Love everything about this hotel, from the valet, to the lobby to the rooms. Dbar has great service and food, super convenient if you don't want to leave the hotel. Great shopping within max 10 min walk. Always my favorite place to stay!

Absolutely the best service. You will never get this level of service at any other hotel. The restaurant and therefore the in room dining is excellent. Lobby bar has very knowledgeable bartenders.

I had a surprise staycation for my 40th birthday. When we walked into our room, there was sweet hand written card from guest relations manager, Julia Giannini. The staff and service was nothing less than exceptional. Thank you to all the smiling faces (behind their masks) : France & the rest of the valet team, Robin who always brought our delicious meals, Maria at guest services and everyone who you don't see (housekeeping, food services) that work so hard to make us feel like we were somewhere else for a hot minute. I love this hotel they go far beyond your expectations and making you feel welcomed here. Though the price to stay here is not for everybody, one will definitely enjoy this beautiful hotel the staff and all its amenities. You won't expect any less from a 5-star hotel like this one. I stay here sometimes when I want to have a staycation away from home. Though I live in the city sometimes my husband and I check in during special occasions like our anniversary to stay overnight and enjoy the spa. Every time we would have stayed here they have always made us feel extremely welcome.

Simply the best hotel in Toronto. They are always so friendly, and they go over and above on everything. I downloaded their app on my Android phone, and when I was only 10 minutes away I had an idea to get champagne and strawberries to surprise my wife. I asked in the app, and they got it done (and in style) before we arrived. They also checked in with me during our stay over the app to see if they could do anything else. It didn't interrupt, but I noticed during the evening. Great job on it, and quite easily my favorite hotel in Toronto.

Hotel was nice but staff need training in equality service. Given room key with no instructions for the elevator yet Male coworkers were told and they were walked to the elevators. Doors opened and males asked if they wanted a car called for them also wished a good day, witness none of this for female guests it was obvious enough to notice inequality, I normally don't notice stuff like this but this hotel I did.

Beautiful place. Lots of staff eager to help. Design is superb. Great food. Nice meeting spaces. Banquet staff are A+.

What a great hotel. The bar is currently being redone but they have a temporary solution which is okay. Cafe Boulud is great and right there on the 2nd floor. Gym, locker rooms and pool deck are clean and spacious. It is like a little vacation in the middle of the city. Also lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Great spot!

Spent two nights here and I am absolutely pleased. The hotel is beautiful and all the staff is incredibly helpful and kind. I used the spa, which is also great and very relaxing. My only suggestion to the hotel would be to provide firmer pillows — the bed was extremely comfortable.

The four season is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Toronto. One of their most eye catching features are fresh flower arrangements you can find in every corner of the lobby. I had a one night stand in this hotel and everything went very well. However, compared to other four seasons I’ve visited (Paris and Marrakech) I’m not as thrilled. The room amenities are standard (very well designed but not extra ordinary) the most I liked about the room was the comfort of its bed. The least I liked was the room temperature that I could not fix over 24 (75F). When I asked for a spare iPhone charger they could not provide one in the room. I had to let my phone to the concierge over night (a little disturbing while I felt I cannot be reached during night, given the time difference between Paris and Toronto I receive calls even at 4 am that I answer). After all I’m a happy customer. These little things are what that makes the difference between a 4 and a 5 star rating.

We do stay-cations here with the kids all the time. Great for a long weekend when you can't leave for a real vacation. Plus the wife will be happy with all the high end stores just 2 min walk from the hotel.

I love love love the spa at this location. It is my all time favourite. Of all the spas I have been to this is my pick. The staff are friendly and professional from the moment you walk in, throughout your service and when you walk out. This is what hospitality is. I always get the feeling of warmth and appreciation when I visit. Their staff is top notch at what they do. The entire facility is extremely clean. The locker rooms are nice and functional, inviting and not over the top. It’s a nice place to sit, relax, have a snack and enjoy a drink with a soft robe and slippers. They have all the necessary toiletries and excellent products for your personal use. The showers, steam room and relaxation room are all well kept. The treatment rooms are simple with all the necessities and another drink station. Plus there is use of the pool on the same floor but it is shared by residents of the building. Every time I go, it’s empty! You must try their spa at least once and then you’ll be hooked! Look on groupon or travelzoo there are advertised specials.

Only had the pleasure of staying one night. Loved the room, spacious and well laid out. Did not get a chance to use room service, bar or restaurant. Will definitely be back for a special occasion.

There are no words to describe the customer experience at the Four Seasons. They are the leaders in customer service and I have never been more impressed by a hotel like this in my life. From the gym to the concierge to the app to the house keeping staff that untangled my jewelry, every moment and interaction was well thought out and intentional in making sure I had the best customer experience. The waitstaff are exceptional as well so please give them our praise! If you are considering a stay at the Four Seasons absolutely book. Thank you for setting the bar so high!

Great experience with my family at the café boulud. The service was spotless and the food delicious. I had the chance to drink an excellent cocktail called the jungle and enjoy an onion soup and a beef tartare prepared at the table. Prices are higher but the quality is there. Bonus, the decoration is fantastic. In short I spent an excellent. Recommended for lovers of good French cuisine.

Wonderful experience at this Four Seasons during a 1 night business trip. Extremely random and extremely generous upgrade to a Presidential Suite! Once in a lifetime experience! It’s too bad I didn’t have more time to enjoy it. Great service and will definitely be back!

Stayed there over 20 times so that says something however certain other high end hotels in the area are in the same league and often are half the price. My advice is shop around. The pool and spa is very nice I have to say. Staff good. Crowd is pretentious in the D bar towards the end of the week. Dj is always playing nice tunes.

THIS IS LONG BUT ONLY BECAUSE OF SO MANY ISSUES: Although the property is nice, the service is not up to the caliber of a five star hotel. On check in we noticed the sofa was quite stained. It was cleaned. Our car was either lost or not called up at all twice. We were told they were confused between two cars, but we called them by their ticket number and neither car showed up when called! (not the wrong one). My wife asked for the hotel car and was gruffly told it was only for guests. This was after our second night stay and she told them we are guests and why not ask for a room number rather than admonish her that it is only for guests. They also only take you one way and don’t return to the hotel-I have never heard of such a thing in a 5 star! We are also repeatedly asked if we are checking in or staying at the hotel when returning our car. The hotel ticket is in the car window! Once we were even asked if we paid for parking! We looked over our bill our second last day and found breakfast charges. Our Amex reservation clearly states “daily breakfast for two people” per room, but the girl on the desk argued that it was only 3 breakfasts and not four. I argued we are four people but she said it was only for adults. I asked if our 16 year old (who eats adult breakfasts) was 18 then by your logic it would be allowed but since she is not an adult it wasn’t? I asked for a manager who after a too much back and forth corrected the bill.

Simply one of the most pleasant and luxurious possible stays in the city, Four Seasons never fails to go above and beyond in their service and delivery of an excellent experience. Their staff are highly trained to provide dedicated and extraordinary service. One of the best hotels in the city, certainly!

Nice place for drinks. There is a quiet and music filled area. You can have a small gathering and enjoy the night also dancing. Very crowded over weekends.

Large, bright rooms with a top view over the city of Toronto. Friendly, reliable staff. Super vibe in the bar. Located in the pretty area of Yorkville. Close to 2 underground stations.

Great service when we needed to replace bedsheets, very comfortable. Staffs are very attentive, the room looks incredible. View isn't that great as there are lots of tall buildings around.

I have stayed at some of the nicest hotels around the world and this BY FAR the best. I do not make superlative claims like this often, but the service is la creme de la creme. Every minute request was honored for me free of charge and if there is a Four Seasons in any city I am staying I will be there. Extra kudos for the incredible hotel restaurant which was only a choice of mine because of the location, but it has some of the best cuisine in the city. You MUST try the pork belly and chicken liver frise. Thank you Four Seasons for an UNFORGETTABLE trip.

What a wonderful experience with surprising welcome. We loved our stay with kids they enjoyed every moment. Wonderful staff especially Megan who took extra attention and she made the stay extra special. Everything from the pool to dining was extraordinary. We will definitely be back.

Last weekend we had the pleasure of attending a wedding at the Four Seasons. Everything was absolutely amazing, but the experience that stood out the most was with the security department. A relative had brought my husband and I a gift from Europe and we had accidentally left it under the table. Explaining to the security department how sentimental it was to us, they reviewed footage, and worked continuously to get our property back. Both Brian Campbell and Chris Sokoloski deserve recognition for their outstanding work and dedication to customer service.

This hotel was very nice and clean. The decor throughout the hotel as well as the rooms is very modern and elegant. The staff were great-I did find any request made to room service took a bit of a long time and sometimes they would arrive later than the time they gave you to have your food delivered by. The food, however was pretty good although on the two occasions we ordered breakfast, by the time it got to us things were a little bit cold. They do have an iPad in the room that you can use for all of your requests (room service, concierge, housekeeping, dining reservations, etc. ) which is nice and convenient. Overall we had a nice stay and would definitely stay again!

Never stayed in the hotel as a guest but I went to the spa. I had a massage and use of the amenities (steam room and pool) very nice atmosphere quiet and relaxing. And the staff is extremely professional and helpful. The RMT was excellent. A bit on the pricey side but I would recommend as a treat or a gift to someone you really love. No hesitation!

It's a nice hotel but it's hard to get sleep when drake is playing back to back on full volume all night. Employees of the hotel either didn't care or drake was unyielding to their whist. I like the song but damn, I booked a hotel to sleep. After the ovo crew left it was quiet in the 6 four. The employees were reticent when I questioned them about what was done pertaining to the matter. Aside from that: The hotel is located conveniently in the city and the rooms are very nice. Overall a great hotel that is worth the price. Do take into consideration that valet parking is $50 per night if you intend to park on site.

Spa-only review: fantastic facilities, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great for relaxing and unwinding in the heart of the city. One small critique is that there is no other coed space other than the pool area.

It's aiming to be a high quality hotel, but falls just slightly short of expectations. The staff at the registration desk were not very helpful. The interior design is OK, not amazing. The staff at the entrance, on the other hand, were very nice and professional.

Conveniently located in central part of downtown Toronto. Awesome food, great atmosphere and fantastic service. Only valet parking is available ($50/night) but other convenient alternatives are also available. Green P across the street ($20/night) and the Bay 2 blocks away ($6/night during weekends)

The décor and layout of the lobby was top notch. I would definitely love to go there again just to chill or get drinks even. The restaurants there are top end and amazing. The location is right at the centre of Toronti.

My husband and I visited the Four seasons last weekend and requested a quiet room but our first room was very noisy on Avenue Rd and we couldn't rest or enjoy ourselves. We called the Front desk close to midnight as it wasn't quiet enough and we also had another strange noise coming through the wall and within minutes the manager and a bellman moved us to a gorgeous suite that was very quiet. The room was spectacular and so luxurious! We had room service the entire stay and it was superb and we also had a massage at the spa and it was excellent. After vacationing at many 5 star hotels mostly in the U. S its so nice to see that we have a beautiful luxurious hotel right here in Toronto. Thankyou Four Seasons Toronto!

Spent the day at the spa and it was amazing. The service was a bit weird though. We ordered prosecco and the servers should have either brought the bottle to the table (by the pool) or left the bottle at the table. Especially when we order by the bottle. Also the servers should have used trays to bring the glasses to the table.

It is easy to find an always pleasant. I do wish the drinks service had more variety in the non-alcoholic options than water or juice. (Mocktails would have been nice. ) However, that may have been the choice of the event planners rather than the hotel.

Came here for an aromatherapy massage and found that the massage was a little lacking when compared to other spas. Despite the fact that I booked with a RMT, the pressure was a little too light for my taste. I asked for a full body massage but found it strange when they spent time massaging my face which really didn't do much for me. Pros would be that they provide you with a nice heated table to lie on. They also let you customize your experience by choosing from a range of scents and music. In terms of amenities, you have access to their pool, whirlpool and sauna areas as part of your spa visit. The pool and whirlpool areas are the only areas which are co-ed which might not work so well if you're visiting the spa with your significant other and want to spend time together. The part of the spa that impressed me the most was the relaxation area in the change room. It is spacious, with simple artwork on the walls and large comfortable sofas. There are magazines for guests to read and a large selection of different herbal teas as well as biscotti that you can enjoy while you unwind. I think if I were here on a girls' day out, I could probably spend a couple hours here just chatting it up.

Went to the events venue part of the hotel to check if the Vinci room would be suitable for a wedding. Our coordinator, Lisa, was very courteous, helpful and pleasant to converse with. We also got to meet the executive chef, Julien, who is also very personable. He also made us some appetizers to taste. The ballroom itself is very spacious and modern.

Went for a couples massage and had a lovely time with my wife. We felt like royalty concern that we had access to all the amenities. Very professional and they provide great customer service.

Went for winterlicious dinner at Cafe Boulud on Tuesday Night. Food was very delicious and well prepared/presented. Service was great from reception/coat check all through to the end with billing and payment. Restaurant has a retro-clubby style vibe to it. Dinner was packed, would recommend reserving in advance. All in all experience was as expected from a high end restaurant/hotel as this.

An amazing hotel, like no other I've been to in Toronto. The staff are incredible, the rooms are immaculate and spotless, and the food is just fantastic.

If any of you are looking for really good hotel deals I would check out HotelRaven. Com I saved a ton of money using that site. Best spa 2 times in a row! I've been to the Ritz, Shangra La Trump, Elmwood Spa, Body Bliss Spa, and the Hyatt Spa. Out of all the spa experiences hands down the Four Seasons Spa is the best! Starting with atmosphere, the design, materials and layout of the spa is very comforting and flows well. There is a pool for a refreshing swim, a shallow pool great for kids and babies, and a relaxing hot tub. Another plus is a terrace to lounge, and a family washroom for the kids. The 'waiting' and 'quiet' rooms are calming and great for a rest after the treatments. All the staff are professional and helpful and friendly. Now about the treatment, I had the aroma therapy massage with RHONDA, of whom I must say was one of the best masseurs I've had. She had great technique and although firm, was relaxing enough for me to fall asleep. The only critique of the experience are with the hair dryers. Oddly enough with such a luxurious experience, it would be nice to use newer hair dryers that are more powerful and don't sound like they are on their last legs. That's the only reason I could not give the rating a 5. Four seasons is a 4.5 in my books. Definitely one of the most relaxing and best experiences since I've started trying out all the spas in the city! I will definitely be back and I will recommend this spa to everyone I know!
