful accommodations. Super friendly and helpful staff. Greeted us with treats and bottled water. Heated bathrooms floors are lovely. Highly recommend.

Top tier gold. We went in 2010 after our wedding… We came back 11 years later with two kids and the kids loved this destination… I won't go any place else. Gold label service.

From the room, to the front desk, to the Concierge, this was the BEST hotel I've ever stayed at. We messed up our reservations at a very busy restaurant by getting the night wrong, and they were able to get a near impossible reservation for us. Totally worth the money and would absolutely recommend this hotel! Super clean and just great staff all around.

Great place for romantic escape especially during this taugh time. When you are in The Hazelton, you forget what is going on in the world.

Wow! Great time at the Hazelton Hotel with the 6 of us! We had two rooms on the 2nd floor (looking through the trees/loved the greenery! ) and the staff was AMAZING!
We haven’t had service like this since the Four Seasons in Paris (The “George V” Paris is our fave! ) Yorkville is such a lovely neighborhood and a great place for a long weekend!
It was 3/6 a new experience to visit Toronto and the staff at the Hazelton made it AWESOME! Thank you-all for your great attitudes, kindness, and giving 110% to your jobs! I will be giving a positive trip advisor recommendation, too!

I’ve never experienced this level and quality of amazing service before. The Hazelton Hotel has set the bar so high, I’m not sure any other hotel will ever meet it. My parents and I stayed at the hotel and took in the spa and restaurant and had the best time from start to finish. Highly recommend staying here. Be prepared to be pampered!

Had coffee over a business meeting. The place was beautiful and every single person we saw who worked there stopped to say good morning. Very friendly, very nice, overall enjoyable experience. Coffee was great too.

The Hazelton Hotel is truly an exceptional hotel. I literally cannot come up with anything that wasn't superb in our most recent stay. My family and I spent 4 nights for a long weekend, and enjoyed every minute of our stay with a ton of credit to the entire wonderful team at the Hazelton Hotel. I mean entire, Doormen, Front Desk, Concierge, Cleaning crew, Spa team, Restaurant teams, so basically anybody and everybody we encountered there. Even before arrival, I had called in to request that the two rooms that I booked would be as close as possible to each other. I've had mixed success with promises to do so at other leading hotels, but the reservations team at the Hazelton, didn't just deliver, they upgraded our rooms to two connecting suites with our own hallway door. It's like we had our own apartment. This was our first visit with the kids to the Toronto area, so I called in to ask the hotel concierge for suggestions, and I was thrilled to connect with Dean who helped us book a Niagara Falls tour (which was perfect), walking tours, restaurant reservations, and more. It made our trip so much more productive and enjoyable, we wasted zero time looking for what to do. The hotel itself is immaculate, super clean, and has everything I need, including a posh gym and spa with all the trimmings. The Yorkville neighborhood the hotel is situated in, is also perfect for walking around, outdoor and rooftop dining and bars, and is just a pleasure to take in.

Great experience at this hotel. Robert, the concierge, was very helpful in orchestrating few last minute requests. The hotel itself is also top notch. Comfortable pillows and bed. Spacious suite. Heated floors in the bathroom and TV integrated in the mirror. Delightful breakfast and dining. Two thumbs up!

The waitress was very friendly and attentive. The food was overpriced for what you get. We got the BBQ and paparadelle and they were good, but just way too expensive. The patio was very nice. Seating was comfortable. Overall average experience.

The views from this hotel are arguably the best of any of the hotels. Located directly across from the American Falls and having a river view of the Canadian Falls it is the closest to the falls of any of the other hotels. Boasting a Jacuzzi tub and balcony over looking the falls. A Breakfast buffet overlooking the falls can be added to your room charges. The hotel restaurants are as expected a little overpriced but you do get a good view for a romantic evening. A free pass to the local bus lines make sight seeing easy and you don't have to worry about where to park your car.

Doesn’t get much better than this hotel. Great, quiet location with fantastic rooms and great service combined with a great restaurant / lounge and swanky surroundings. Highly recommend for any type of traveler if you are willing to stay outside of downtown.

This upscale hotel is located located in the swanky Yorkville area of Toronto. Beautifully appointed rooms, exceptional guest relations and a top restaurant located on site made this stay one to remember. Lots of upscale shopping nearby with many other restaurants to choose from.

The level of Service from Raymond George at the Hazelton Hotel was incredible. As the CEO of Nexpharma Inc I've traveled around the world and every time I return I feel like I'm coming home. The rooms are the nicest hotel rooms in Toronto by far! I highly suggest staying here if you want the best hotel room and service!

Called to book the spa. Easy Breezy! The receptionist even mentioned a "Spa" Special concierge car service, $15.00! When we arrived we saw the $15.00 spa parking special on the driveway entrance too! Came into the spa, spent $400.00 on two massages, went to dinner, came back and gave the guy $20.00, $15.00 for parking, $5.00 tip. Sorry Sir, $30.00 for parking, you were more than three hours. I explained the circumstances, but he was adamant. $30.00 for parking. So we paid, and left. But what a bummer way to end what had been up to that point a very nice day. It's too bad. I sincerely apologize that we have left a bad impression on you after hearing you had such a wonderful time. At no time was this our intention. As you had mentioned, our parking rates are posted by the entrance and we do offer a $15 Spa rate for those who are visiting opposed to our $10 per hour daily rate. The preferred rate is listed as a 3 hour maximum and then $5 per 30min thereafter to prevent those from parking all day and/or overnight. I understand that this was not your intention and that this was not clearly communicated to you. Our Valet would have only been communicating the directive of the hotel when enforcing the rates but at no time should have made you feel anything but welcomed, I'm truly sorry.

It felt as if I was staying in a 3 star hotel. Only good thing about this property was “The Restaurant Food”. They should change their hotel name to “The Restaurant Food” Dusty rooms Bad service Rude concierge staff Would not return. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

The staff was fabulous. They went above and beyond. Reminded me of the time we would go to the Loews in Montreal four five times a year, when our daughters went to McGill. Again the service was fabulous from the front desk to the door men to room service to Bar to “One”

Had a massage and body wrap in the spa and it was worth the $500 including tips… really really relaxing. Top of the line spa!

I was there two nights ago with a friend for the winterlicious. Michelle (hope I spelled it right), our server, a delightful personality — she made sure we are comfortable and happy with the satisfying meal they offered. We left the place truly satisfied and with a smile on our faces. A place worth recommending.!

We stayed at the hotel last year for my daughter's 7th birthday and the staff went out of their way to ensure she had the best birthday celebration ever. From cake waiting in our hotel room, to a private movie screening and making donuts with the pastry team at One the restaurant. We just got back from celebrating her 8th birthday and the hotel staff was exceptional once again. My daughter will not allow us to stay or celebrate anywhere else and frankly I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else either. Thank you Hazelton hotel for going above and beyond for us. Highly recommend!

One Bar is a fantastic place to sit back and have a drink. Great atmosphere, a place to converse and catch up. Superb selection of wines and cocktails.

Very classy and professional vibe as soon as you walk in. The room was spacious, clean and very enjoyable. Didn't get to experience much else, buy what I did was a solid 5 stars. Maybe a bit pricey, but that's expected in Yorkville.

Its a wonderful atmosphere. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, and the decor was beautiful.

This was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at, on par with the Mandarin and the four seasons. The rooms are the size of a suite, with a full sitting room, dressing room, a large tub and an awesome waterfall shower. The room includes a pillow menu with 4 different pillow types to choose from, complementary shoe shine, and a complimentary mini bar including a nepresso machine. The whole hotel has a very clean and very modern feel to it and everything from the staff to the bar were top notch.

Wow. Great location (shopping, ROM, sites etc), wonderfully hospitable service, very well appointed rooms, pretty good gym. The in-room coffee/espress station was particularly nice. Our only disappointment was failure to refill the snacks/beverages.

Great hotel, well worth the money spent. The Hazleton is situated in Yorkville, a small and picturesque village with boutique shops and cafes. The staff are friendly and polite. The room we stayed in was kept very clean, sheets changed every day. The bathroom was amazing, a large shower and bath, with a television. This reminded me of my favourite London hotel Café Royal and now I know why, they are part of the same change of hotels. The gentlemen at concierge were extremely helpful and a testament to the hotel. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast we had on our last morning, eggs sunny side up. I was also impressed to see that they have a fair sized gym with adequate equipment, something you rarely find in a hotel. The changing facilities are clean and luxurious. I love this hotel and was sad to leave.

The perfect combination of boutique chic in the best part of Toronto. Staff and rooms are outstanding and it really makes coming back to a pleasure. If the best hotels are made by having the best staff… then this is the best hotel in Toronto. From check-in to check-out it was a pleasure to stay.

Really nice hotel surrounded by cool shops and nice restaurants. Barmaker fixes good drinks and food is tasty. Overall design is quite hip, rooms will need some makeover some day. My personal favorite is the french toast for breakfast. Spa is worth a visit.

Went to the spa and had a massage and a pedi. Was treated beautifully, great service and a wonderful spa! Later had drinks at their One bar. Again beautiful building and great atmosphere, drinks and service!

Fabulous boutique hotel with great staff. The food is spectacular. You have some of the best shopping steps outside the door. I highly recommend The Hazelton and One.

Unfortunately, some of the front desk staff are dismissive and inattentive. The room was spacious and comfortable otherwise.

Great hotel as I love it and the rich neighbourhood where we see nice cars often. Some friendly kind staff but some are not because they didn't allow us to take photos of inside cars as the car photography is all legal around the world and we can take photos freely due to personal interest in cars! Sometimes it feels that few of the staff guys are disrespectful as they shouldn't be like that by not allowing sometimes to take photos :/

Hotel rooms are an excellent size and decorated in a modern style. Staff is professional and attentive. This is an excellent place to stay if you're visiting Toronto. It's located in the heart of Yorkville (lots of nice things to buy and places to eat) and are also conveniently located about 2-3 minutes (walk) away from a Toronto Subway station. The hotel is also home to Mark McEwan's One Restaurant. Sunday brunch is very good. Lobster spoons and the prawn salad are excellent — VERY tasty. My usual go-to is the fried chicken and waffles. The wait staff is generally good — Michael is excellent. 5 stars (Hotel) 4 stars (ONE restaurant)
