Nice rooms that are very clean and quiet. The beds and pillows were VERY comfortable. The pool is great with ample seating. By far though the best part for our 5 year old was the window washer hanging off the building. He was very friendly and waved at our son, pretended to be Spiderman and drew him a happy face in the suds :)

This hotel is very well located, very clean and the staff is excellent! From the moment we were welcomed, Jaylin, the host, made us feel special and was very helpful.

Nice Hotel! With great views of lake. But bell hop was terrible. Forgot to bring our luggage up. Had to go down to get them!

Even in the midst of a pandemic with minimal services available. We were treated like a special couple. Will come back when this black cloud passes and we can head to their inviting bar and reputable restaurant. Six stars out of five.

Close to everything. Very friendly staff (Valet, Bell, concierge, restaurant staff). Comfortable beds, rooms were clean and spacious. Shower AND tub in bathroom. Excellent buffet for breakfast too. Stay here is in Toronto. About a block from the Blue Jays!

This hotel proves that good customer service still exists. This hotel is beautiful and has amazing views of Toronto. Had a small issue on our trip upon arrival but the Delta staff (specifically the manager Tyler) took care of us right away and made things right. I highly recommend this hotel. Definitely go for the corner room with the soaker tub and the amazing views.

Enjoyed my stay here. The room had a great view of the water. The lobby had a younger and easy-going vibe to it. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. The concierge lounge had a lot of good food in the mornings and the Evenings. Best of all, the location was central to everything. Good stay.

Was good and right across from convention center but husband got some kind of bites (bed bugs most likely? ) in bed here… Didn't realize until afterwards. Check your mattress when staying here. Otherwise great view, whiskey bar was neat and different. Very convenient for attending conferences at Convention center.

Delta hotels was an exquisite experience. I had stayed overnight for an event I was attending in Toronto, and was amazed at the quality of the room. First and foremost, it was spotless, it felt like it was a brand new room. The television was personalized to greet me and the view was absolutely breathtaking. Truly the heart and soul of downtown Toronto. As the hotel is situated very close to union station, you have easy access to everything you need.

Staff was very friendly — if you're treating them with respect they're super helpful. We went to a Jays game and they let us leave our bag in the side room even after checking out and instilled confidence in us that our belongings were safe. Rooms are nice and clean, but I suspect that they almost all look identical with the exception of the suites and more expensive rooms, but I would expect nothing differently. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed overnight for a Blue Jay's game. Room was clean, bedding was very comfortable, very pleasant service overall. Only small complaint is that only one glass was in the bathroom instead of 2 in a room with two queen beds. When mentioned at check out, clerk was extremely apologetic. Great location for Rogers Center, 5 minutes walk, lots of places to eat nearby. Breakfast buffet in the Delta lounge was good.

Nice hotel, Nick at the front desk was really nice and personable! Wonderful view from the pool area! Pool, hot tub and steam room was great. The only reason for the 4 stars was that the room had a weird odor to it.

We have travelled a lot throughout Canada and the USA and this is one of, if the the best hotels where we have stayed. They have a very nice fitness room and pool. The rooms were very good but the services and staff made our stay very enjoyable. The whole family agree that we will stay here again on our next visit to Toronto. Thanks Delta Marriott.

Stayed here for our 20th anniversary this week. Great location! Fabulous corner room with a huge bathroom! Staff were very good. David at the concierge desk went out of his way to book a restaurant for us including hauling down a cab. A huge thank you to another staff membe Isabelle Hamilton who exceeded customer service expectations with her cheery and helpful assistance — found my sweater! Thanks so much Isobelle.

Staff overall were friendly. The associates in the fitness/pool area made it obvious that their socializing with one another came first while on duty. Hotel is fairly clean. Views are nice. Location is convenient for foot traffic and exploring. Did not see a lot of security for the hotel, as it is smack dab for many entrances points, (PATH, Street etc) and lots of volume in and out, it is very interesting to know how the safety of all guests, patrons etc are addressed. Will choose to stay at this hotel again.

Staff are amazing and very accommodating. We came in for a hockey tournament and everything was well organized for rooms and breakfasts. Only issues were personal preferences (bed was too soft and not enough elevators which were also really slow). Great experience.

Well-kept hotel with a great location right on the fast track to the airport and walk to the congress centre.

What an amazing hotel. The staff have been superb with some great recommendations by Aamir. The hotel is in a perfect position to explore Toronto and has exceptional views especially if you have a corner room with a bath. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Toronto, it made our anniversary extra special.

Beautiful hotel located right downtown. Great staff spotlessly clean, near so many attractions and great restaurants it can be hard to decide where to eat. My room had a nice view of the water. It was also absolutely silent at night so I slept very well. I'll be staying there the next time I'm in Toronto. I've saved the best for last… It is so close to the UP train that a walk to the hotel takes less than 5 minutes through the raised covered catwalk.

My family enjoyed a quick bite at SOCO, after a trip to Ripley's Aquarium. The venue had a nice outdoor patio but we chose to eat indoors. It was not very busy, and we arrived around 3PM. We were seated quickly and orders came in a reasonable amount of time. Server was attentive. Food was good and portions were great. Pricier than some other nearby options ($$). You're likely paying a bit of a premium for being close to Ripley's Aquarium and Rogers Centre.

Excellent experience overall. Upon arrival we were well taken care of by Lenard at the front desk. Received an upgrade to a junior suite which was beautiful and had an outstanding view! Also received Club Access when he heard we were celebrating a birthday. Perfect location to walk everywhere, will definitely stay here again!

Lovely hotel with amazing location.

I love it so much, great pool, great sundeck and great hot tub. I also love when you get to places so easy. I love it when they connect place to place. I would recommend spend so many nights there. My family and I been there 3 times to go to fan expo. It is an awesome experience for us. I want to go again hopefully this year.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. Delta has really stepped it up over the years. I used to only book their properties because other chains were sold out but I'll be bumping this location near the top of my list for Toronto. My hotel needs are very basic when on business. I just need a clean quiet place with a comfortable bet to get a good night sleep and recharge. This hotel met all my needs.

Good hotel, convenient for Expos at the Convention Center.

Spent a night at the Delta Toronto on Feb 10, 2018. Spectacular high end hotel in the middle of it all in downtown Toronto. Our room on the 39th floor was gorgeous with floor to ceiling windows on one entire side and amazing views of the cityscape. In the morning we were heading down to get our car from the underground parking when an employee named Jonathan asked how our stay was. When I mentioned that it was a bit confusing navigating the maze of underground parking, he offered to come down to the parking garage and assist us in locating our car. It took us about 15 minutes but he was nice enough to stay with us until we had finally located our car. Thank you Jonathan for making the end of our stay slightly less stressful!

Fantastic hotel. Great location and views. Easy internal access to Union Station and the Air Canada Centre. Super helpful and friendly hosts. Only downside is the expensive dining options on offer within the hotel. For most people staying in this hotel, this will not be a concern.

Nice rooms, nice view, but very very average internet and I was on the 21st floor and I could hear the train station.

Was a good hotel great view the only real negative was in the bathroom after we checked in had 2 black hairs. 1 was under a glass and 1 just on the counter but other then that loved the hotel. You could only go to the floor you where staying on once you enter the elevator tap your room card then press the floor you are staying. I would stay here again for sure.

Very comfortable and a great view of the CN tower. Soco Restaurant is hyper good, the Little Chef Keith will make you live beautiful discoveries! Try the lounge at 46th and the Whiskey bar!

Absolutely love this place. It is modern, It is convenient, it is trendy. Staff are amazing, food at their restaurant is amazing as well. Parking is super expensive, but Valet is worth it if you are going to go in an out especially during winter time.

We stayed for one night at the hotel and loved our accomodation. You can't beat the location being close to most tourist attractions and the view from our hotel room was one of the best. We booked a Lakeview room & it did not disappoint. We live in Toronto & we loved our staycation here. The breakfast buffet was good too (purchased through the hotel packages). The indoor pool with the sauna & jet tub are great amenities. Aside from the rowdy & noisy hotel occupants on top of our room (pretty much until the wee hours of the morning but thank goodness my kids & husband are too tired to be bothered) & the little confusion with our hotel charges, it was an overall wonderful hotel experience & we are definitely thinking of going back again.

Stayed two nights at the Delta. What a special experience! Our room had a gorgeous view of the island and there was wine and chocolate covered strawberries on the table when we got there. Great breakfast at the lounge and a nice pool and steam room. We ordered room service for dinner on the last night and the pizza was very good. Definitely coming back!

The place is Extraordinary in its location. The attention is good without being extraordinary. The restaurant is pequrño in front of the demand and the bar Wiskys Special never opened. In general, 8 it is appropriate in your set.

The location of this hotel is magical, right next to the CN Tower and the Rogers Center, in the middle of the city centre. The service is excellent; The employees are professional, attentive and friendly. I had a room with a pretty spectacular view of the CN tower, it's pretty impressive with the lights at night. Breakfast is also excellent. Obviously the whole thing comes with a fairly high price, but the experience is worth it.

Great hotel with great views. Well appointed modern rooms with all the amenities a business traveler would need. The location is unbeatable for meetings in the financial district. The proximity to UP station is an USP. SOHO has absolutely delectable fare. The staff are always looking to help and sometimes I wonder if they sleep as I see them unobtrusively around, all the time.

Great hotel. Nice new building, convenient location, helpful staff, nice rooms. The club lounge is a nice perk if you get a room that gives you access, great views from here. The corner suite with a tub is pretty unique. The luxury suite is huge.

We went to Coco for drinks and apps before a concert at the Air Canada Centre, to which it is a very short walk. Around the table we had a few apps (a poké dish with raw fish and avocado, some sweet potato fries, and a couple of pizzas). Everything was very tasty. I had a Rustic Manhattan which was good on flavour, but the presentation was off for a $15 cocktail. I needed to add ice. But the homemade cherry was pretty bomb! The other cocktail at the table was better. We were a demanding table (what, with 5 under-10s) and all of our requests were happily met.

I would say that this is a very nice venue. It has a very new Chic look to it and the conference I attended was well-staffed. Most of us have seen friendly and knowledgeable and eager to help. The food was good I wouldn't say it was exceptional but good enough I think a little bit more care needs to be given if you're presenting items that are intended to be fresh butter sitting on a buffet that doesn't work well together might want to consider changing menu items. The dessert was cookies which or probably one of the things they should think about tweaking cuz they were very crunchy not very soft and didn't have the high-end kind of feel that you might expect from a Hotel like this.

Attended a training session and found the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel was inviting and in excellent condition. I would gladly, host and attend future events at this location.

Lovely central location, easy parking and access to the hotel and meeting rooms from parking. There are lovely convention rooms with good sight lines and comfortable chairs on the third floor. Great views to the West. Enjoyed the Starbucks coffee and the fresh apple juice with our catered breakfast.

Nice hotel, right in the heart of the entertainment district. There's a lot of bars & restaurants that are within walking distance, as well as some tourist options (hockey hall of fame, ferry to the islands, the CN Tower). The concierge lounge, gym, pool w/ steam room were all great amenities to have. The wait time for the elevator (we stayed on the 38th floor) was brutal and the only reason I couldn't rate 5 stars. No joke, I waited for an elevator for upwards of 3-4 minutes on multiple occasions. That was the only downside.

The hotel is lovely, the room is large, everything is very conveniently planned, and the bathroom too. Breakfast is great!

Hotel is perfectly placed at the bottom of the CAN tower. Hotel was very modern, clean and welcoming. The staff was extremely friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only issue I had was the elevator wait. Very long wait for either ride. Rooms were fantastic, bedding was nice, very clean and the view from any of the floors was great!

I love this hotel. I have very big construction business in halifax. This is my 15 trip to Toronto. They always treat me very good. Thanks very much for your kindness. I have no complaint what so ever.

Love this downtown location. Pretty much a block either way to the ACC or Rogers Centre. Friendly and helpful staff and a very good restaurant. Only negative and it's only minor but worth mentioning is that sometimes after an event there sometimes is a wait for the hotel elevators. Overall a great place to stay!

Horrible experience with the event team. Trying to schedule an appointment to view their halls for a wedding and they do not accommodate at all. No evening appointments and no weekend appointments. Finally a 6 pm weekday appointment was scheduled after multiple back and forth emails with their event specialist. Same day the appointment was scheduled, we receive a cancellation email after adjusting my schedule and my fiancee schedule. The manager Scott is rude and stuck up and after contacting him via phone he claims everyone else that works on his team has "other commitments" and hopefully we can reschedule in the future. The best he can offer is a 4 pm appointment on a Wednesday. I don't think he realizes that someone hosting a wedding for 300-400 ppl with a 40K+ budget will most likely be working a full time job. Also having 2 different people from you event team emailing my fiancee regarding the same event with no communication between both of them is very unprofessional. Seeing how the manager Scott took my phone call, it completely makes sense to why his team is so unorganised. I would be more than happy to forward you emails from Hilton and Sheraton to give you a tip or two on how to treat your clients. P. S their event team works on weekends!

Place is clean, staff are friendly. I came to check in one night early at 3am and the staff provided a 50% discount. I was offered a free upgrade for my deluxe room to a suite which was a value added service. However, the room seems a bit outdated and lighting in certain area of the room don't have enough lighting. The location is convenient, 10 minutes walk to Union Station and from there you can take the subway to basically anywhere you want. The prices are a bit on the expensive side, but it's certainly cheaper than the Ritz. I guess you get what you pay for. Please keep in mind that parking is not free. You are looking at 35 dollars for 24 hour parking and charge you extra every time you take the car out or you can choose to pay 48 dollars a day for valet parking meaning unlimited entries and exits. Overall this is a nice hotel for a short stay.

A great hotel. I made my booking through a third party web site, in which they messed my booking dates up twice. The hotel staff were very helpful with this and made my trip much easier then it was updated have been dealing with the third party. The rooms are very clean and the pool was well maintained. The view from the 25th floor, overlooking the city, is amazing. A great stay at a great hotel.

For what this place costs, you think they would have a mini fridge in the room. The view is great and the hotel is nice, but I will never stay here again simply based on the elevators. You need to add 20 minutes of time for yourself to get up or down to your room. This is not an exaggeration. If management replies to this and says I'm wrong, they are lying. Always a line up for the elevators at all times during the day.

I stayed at the Delta on Lower Simcoe for my birthday weekend. June 10th to the 13th. And I had an AMAZING! time. It's close to everything, the hotel itself is beautiful, clean and classy. The staff were beyond delightful, they were so accommodating! I wanted to book an extra night last minute, and they were able to accommodate me so that I could stay in the same room. The pool and hot tub view is spectacular. It was the best hotel for a staycation. I would certainly recommend this hotel to all!

We had a good experience staying at the Delta for a Leaf's game. Location is perfect for the ACC and Real Sports Bar, which we walked to from our hotel. Upon arrival to the Delta our check-in clerk, Keren was amazing. She got us moved onto a higher floor so we could enjoy the view better, and even fought to keep our room when another clerk tried to give the same room to her clients. The room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. The only complaint (which really isn't Delta's fault) was the noisy crowd in the room beside us that came in around 3:30am and proceeded to knock loudly on doors and yell in the hallways. All I can say is that I'm thankful we didn't have the kids with us this time, or Momma bear might have came out. Aside from that, we definitely enjoyed the view from our room. Check out was fast and employees were friendly.

I cannot thank Delta Toronto enough for my experience on March 12th 2016! I had been planning a surprise James Bond birthday for my boyfriend, where clues hidden around the house were leading him to the hotel for the night where we would go for dinner, and then a secret agent escape room. Upon arrival, I was running late, and had forgotten to bring my visa, and brought only my debit visa. I started to panic and the front desk asked what the one night stay was for. I told them about his birthday plans, the costume I had, the clues and how I had been texting him from another number as MI6 with his instructions. The lady smiled and asked me to wait a second. She then came back with another employee (I assume manager? ) and they let me know that not only would I be able to use my debit visa (I simply had to have my room inspected the next day, which was super quick and convenient), they were also going to upgrade me from my standard room to a suite since my surprise birthday plans for him were so cool and unique. I couldn't believe it! I have never had such amazing customer service. The suite was absolutely incredible too, with a perfect view of the rogers Centre and the CN Tower, a big kitchen, living room, and a massive bed and bath as well. We later had dinner at SOCO (the best steak of my life! ), we told them our story and they made him the exact James Bond martini and a free desert!

We had a lovely stay at the Delta Toronto! Our rooms were comfortable, tastefully decorated and had surprising modern amenities. We used and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Soco restaurant (attached) had a fabulous Sunday Brunch and great breakfast options (our group did some of both). The location couldn't be better! We walked to enjoy Ripley's Aquarium and some fabulous area restaurants for our other meals. I would highly recommend Delta Toronto!

Fantastic hotel just walking distance from Rogers Center, ACC, Metro Convention Center and Ripley's Aquarium. Staff are very friendly and professional (check-in staff were very friendly and offered us a nice high room with a waterfront view). Rooms are modern and comfortable. Elevators and Doors are activated and unlocked using the key card. Pool and fitness center are located on the fourth floor. Free Wi-Fi is a plus but there are some restrictions using the basic service which seems to block Netflix and YouTube streaming. Room service had some tasty dishes but keep in mind that a delivery charge and 15% gratuity is added to all room service orders. Since the hotel is located walking distance from Union station (with PATH access) visitors can try the many delicious Toronto restaurants in the area. Overall wonderful stay at a great location.

Received a room with no heat and dirty pillow, but was upgraded to a much nicer room because of it. Hotel restaurant bar drinks were too strong. The indoor walkway to the ACC was extremely nice and allowed us to avoid the cold weather outside. Location is fantastic.

The staff was fantastic and the location was great. Walking distance to many fun things around Toronto. Steam whistle brewery, CN tower, Ripleys Aquarium, etc.

Great deal for a very modern, stylish hotel. We didnt want to leave. The staff is amazing and friendly. We got early check in and a higher floor. Suite is beautiful and the view was awesome. We also got a complimentary steam whistle tour! You guys rock! We have already booked our next stay for new years eve. Thank you Delta Toronto! We will be seeing you often.

I booked through the hotel website and was given the option of early check-in, room preference etc which I've never been able to do using hot wire or expedia. We got a corner room with a city view. It was really nicely decorated with modern and simplistic furnituee and the bed was very comfortable. The location is ideal because it is beside union station, the ACC, the aquarium etc. I would say that it was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at while in Toronto and it was very reasonably priced. I would definitely book there again.

Stayed here for a 50th birthday mother/sister/daughter getaway and from the moment we walked through the door we felt welcome and well looked after. The staff here is warm and smiling, sincere and conscientious — a very inviting atmosphere without a hint of pretence. The view from our room on the 40th floor was spectacular! Thank you to Aamir, our bell person, who so kindly sent up a complimentary bottle of wine and a cheeseplate — truly above and beyond. We love this place!

Great location downtown. Close to work. Good restaurants around. The hotel restaurant is good but expensive.

My Visa got charged 2 times for parking at this hotel. I called the hotel and the staff couldn't care less — they gave me another number to call. I called and nobody picks up or calls you back. I call the hotel back and ask to speak to a manager she tells me manager "is busy" and took my name and number down but nobody ever called me back. It's been 3 weeks and nobody got back to me. Now I have to call my Visa company and get them to resolve this… The staff is very unfriendly at this hotel… No clue how they can just charge peoples cards twice and not refund their money!

Make sure when you are booking a "Lakeview room" that you're not on a corner room. I am paying about 30 bucks more a night for a half cityview and half lakeview and the lakeview (which is in the far corner of the bathroom) isn't even that great. Not happy about it. Other than that the hotel is nice.

Was upgraded to a beautiful corner room last visit. Unfortunate plane delays allowed me to stay for only a few short hours. Hoping this visit I'll be able to enjoy more of the amenities.

If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would. We stayed there this past weekend and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. My husband and I were there with our 3 year old daughter and 10 month old son. We were early so we had to wait a few minutes for our room to be ready, they brought some toys to occupy my daughter, they chatted with her which made her smile. They had free ice cream (and whiskey) tasting when we arrived which made my daughter's day, every single person in the hotel seemed to make a fuss for her — and us. Our room was stunning, VERY clean and they went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. On top of the service being overwhelmingly great, the hotel itself is beautiful. Very high quality hotel, beautiful pool area — we already cannot wait to stay here again. Thank you!

The stylish new rooms are comfortable and convenient with their new beds, smart tvs and free Wi-Fi however the best part of our stay at the Toronto delta was the staff. Everyone was very friendly and thoughtful. They took time to remember the details of our trip. Looking forward to returning next time we're in Toronto.
